All artwork sold on this site is in good to perfect condition unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of vintage and paper-based art, minor creases, marks, or signs of handling may be present. These are not considered defects but add to the artwork’s authenticity and history.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

SprayedPaint.com does not represent artists or claim ownership over their copyrights. All copyrights remain with their original creators. We only facilitate the sale of physical copies intended for the art market. Purchasing a work does not grant rights to reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the image without the artist’s explicit written permission.

4. Age Requirements and Account Responsibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a legal guardian to use our site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

5. E-Commerce Platform and Payment

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Billing, Orders, and Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. We may attempt to notify you via email or phone in such cases.

7. Limited Licenses and Restrictions
