We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
As the customer, you reserve the right to cancel any order for a full refund up until the time of packaging and shipment which will be determined as the time you receive tracking information via email.
All sales are finial unless negligence at Sprayed Paint Galleries hand is evident. We will back up any mistake on our part 100% and offer full reimbursement of purchase price and shipping. If a customer would like to return a unused, undamaged item, please contact us. Returns for such items will be made at our sole discretion.
We will package your artwork using careful, safe and efficient methods. It is the customers responsibility to unpack their artwork with equal care. If a item is damage while unpacking we are not responsible.
Damage During Shipping
We will pack all artwork using new, sturdy and safe shipping materials to provide maximum protection. Orders from within the United States may include insurance at the customers request or our discretion. Any package damaged in shipping must have a complaint made against the shipping company by the client before we can accept a return or process a insurance claim. Shipment outside the United States will only include insurance at the customers expense and request. All shipments outside the United States are finial sales, and we will take no responsibility for lost packages, damage due to customs inspections, or any damage caused by 3rd party shipping companies. We recommend you purchase insurance for all worldwide shipments. It is the clients responsibility to inspect all packages for damage before accepting them from the shipper.
