PACKAGE DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Please contact the shipper (UPS or USPS) and make a report. If you feel the items were damaged before shipping, please Contact Sprayed Paint. We do not refund due to lost, stolen or damaged packages, we add insurance to all shipments. 

PACKAGE WAS RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE

As soon as we receive the package, we will check to see if the item is in good condition. If the item is in good condition, we will ask you to send payment to reship the package.

TIME FRAME FOR STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship all paintings within 5-7 days of receiving payment from Monday through Friday. Once an order is shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for the package to arrive at its destination. Shipment may take longer in some instances; however, in most cases, your new painting is expected to arrive within 10-14 days.
