No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds. Due to the bespoke nature of our business, where each piece is unique and crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on artwork purchases. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the art market and discourage reselling or speculative purchasing based on price fluctuations.
Return Eligibility – Exceptions for Gross Neglect
While we do not accept traditional returns, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that an item arrives defective, damaged, or is clearly the result of gross neglect on our part, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We stand by the quality of our work and are committed to making it right if a serious error has occurred.
How to Start a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return due to an error or damage, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
If your return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
