Infinity Skull Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 310gsm Bright White Fine Art Paper by Sobekcis Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2015 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 50 Artwork Size 11.7x16.5 "Both of these pieces fit in the aesthetic that we have been working on in the last year and for both, we chose the approach of working half by hand and then working out the geometrical elements and colors on the computer. With the Infinity Skull piece, we wanted to work with asymmetrical piece as we have worked on before, and even though it wasn't in the first idea it somehow started to look like a tarot card. So we finished the work in that direction. For Crystalpecker, the idea was to use the same outline of the bird just flipped, and also in different color combinations to create again this kind of symmetry like with the skull. They we were just breaking it up with the background so it wouldn't be perfectly symmetrical." - Sobekcis

  • Sale -33% Bonnie Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Bec Winnel Bonnie Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Bonnie Giclee Print by Bec Winnel Artwork Limited Edition Print on Fine Art Paper Graffiti Pop Street Artist. 2014 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 10.75x16.5 Pink Haired Woman Close Up in Repose. Bonnie: A Tranquil Portrait by Bec Winnel The limited edition "Bonnie" giclee print by Australian artist Bec Winnel is an exquisite addition to the world of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork despite its seemingly contrasting, serene, and delicate presentation. Released in 2014, this collection was limited to 25 signed and numbered editions, featuring a white-haired woman in a size of 10.75x16.5 inches. The artwork represents a departure from the traditional urban and vibrant settings of street art, inviting viewers to a moment of calm and introspection. Artistic Expression Beyond Urban Canvases Winnel's "Bonnie" brings the spirit of Street Pop Art into the realm of fine art paper, providing a more intimate and detailed look into the subject matter than what is usually afforded by the broad strokes of graffiti. The intricate details in the woman's white hair and the subtle interplay of light and shadow on her features display Winnel's use of pencil and pastel to create textures and depths as impactful as any large-scale mural. In "Bonnie," the subject's gaze is not confrontational but inviting, reflecting an inner peace and stillness that is often sought but not frequently depicted in street art's bustling, dynamic world. Like much of Street Pop Art, this piece communicates powerful emotions and narratives without words, proving that art can connect with the viewer on multiple levels, regardless of the setting or style. Street Pop Art in the Lens of Giclee Printing The use of giclee printing in "Bonnie" ensures that the nuanced gradations of color and delicate line work are preserved, mirroring the precision that can be found in street artists' spray paint and stencils. Giclee prints, known for their high fidelity to the original artworks, allow the intricate details of Winnel's technique to be fully experienced. This method of reproduction aligns with the ethos of Street Pop Art by making high-quality art accessible and by breaking down the barriers between the public and the private in the world of art. Winnel's decision to limit "Bonnie" to a series of 25 ensures that each piece remains unique and valued, much like the ephemeral nature of street art, which may only exist in its original location for a brief moment before being painted over or removed. The owners of "Bonnie" thus become custodians of a moment in time, a piece of art that captures the transient beauty of life. The Enduring Appeal of Winnel's "Bonnie" The enduring appeal of "Bonnie" lies in its timeless quality and the universal emotions it evokes. This piece by Bec Winnel is a testament to the breadth and diversity of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork. This genre is not limited to loud messages and bold visuals but also encompasses the quiet and contemplative. Winnel's work invites us to see the potential of street art to transcend its traditional boundaries and to be appreciated in diverse contexts and formats. As "Bonnie" graces the walls of private collections, it continues to speak volumes about the power of Street Pop Art to adapt and find resonance in various environments. It bridges the often misunderstood world of street art and those who seek to find beauty and meaning in every form of artistic expression. Through works like "Bonnie," Bec Winnel contributes to the rich and evolving dialogue of what it means to create art in the modern world, ensuring that the narrative of Street Pop Art is as varied and profound as the human experience itself.

  • Sale -33% Grace Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Bec Winnel Grace Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Grace Giclee Print by Bec Winnel Artwork Limited Edition Print on Fine Art Paper Graffiti Pop Street Artist. 2014 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 11.75x16.5 Stylized Tribal Geometric Tattooed Young Woman in Thought. Grace Giclee Print: A Confluence of Introspection and Street Pop Art The 'Grace Giclee Print' by Bec Winnel is a remarkable testament to the artist's ability to convey deep introspection through Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork. This limited edition print, restricted to a count of only 25, captures the essence of contemporary art's dialogue with traditional forms of expression. Each print, measuring 11.75x16.25 inches, is meticulously signed and numbered by Winnel, asserting its authenticity and value in the art market. Bec Winnel's Artistic Journey and Signature Style Bec Winnel, an Australian artist, has steadily etched her name into the global art scene with her distinctive approach to Street Pop Art. The 'Grace Giclee Print' exemplifies Winnel's signature style, often featuring young women adorned with stylized tattoos with tribal and geometric aesthetics. Similar to graffiti, these tattoos act as symbolic armor, representing resilience and vulnerability. They serve as a visual bridge between the subject's inner world and the outer reality, a theme prevalent in Winnel's body of work. Her ability to encapsulate complex emotional states through such imagery makes her work resonate with a diverse audience. Understanding the Essence of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork The 'Grace Giclee Print' is not merely an object of beauty but a narrative piece that speaks volumes about the intricacies of human expression. Winnel's work is a canvas where the personal and the universal meet, much like the ethos of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork. These art forms, traditionally seen on public platforms, are recontextualized in Winnel's work to explore the private contemplations of the individual. This juxtaposition invites viewers to reflect on the interplay between public exhibitionism and private introspection, a dynamic central to understanding street art's influence on contemporary culture. The Cultural Significance of Limited Edition Artworks Limited edition prints such as 'Grace Giclee Print' hold a special place in the art world due to their exclusivity and the connection they forge between the artist and the collector. The scarcity of such artworks elevates their desirability and, by extension, their potential as cultural artifacts. Winnel's choice to limit the print run to 25 pieces adds an element of urgency and prestige to the acquisition of 'Grace,' making each print a cherished possession for those fortunate enough to own one. Beyond their aesthetic appeal, limited edition prints like this one symbolize the ongoing evolution of street art as they continue to permeate the more formal realms of art collection and critique. The 'Grace Giclee Print' by Bec Winnel is a compelling representation of the fusion between traditional portraiture and Street Pop Art's raw, expressive power. Winnel's dedication to her craft and ability to distill complex emotions into her artwork ensure that her pieces are visually stunning and intellectually and emotionally stimulating. The limited edition nature of 'Grace' adds to its mystique, promising to hold a place of honor in the annals of contemporary Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork.

Trends in Sales of Graffiti Pop Art Prints and Originals

Graffiti pop art prints and originals have become highly sought-after items in the art market. Prints offer an affordable entry point for new collectors, allowing them to own a piece of their favorite artist’s work without the higher price tag of an original. Discounts on these prints, especially during special events or exhibitions, further enhance their accessibility. On the other hand, original works are valued for their uniqueness and their direct connection to the artist. Sales periods often see a spike in purchasing original works as collectors seize the opportunity to acquire unique pieces at reduced prices.

Adorned with street art, the skateboards have transcended their functional use to become decorative art pieces. Similarly, art spray paint cans, often featuring artist-specific designs, have become collectibles in their own right. Sales and discounts on these items, particularly during holidays or special releases, attract buyers looking to own a piece of street culture.

Impact of Sales and Discounts on the Street Pop Art and Graffiti Art Market

For artists, they provide an opportunity to reach a wider audience, potentially increasing their fan base and recognition. For buyers, these sales make purchasing and collecting art more feasible, thereby supporting the artists and the wider street art community. Additionally, discounts on art supplies like spray paint cans can encourage aspiring artists to experiment and create, fostering new talent in the street art scene.

Future of Sales and Discounts in Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork

As the market for Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork continues to evolve, the role of sales and discounts will likely adapt as well. The increasing digitization of the art market, including online galleries and virtual exhibitions, may offer new platforms for sales and promotional activities. These developments could further democratize street and pop art access, allowing more people to engage with and support this vibrant art form. The future of sales and discounts in this sector appears promising, with potential benefits for artists, collectors, and the art community.
