  • Skittles Candy Original 2021 Food Art Object by Supreme

Supreme Skittles Candy Original 2021 Food Art Object by Supreme

Supreme Skittles Candy- Original 2021 Limited Edition Real Candy Art Toy Collectible Artwork. 2021 Unopened Pack of Skittles candies. It was made exclusively for Supreme. Do not eat, considered a Fashion Designer Art Collectible. Confectionery and Street Pop Art: The Supreme Skittles Candy Original 2021 Limited Edition In collectible artwork, the fusion of popular culture and designer influence frequently births unique creations that resonate with a broad audience. The Supreme Skittles Candy, a 2021 limited edition release, epitomizes this trend, standing at the crossroads of confectionery delights and street pop art. This collectible transcends its initial purpose as a candy to become a symbol of modern pop art, tapping into the vibrant essence of graffiti artwork. From Sweet Treats to Collectible Art The concept of candy as collectible art is not traditionally acknowledged in the conservative art scene. However, the collaboration between Supreme, a titan in streetwear fashion, and Skittles, a household candy brand, has transformed a simple pack of candies into an art piece. This special edition of Skittles was produced exclusively for Supreme, encapsulating the essence of street pop art and graffiti artwork. The packaging bears the unmistakable Supreme logo, a mark of high-end street fashion. At the same time, the Skittles inside are imprinted with the same iconic logo, blurring the lines between a snack and a coveted art piece. A Cultural Artifact of Our Times The Supreme Skittles Candy transcends its material composition to serve as a cultural artifact. It is a manifestation of the era's zeitgeist, where brand collaborations are a marketing strategy and a form of artistic expression. The item reflects the influence of street pop art on mainstream culture, where the irreverent and vibrant visuals of graffiti artwork find a place in everyday objects. This collectible is not meant for consumption despite its edible origins; instead, it's preserved as a memento of the time when streetwear and pop art converged in an unprecedented manner. The significance of this collectible piece extends to the conversation around the value and permanence of art. In an era where ephemeral art forms like street art are becoming more widely recognized and valued, the Supreme Skittles Candy stands as an emblem of transitory art made permanent. This edition is not just about the taste or the allure of a limited run; it's about the statement it makes and the context it occupies within street pop art and graffiti artwork. It is a testament to how contemporary art is evolving and how everyday items are repurposed as commentary on and artifacts of the current cultural and artistic landscape. The Supreme Skittles Candy Original 2021 Limited Edition serves as a vibrant example of how art can be playful yet profound, commercial yet collectible, and temporary yet timeless. Its existence challenges traditional notions of art and collectibility, cementing its place as a unique piece of street pop and graffiti artwork that captures the essence of its time.

  • Scarface Split Skateboard Art Deck by Supreme

Supreme Scarface Split Skateboard Art Deck by Supreme

Supreme Scarface Split Deck Limited Edition Skateboard deck art by Designer Brand Supreme 2017 Printed Supreme x Scarface Limited Edition Skateboard Deck Depicting Al Pacino as Tony Montana from the Cult Classic Drug Movie Scarface. The Supreme Scarface Split Deck skateboard symbolizes the intersection where street culture, film, and design converge, creating a piece of Street Pop Art and graffiti Artwork that resonates with diverse audiences. This limited edition skateboard deck, released as part of the Fall/Winter 2017 collection by the designer Supreme, features iconic imagery from the cult classic drug movie "Scarface." The deck showcases a striking split design with Al Pacino as Tony Montana, capturing one of the film's most intense moments. Supreme, a brand deeply ingrained in the fabric of streetwear, has consistently demonstrated a knack for blending popular culture with its distinctive style. The collaboration with "Scarface" cements this approach, offering not just a skateboard but a canvas that reflects the gritty and raw narrative of the film. The deck is a homage to the character of Tony Montana, a figure whose pursuit of the American Dream through the darkest avenues of crime has left an indelible mark on cinema and popular culture. The "Shower" deck, in particular, grabs attention with a still from the infamous scene where a drug deal spirals into violence, placing Montana in a life-threatening standoff. This powerful image is complemented by the film's famous tagline on the top of the deck, further embedding the skateboard within the lore of "Scarface." This fusion of art, cinema, and skateboarding culture elevates the piece from a functional item to a collectible artifact within pop and street art. Supreme's decision to feature this graphic during the 2017 Fall/Winter collection was a strategic move that tapped into the nostalgia and aesthetic appeal of the 1980s, when skateboarding and the film "Scarface" rose to prominence. The deck's design captures the essence of that era while remaining relevant to the modern landscape of street art and fashion. As a piece of modern Street Pop Art and graffiti Artwork, the Supreme Scarface Split Deck transcends traditional boundaries, blending functionality with a solid artistic statement. Its creation speaks to a culture that values the defiant spirit of street art and the power of visual storytelling. For enthusiasts and collectors, the deck represents a piece of cultural history, embodying the spirit of rebellion and the relentless pursuit of ambition, themes as relevant today as they were at the time of the film's release.

  • Alternative Facts Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY

Shepard Fairey- OBEY Alternative Facts Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY

Alternative Facts Hand-Pulled 4-Color Silkscreen Print on Speckletone Fine Art Paper by Artist Shepard Fairey Limited Edition Pop Art Artwork. 2022 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of XXX Artwork Size 24x24 " We are at a critical moment for the preservation of democracy and non-partisan access to voting for all citizens of voting age. Between the Supreme Court, partisan gerrymandering shaping state legislatures, and the filibuster as a tool of obstruction in Congress, we are already facing tyranny by the minority. The forces dominating our politics do not reflect the values of most Americans. My print, Alternative Facts, addresses the mass confusion about truth that allows the parties who spread the big lie about the 2020 election (and many other lies) fomented the January 6th insurrection and are engaged in voter suppression and other anti-democracy schemes, to flourish unchecked. A portion of proceeds from Alternative Facts will benefit the ACLU in its legal fights against voter suppression and other attacks on the constitution." -Shepard Fairey Shepard Fairey's work is highly political and social, not only because he is incorporating politicians and slogans in it but more importantly because the artist is primarily interested in approaching as many people as possible, exhibiting his work in the covers of the books, which we read, in the music albums, to which we listen, and on the walls of the streets, where we walk. “If I put art in a daring spot, it’s more moving to the viewer and demonstrates my conviction.”, he says. After all, Fairey, in many cases, directly expresses his views on politics and society, whenever he is given the chance. For example, in the aftermath of the “Hope” poster, he commented the following: “Obama has had a really tough time, but there have been a lot of things that he's compromised on that I never would have expected. I mean, drones and domestic spying are the last things I would have thought [he'd support]”. The political aspect of his work can, also, be seen under the spectrum of Fairey’s activism and humanitarian activity. Many of his works have been created as part of activism campaigns or were sold to support causes relevant to the Arts, animal rights, poverty, medical research, the environment, etc. The artist, however, doesn’t identify himself as an activist: “People ask me if I’m an activist, and my answer is no. I’m an artist with a point of view, but I want to do my part to supplement activist causes I believe in. I feel fortunate to connect with people who find my imagery useful and help spread it.”

These cans, while fully functional, transcend their primary purpose of painting to become collectible artworks in their own right. They are sold as a cohesive set, underscoring the idea that their value is compounded not just by their rarity but by their association with the cultural zeitgeist. By creating these cans exclusively for Supreme, Montana MTN ensures that this crossover resonates with a sense of scarcity and unique appeal. These are not just tools for creating art but are themselves a statement, a symbolic nod to the culture from which they've been born, and a reflection of the world they decorate. In the hands of enthusiasts, these cans hold the potential to unleash creativity. At the same time, in the eyes of collectors, they stand as a representation of a cultural fusion that has come to define a generation. Such collaborations are milestones marking the journey of street art from the peripheries into the mainstream. This journey continues to challenge and redefine the boundaries between everyday objects and fine art.

  • Lowbrow And Still The Loser Giclee Print by Luke Chueh

Luke Chueh Lowbrow And Still The Loser Giclee Print by Luke Chueh

Lowbrow- And Still The Loser Artwork Limited Edition Giclee Print on 290gsm Moab Entrada Paper by Modern Artist Luke Chueh. 2011 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 50 Artwork Size 18x24 "Lowbrow - And Still The Loser" by Luke Chueh is a distinctive piece within the pop art genre, where every day is imbued with layers of deeper meaning. This artwork, a giclee print on 290gsm Moab Entrada paper, holds its own in the discourse of street art and graffiti art through its evocative representation of common sentiments. Created in 2011, the piece was offered as a signed and numbered limited edition, with only 50 prints available, each measuring 18x24 inches, signifying its exclusivity and collectibility. The artwork features Chueh's trademark character, a bear, depicted in monochrome against a stark background. The figure's action is central to the artwork's narrative: a loser's salute, which, in the context of Chueh's oeuvre, could be interpreted as a commentary on self-acceptance in the face of defeat or societal judgment. The term "lowbrow" boldly interrupts the visual, acting as a self-referential nod to the lowbrow art movement and an ironic statement about the bear's self-deprecation. This print continues Luke Chueh's exploration of the juxtaposition between the innocence of cartoon characters and the complexity of human emotions, a theme prevalent in street art's storytelling. Chueh's work is often recognized for its emotional rawness, encapsulated within the accessible form of animated figures. "Lowbrow - And Still The Loser" is particularly resonant in its straightforwardness, reflecting the artist's capacity to communicate profound experiences through simple, relatable imagery. The choice of Moab Entrada paper, known for its archival quality, suggests a purposeful intention to preserve the depth of the black and white tones, ensuring that each collector receives a piece that remains true to the visual impact of the original artwork. The limited edition nature of this print elevates its value among collectors and enthusiasts, who view Chueh's work as a bridge between the often disparate worlds of pop art and street art. Here, the emotional language of graffiti, the visual punch of pop art, and the introspection of the lowbrow movement merge to form a statement piece that challenges viewers to find meaning in the guise of simplicity.

  • Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Red Skateboard by Kaws- Brian Donnelly

Kaws- Brian Donnelly Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Red Skateboard by Kaws- Brian Donnelly

Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Red Limited Edition Skateboard deck art by Designer Brand Supreme. SS21 2021- The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Skateboard Deck Red showcases the classic KAWS box logo, as seen in his prior collaboration with Supreme. The logo spans the entire deck width and was released on February 18th, 2021, Supreme's Spring/Summer 2021 season. Intersecting Worlds: The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck in Red The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck in red is a vivid emblem of the ongoing dialogue between street culture and high art. As a limited edition piece, it epitomizes the essence of street pop art and graffiti artwork, both of which are movements that challenge conventional notions of where art can be found and who it is for. Released as part of Supreme's Spring/Summer 2021 collection on February 18th, 2021, this skateboard deck is a physical manifestation of the collaboration between the influential designer brand Supreme and the artist KAWS, known for his impact on the global art scene, particularly within the domains of pop art and graffiti. The bold red deck, decorated with the classic KAWS box logo that extends across its width, is immediately striking. This design choice is significant; the logo does not just adorn the deck—it redefines it, turning a piece of skateboarding equipment into a statement of artistic intent. The color red is often associated with passion, energy, and action—qualities inherently tied to the culture of skateboarding and the urgency often conveyed through street art. Symbolism in Street Pop Art: The Supreme KAWS Collaboration The collaboration between Supreme and KAWS for the chalk logo deck series is more than a merging of streetwear and art; it is a cultural event highlighting the power of iconic imagery in the contemporary landscape. The KAWS box logo, with its crossed-out eyes and hands, has become a symbol of a provocative look at popular culture, and its large-scale representation on the skateboard deck is a nod to the artist's roots in graffiti. Graffiti, with its historical ties to reclaiming public space and providing social commentary, is an apt medium for KAWS's often-critical eye on consumerism and commercialism. With its hand-drawn, chalk-like effect of the logo, this skateboard deck also brings to mind the temporary and often illicit nature of street art. It juxtaposes the impermanence of chalk on the sidewalk with the enduring nature of the deck as a collectible piece of art. The tactile quality of the logo's design invites touch and use, aligning with street pop art's ethos of art being an interactive and integral part of everyday life. The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck in red, embodying the visual language of street pop art and the cultural cachet of Supreme, becomes a kind of totem for the interplay between street and luxury, between the rebel and the establishment. It is a testament to the fact that street pop art and graffiti artwork are not just forms of visual expression but are also reflective of cultural movements and shifts in society's relationship with art and commerce. In the skateboard decks released by Supreme and KAWS, each color variant tells a different story, carries extra energy, and holds a unique place in the landscape of street pop art. The red deck, perhaps the most visually arresting of the series, captures the attention for its aesthetic and the conversation it represents about value, accessibility, and the ever-evolving definition of what art can be.

Supreme> Pop Artist Graffiti Street Artworks

Intersection of Supreme with Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork

Supreme, a brand that began as a skateboarding shop in New York City in 1994, has burgeoned into an emblematic entity within street pop art and graffiti artwork. The brand's iconic red box logo, with its bold Futura Heavy Oblique font, has become a canvas for artists and a symbol of the streetwear culture that has permeated the fashion industry and the art world. This logo has been manipulated, reimagined, and repurposed by various artists, making it a recurring motif in street art scenes across the globe. Supreme has effectively capitalized on the interplay between brand identity and art, positioning itself as a pivotal player in the conversation about the commercialization of street art and its role within contemporary culture. Supreme's collaborations with renowned artists have been instrumental in cementing its position within the art community. The brand has enlisted the talents of figures from various artistic backgrounds, bridging the gap between underground art and mainstream recognition. These collaborations have often resulted in limited edition pieces that combine the gritty aesthetic of street art with Supreme's streetwear sensibilities. The result is a collection of apparel and accessories that double as wearable art pieces, blurring the lines between practicality and artistic expression. Supreme's products often feature graphics and designs that draw from the themes and styles of street pop art and graffiti, such as satire, irony, and cultural commentary, resonating with a demographic that values style and substance. Purchase Artist Supreme's Street Art Graffiti Modern Art Items, Prints, Originals, Sculptures, and Paintings. Nowadays, Supreme is one of the most potent clothing brands worldwide. It emerged in the 90s and has strong connections with the subcultures of hip-hop and skating. It all started in New York in 1994, when British entrepreneur James Jebbia, before retail fashion, opened the first Supreme store. With his working experience, Jebbia decided to hire local skateboarders, thus gradually transforming his shop into a famous hangout spot within the skateboarding community of Manhattan. Unsurprisingly, he credits a significant part of the brand's success to those first employees, who were not trained by him, yet just by working there, they set up the whole mentality behind Supreme, emphasizing an unpolished and raw coolness.   Over the years, Supreme became synonymous with luxury streetwear and served with a cocky, almost nihilistic attitude. The brand still capitalizes on its perception as an anarchist icon and its opposition to consumer culture and international corporations, even though it has a net worth of billions. Supreme has established itself in the public consciousness through two key themes: appropriation on the one hand and implied exclusivity on the other.
It has often utilized pop culture iconography deriving from massive brands such as Coca-Cola, Jack Daniels, Louis Vuitton, etc. More interestingly, Supreme itself has not been trademarked, allowing it to be appropriated. As a result, plagiarism lies in the roots of the brand's history, juxtaposed with its materialistic character. At the same time, Supreme's policy on drops is based on the idea that scarcity heightens demand or, in other words, on the mentality of a "hype beast."every Thursday, a new series of products is released, and consumers queue up to enter not only physical stores but online ones, where, in reality, they have only 15 minutes of browsing time to make their purchase. The brand's success could also be attributed to hthe limited drops This explains the so-called "panic buying" effect, which leads to immediate sales of inflated resale prices. Outs and, later on, Supreme has mwonequally in mainstream and luxury clothing, with celebrities like Kanye West and A$AP Rocky becoming unofficial ambassadors of the brand. At the same time, its marketing strategy is focused on plainly letting the customers chase the brand and not vice versa.

Supreme's Cultural Significance and Artistic Influence

The cultural significance of Supreme in the landscape of street pop art and graffiti artwork is multifaceted. On one level, Supreme represents the commodification of street culture, transforming symbols of rebellion and subversion into coveted items. On another level, it challenges the norms of the fashion and art industries, questioning the dichotomy between high and low art. Supreme's approach to design and branding has been likened to an art movement characterized by an irreverent disregard for convention and a knack for pushing boundaries. The red box logo, synonymous with the brand, has taken on a life of its own, becoming a sought-after motif in the art market and the retail space. ISupreme's logois expected to sbeSseenalongside graffiti tags and street pop art murals, a testament to the brand's deep-rooted connections with urban art forms. Supreme's impact extends beyond its visual contributions; the brand has played a significant role in elevating streetwear to the echelons of high fashion. By curating collaborations with high-profile artists and designers, Supreme has brought the raw energy of the streets into the exclusive world of luxury fashion. These partnerships have introduced a new audience to street pop art and graffiti aesthetics, fostering a newfound appreciation for these art forms among individuals who may not have otherwise engaged with them. The brand's seasonal releases are often met with the same enthusiasm as high-profile art openings, with fans queuing for hours to acquire the latest pieces, further illustrating the brand's art-like status in popular culture. As Supreme continues to engage with the street art community, it also plays a part in the evolving identity of street art itself. Once known as a form of rebellion, street art has entered a new phase where its relationship with brands like Supreme has helped it gain legitimacy and acceptance in new circles. With its countercultural foundations, Supreme provides a bridge that many street artists have crossed, moving from the shadows into the spotlight. The company's collaborations serve as endorsements, signaling that these artists and their work are significant and worthy of attention.

The Future of Supreme in Street Art and Fashion

Supreme's role as a cultural conduit between the underground world of street art and the glossy realm of high fashion is unparalleled. The brand's penchant for disruptive collaboration has seen it work alongside some of the most provocative street pop art and graffiti artists. These artists, who often began their careers illicitly tagging buildings or trains, have found a new kind of canvas in Supreme's clothing and accessories. Through these collaborations, Supreme has provided a platform for street artists to gain wider recognition and introduce their work to a more diverse audience. The essence of street pop art and graffiti is its immediacy and accessibility, and Supreme taps into this by releasing limited-edition products that often sell out within minutes. The brand's drops are events in their own right, generating hype and excitement that mirror the buzz of a street art piece appearing overnight in a public space. The impermanence of Supreme's products and street art captures a shared ethos: the moment's beauty and the importance of 'now.' In the same way, graffiti artwork becomes part of the urban fabric, Supreme's products are woven into the cultural narrative of the times, becoming artifacts that represent the zeitgeist. As Supreme continues to evolve, its relationship with the art world becomes increasingly complex and intertwined. The brand's frequent legal battles over the use of its logo have sparked discussions about ownership, appropriation, and the commercial aspects of street art. In many ways, Supreme's story mirrors the journey of street pop art and graffiti from the fringes to the mainstream, from being dismissed as vandalism to being celebrated in galleries and museums. Supreme's trajectory offers a case study of the power of branding and the shifting perceptions of value within the art and fashion industries. Supreme has shaped the landscape of streetwear and left an indelible mark on the world of street pop art and graffiti artwork. Once just a label, its red box logo has become a cultural icon, signifying a blend of style, art, and attitude. As the brand continues to engage with artists and designers, it redefines what it means to be a brand in the 21st century, straddling the worlds of commerce, art, and culture. Whether viewed as a disruptor or a cultural innovator, Supreme's influence on the aesthetics and philosophy of street art and fashion is undeniable, cementing its role as a beacon of urban creativity and a mirror to the zeitgeist.
