Bobby Hill The Band HPM Acrylic Silkscreen Print by Bobby Hill

The Band Limited Edition Hand-Embellished Mixed Media Screen Print on 200lbs Heavyweight Paper by Bobby Hill Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. Each piece is unique and colors, painting, spray paintings made by hand by the artist are random, vary, and you may not receive the exact pictured item! "I use photographic images as the basis for the art, but I would sometimes draw directly on the acetate before I burn the screens to bring out parts of the images I felt were important. Each piece for this run was individually screen printed and hand-painted using a variety of acrylic and other mediums. Take notice of the colors rather than the image, even though that might be difficult to do sometimes. The colors represent what's going on in my life at any given moment." - Bobby Hill

Copyright Fallen Angel Pink Silkscreen Giclee Print by Copyright

Fallen Angel- Pink Limited Edition 2-Color Hand-Pulled Mixed media Silkscreen Print on 300gsm Fabriano Watercolour Paper by Copyright Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "This image I first made in 2011, I released 2 colorways of it at the time that sold out. In 2013 I had my 10-year anniversary show where I was able to be nostalgic about my own work, after which I started to reprise old favorites in new ways. I made these and kept them back until the time was right. As my first print release in the USA and as an introduction to my work, it seemed like the perfect time to put them out. Angels are a reoccurring motif for me and most of my pictures draw from a bitter-sweet theme. So the image of a fallen angel is a powerfully symbolic way to portray this. I use symbols and iconography within my paintings to help build a story/narrative, usually small icons or tattoos." - Copyright

Umphreys McGee Vampire AP Silkscreen Print by Todd Slater Artist Proof Hand-Pulled Screen Print on Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Pop Street Artwork & Graffiti. AP Artist Proof 2008 Signed & AP Marked Limited Edition Run Artwork Size 15.5x21 Metallic Ink Halloween Monster Mash Up The Warfield San Francisco 2008 Umphrey's McGee Vampire AP Silkscreen Print by Todd Slater Todd Slater’s ability to merge music, pop culture, and surreal imagery is exemplified in the Umphrey's McGee Vampire AP Silkscreen Print. Created as a limited artist proof in 2008, this hand-pulled screen print brings together elements of horror, humor, and street pop art aesthetics. Designed for the band's Halloween Monster Mash Up concert at The Warfield in San Francisco, this piece captures the eerie energy of the event while maintaining Slater’s signature bold style. This print features a haunting depiction of a ghoulish vampire mummy leaning over a gravestone, where the band’s name is prominently displayed in dripping typography. The background is layered with classic Halloween treats, including pies and snack cakes, adding an unexpected playful contrast to the eerie scene. The metallic ink further enhances the visual appeal, creating a print that shimmers with texture and depth. Todd Slater's Unique Approach to Street Pop Art Todd Slater has built his reputation through a fusion of street pop art, graffiti artwork, and bold graphic design. His work is known for its intricate details, layered textures, and surreal interpretations of cultural references. This piece is no exception, as it incorporates his signature approach to screen printing, with bold outlines and a highly stylized central figure. The artist’s use of metallic ink and Halloween-inspired color palettes gives this print a dimensionality that makes it stand out among traditional gig posters. The character’s green face and eerie white bandages contrast sharply against the darker tones, while the inclusion of snack cakes in the background adds a whimsical touch that keeps the piece from being purely sinister. The Connection Between Music and Visual Art Umphrey's McGee is a band known for their progressive rock and improvisational performances, making them an ideal subject for a visually striking print. The fusion of horror imagery with music culture is a recurring theme in gig posters, as it allows artists to create collectible memorabilia that extends beyond the concert experience. This print serves as both a promotional piece and a standalone work of art, designed to be displayed and appreciated beyond the event itself. Concert posters have long been an essential part of music history, especially in the street pop art and graffiti artwork movements. These prints often blur the lines between commercial design and fine art, making them highly sought after by collectors. Slater’s approach ensures that his work remains unique, drawing inspiration from the concert’s theme while incorporating his own artistic influences. A Highly Collectible Limited Edition Print With its artist proof designation, this screen print is a rare and highly collectible piece for both music and street pop art enthusiasts. The limited-edition nature ensures that each print remains a valuable artifact, particularly among those who appreciate hand-pulled screen printing techniques. Todd Slater’s ability to infuse his artwork with both visual depth and cultural significance makes this piece a must-have for fans of modern pop art. Its combination of horror aesthetics, music culture, and street art influences solidifies it as a standout example of contemporary gig poster design.

Endless Summer Silkscreen Print by Faile Hand-Pulled 10-Color on Lenox 100 Fine Art PaperLimited Edition Screenprint Artwork. 2024 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 250 Artwork Size 19x25 Silkscreen Print A Vibrant Celebration of Summertime Energy Endless Summer Silkscreen Print by Faile stands as a captivating example of how playful themes and bright color palettes can capture the exhilaration of leisure and escapism. This 19x25 inch print, created in 2024 and produced in a limited edition of 250, exudes an air of spontaneity. Hand-pulled using 10-color screenprinting techniques, the piece bursts with overlapping layers and a whimsical approach to composition. A woman in a striped swimsuit perches on a flamingo float, reminiscent of classic summertime motifs. Soft pastel clouds drift across a bright sky, while pop-inspired lettering spells out the title in an eye-catching style. The resulting composition blends elements of fantasy, humor, and nostalgia, allowing viewers to reminisce about warmer days spent soaking in sunshine and endless fun. Layers of Symbolism and Dreamlike Imagery Faile presents an intricate visual tapestry of pop culture references, subtle social commentary, and fantasy scenarios. In this print, the flamingo serves as a playful icon, symbolizing relaxation, novelty, and the often kitsch aesthetics associated with resort culture. The Capitol Records building in the background alludes to iconic music landmarks and the broader entertainment world, adding depth and humor. A polar bear drifts into the scene, bringing in a surreal contrast that sparks curiosity about climate, displacement, or simple absurdity. The layered aesthetic, produced through multiple screenprinting passes on Lenox 100 Fine Art Paper, enriches every inch of the surface. The viewer is encouraged to discover surprising details that reference both past and present cultural moments. This approach highlights Faile’s capacity to merge nostalgic echoes of vintage comics with modern commentary, ensuring the print resonates with diverse audiences. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Influences Faile, comprising artists Patrick McNeil and Patrick Miller, draws from decades of street-based imagery and techniques. Endless Summer Silkscreen Print encapsulates the unpredictable spirit commonly found in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, where advertising, billboards, and pop culture references are repurposed to form new narratives. This collage-like layering of visual cues is reminiscent of wheatpaste posters and ephemeral graffiti tags that once adorned urban landscapes. Bold outlines, bright chromatic bursts, and references to recognizable landmarks reflect the collision of fine art printing with the raw energy that emerges from the street. The resulting aesthetic retains a highly accessible quality while remaining sophisticated in technical prowess. Hand-pulled screenprinting techniques, combined with Faile’s signature remixing of styles, reinforce their position in the continuum of pop art traditions. An Irresistible Collectible for Contemporary Enthusiasts Endless Summer Silkscreen Print has become a sought-after piece among collectors who appreciate works that expertly merge vibrant, pop-infused visuals with refined craftsmanship. Fans value Faile for their flair in combining playful motifs with striking color combinations, resulting in art that can spark conversation in any setting. The limited edition of 250, each signed and numbered, guarantees exclusivity for those who add it to their collections. Additionally, the use of 10-color screenprinting on Lenox 100 Fine Art Paper underscores the care and precision that went into crafting each sheet. This attention to detail aligns with Faile’s reputation for dynamic designs that reflect both nostalgic influences and a decisive street-inspired edge. The print becomes more than a mere depiction of endless summer fun, instead functioning as a timeless fusion of pop culture, imaginative visuals, and technical artistry.

  • And Then Things Got Better Summer Archival Print by Denial- Daniel Bombardier

Denial- Daniel Bombardier And Then Things Got Better Summer Archival Print by Denial- Daniel Bombardier

And Then Things Got Better- Summer Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 330gsm Fine Art Paper by Denial Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2021 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 24x24 Summer Variant  And Then Things Got Better – Summer Edition by Denial in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork And Then Things Got Better – Summer is a 2021 archival pigment print created by Canadian artist Denial, also known as Daniel Bombardier. Measuring 24 x 24 inches and printed on 330gsm museum-grade fine art paper, this limited edition artwork was released in a run of only 25 signed and numbered prints. The Summer variant infuses the original pop art-inspired composition with intense seasonal heat through a vivid red and warm earth-tone palette. The composition features a close-up of a comic-style female figure, captured in a moment of dramatic contemplation. Her gaze lifts upward while her hair whips across the frame in sweeping strokes of black and fire red. The caption, printed in dark text over a desaturated red background, reads And Then Things Got Better, a line loaded with layered emotional resonance and open interpretation. Color and Emotion in the Summer Variant This Summer edition is characterized by a palette dominated by deep reds, warm beige tones, and subdued mauves. These colors speak to intensity, transformation, and emotional pressure—the type often associated with personal growth in high-heat moments. The red eyes and lips of the character radiate intensity, matching the fiery highlights in her hair. Where other variants may evoke hope or reflection, Summer burns with unresolved passion, giving the print an emotional temperature that borders on eruption. The woman’s expression, as in the other versions, remains ambiguous—poised between vulnerability and defiance—but here, with the heightened red tones, her presence feels louder, more immediate. The composition suggests the heat of survival, the moment after impact, the quiet following the blaze of emotional confrontation. Denial’s Conceptual Power in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Daniel Bombardier’s work under the name Denial is grounded in the critical language of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. His bold use of comic book formats, consumerist aesthetics, and emotionally charged phrases speaks to a cultural environment overwhelmed by noise yet yearning for sincerity. In this series, Denial uses the familiar form of a pop art panel to explore how repeated messages—both personal and political—can lose or gain meaning depending on context. The Summer variant reflects his ability to merge psychological insight with graphic composition, using color not only as decoration but as narrative. The interplay of tension and visual rhythm draws viewers in, inviting them to read not only the figure’s face but the underlying emotional structure behind the statement. Craft, Technique, and Collector Appeal Produced using high-resolution archival pigment inks, this print ensures a depth of color and longevity essential for serious collectors. The 330gsm fine art paper enhances the tactile and visual quality, giving richness to the red tones and contrast to the black linework. Each print is hand-signed and numbered by Denial, further establishing the authenticity and rarity of this Summer edition. With only 25 pieces produced, this variant stands out not just for its design but for its place within a tightly curated collection of emotional studies in pop form. It exemplifies the kind of introspective confrontation that makes Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork so compelling—personal, provocative, and powerfully unresolved. And Then Things Got Better – Summer radiates with the truth that sometimes healing arrives not gently, but in flames.

  • Sale -10% The Beauty of Rebellion Ballerina Riot Sculpture by Abell Octovan

Abell Octovan The Beauty of Rebellion Ballerina Riot Sculpture by Abell Octovan

The Beauty of Rebellion Limited Edition Polystone Art Toy Collectible Artwork by street graffiti artist Abell Octovan.  Set to challenge the notion of beauty in today's society; the ballerina is all geared up with a vest and mask, holding a smoke grenade and twirling and dancing amid a rebellion. Drawing inspiration from classic Greek sculptures, The Beauty of Rebellion features a smooth marble-like effect. The spray can is highlighted with a red accent, a representation of the desire to break free from the beauty conventions we all know. A Dance of Dissent Abell Octovan's "The Beauty of Rebellion" merges the classical grace of a ballerina with the subversive edge of street art, creating a polystone resin sculpture that challenges and redefines conventional aesthetics. This 2021 limited edition collectible embodies a visual protest against the rigid standards of beauty that permeate society, presenting a figure of elegance poised in an act of insurrection. The collectible portrays a ballerina, traditionally an icon of beauty and poise, adorned not with the typical delicate attire but with a vest and mask, holding a smoke grenade. This juxtaposition creates a striking image of contrast and conflict – amid a pirouette, the dancer is simultaneously a symbol of rebellion. The piece draws a parallel between the disciplined form of ballet and the chaotic nature of protest, suggesting that both require a certain degree of passion and precision. Marble and Movement: A Statue of Subversion Octovan's sculpture, with its smooth marble-like effect, nods to the classical Greek statues that epitomize an enduring standard of beauty and form. However, "The Beauty of Rebellion" subverts this tradition by introducing elements of street culture, namely the spray can, highlighted in red as a beacon of defiance. This very spray can represent the artist's – and society's – urge to break free from the constraints of conventional beauty norms. The ballerina stands on a cloud of billowing smoke, a base that further emphasizes the theme of upheaval. While symbolizing chaos, the smoke also serves as a pedestal for the figure, elevating her act of rebellion to one of artistic and cultural significance. This base grounds the sculpture in the realm of street pop art & graffiti artwork, where messages are often conveyed through bold and unexpected visual statements.  Defining Beauty Through Defiance "The Beauty of Rebellion" is not merely a collectible but a statement on the evolving perceptions of beauty in contemporary culture. Abell Octovan uses this piece to spark conversation about the societal pressures of beauty standards and the power of individual expression. The ballerina's dance becomes a metaphor for the struggle against these pressures, her grace a form of resistance, and her grenade a tool for societal awakening. In the context of street pop art & graffiti artwork, Octovan's work reflects the genre's capacity to address severe cultural and social issues through art that is accessible yet provocative. The sculpture encourages viewers to consider the many forms of beauty and how art can challenge the status quo. Legacy of Rebellion in Art Abell Octovan's "The Beauty of Rebellion" joins the ranks of iconic works within street pop art & graffiti artwork that have redefined how beauty is represented and understood. By fusing elements of classical art with modern-day symbols of resistance, Octovan creates a dialogue that extends beyond the sculpture into the fabric of societal discourse. The collectible is a testament to the enduring power of art to confront and question. In its blend of the classical and the contemporary, "The Beauty of Rebellion" stands as a symbol of the ongoing conversation about beauty, expression, and the role of art in challenging the conventions we have come to accept. It is a dance of dissent, captured in resin, echoing through the halls of modern art.

Fade Into The Dark Stars Blotter Paper Limited Edition Archival Pigment Print Art on Perforated Blotter Paper by Camille Rose Garcia pop culture LSD artwork. 2021 Signed & Numbered with COA Archival Pigment Print on Perforated Blotter Paper Artwork Size: 7.5 x 7.5 Inches Release: April 19, 2021. Limited blotter editions are hand-perforated by Zane Kesey. Fade Into The Dark Stars by Camille Rose Garcia – Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork on Blotter Paper Fade Into The Dark Stars is a striking 2021 archival pigment print on perforated blotter paper by pop surrealist Camille Rose Garcia. Measuring 7.5 x 7.5 inches and released on April 19, 2021, this limited edition artwork is signed, numbered, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Hand-perforated by Zane Kesey, son of literary figure Ken Kesey, the print pays homage to the countercultural history of LSD blotter sheets while channeling Garcia’s visually explosive style. This edition transforms ephemeral materials into collectible objects, linking the legacy of psychedelia with contemporary street pop art and graffiti artwork. Surrealism and Symbolism in a Lurid Technicolor Fantasy The artwork presents a surreal and electrified composition bathed in luminous violets, acidic pinks, and spectral blues. At its center is a haunting figure with sharp fangs, a glam-inspired lightning bolt eye patch, and hair erupting in a blaze of neon. Branching antlers and dripping flora crown the figure, evoking mythology, fantasy, and decay. An ominous moth hovers above like a guardian or spectral watcher. The composition vibrates with visual tension—dream and nightmare, beauty and grotesque—rendered in Garcia’s precise yet dripping aesthetic. Each element echoes themes of transformation, vulnerability, and resistance. Camille Rose Garcia and the Dark Side of Pop Camille Rose Garcia, born in 1970 in California, is a foundational figure in the lowbrow and pop surrealist art movements. Her work is rooted in a hybrid of street culture, fairy tale, punk, and political commentary. Known for confronting systems of control and environmental destruction, she often uses feminine archetypes to subvert power structures. Fade Into The Dark Stars reveals Garcia’s capacity to blend bold, cartoonlike forms with disquieting narratives. Her stylistic vocabulary pulls from Disney animation, horror comics, and Day-Glo psychedelia, placing her firmly within the lineage of American street pop art & graffiti artwork. Blotter Art as Medium and Message The use of blotter paper ties this edition to the underground culture of LSD distribution, especially prominent in the 1960s and 70s. By printing on perforated sheets and collaborating with Zane Kesey, Garcia signals a dialogue between personal hallucination and collective protest. Blotter art, once purely functional, now becomes a canvas for transgressive, subversive expression. The physical format encourages intimacy and iconoclasm, distilling Garcia’s larger works into tactile moments of visionary rebellion. Fade Into The Dark Stars becomes a portal—small yet symbolically potent—where fine art meets rebellion, mythology merges with modernity, and street culture collides with psychedelic transcendence.

The interplay between the subject and the lilies in "To Love And To Hold" is significant. Lilies are often associated with devotion, purity, renewal, and rebirth. By juxtaposing these flowers with the woman's gaze, Winnel may suggest a story of enduring love, a moment of contemplation, or a cycle of growth and change. The limited edition nature of the print deepens its value, turning it into a collectible piece that holds not just aesthetic value but also an emotional narrative that resonates with the viewer. Technique and Expression in Winnel's Limited Edition Prints The technique employed by Winnel in her giclee prints ensures that every subtle detail of her original artwork is captured, from the soft hues of the woman's hair to the intricate details of the lily flowers. Giclee printing, known for its high-quality reproduction capabilities, is particularly suited to Winnel's style, which often features soft gradients and delicate shadings that would be lost in lower-quality print methods. "To Love And To Hold" reflects the same attention to detail and expression often found in Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork. While the latter is typically found in urban settings and is characterized by its public display and often bold messages, Winnel's print brings the essence of this artistic expression into a personal and contemplative space. The piece does not shout from a wall but whispers from a frame, allowing for a deeper and more intimate connection with the art. The Lasting Impact of "To Love And To Hold" The lasting impact of "To Love And To Hold" within the broader context of street pop art and graffiti artwork is a testament to the versatility and range of the movement. While Street Pop Art is often associated with urban landscapes and the social and political commentary inherent in graffiti, Winnel's print showcases how the principles of this movement can be translated into different mediums and settings. Her work is a reminder that Street Pop Art is not confined by space or scale but is defined by its ability to touch, engage, and convey meaning. In the hands of those who own a piece of this limited edition print, "To Love And To Hold" continues to be more than just a work of art. It is a portal to a story, an emotion, and a piece of the artist's soul. It is a reminder of the beauty that can be found in stillness, the strength in vulnerability, and the profound connection between humanity and the natural world. As such, Bec Winnel's work is an enduring piece within the ever-evolving narrative of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, bridging the gap between the intimate and the universal, the private collection and the public spectacle.

  • Spirit Guardian Archival Print by Graham Yarrington

Graham Yarrington Spirit Guardian Archival Print by Graham Yarrington

Spirit Guardian Archival Print by Graham Yarrington Limited Edition on Cotton Fine Art Paper, Pop Graffiti Street Artist Modern Artwork. 2020 Signed & Numbered Print Limited Edition of 30 Artwork Size 30x24 Archival Pigment Fine Art Spirit Guardian Archival Print by Graham Yarrington Spirit Guardian is a 2020 signed and numbered archival pigment print by Graham Yarrington, limited to an edition of 30. Printed on high-quality cotton fine art paper, this piece is a vivid representation of Yarrington’s signature approach to Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The artwork features a monochromatic woodland scene rendered in grayscale tones, inhabited by a surreal black animal with multi-colored streamers wrapped around its limbs and body. A small, stoic figure sits atop the creature, framed by a radiant geometric emblem that radiates neon pink, blue, orange, and yellow. The stark contrast between grayscale surroundings and the bursts of vibrant color establishes a dreamlike tension between stillness and movement, silence and spectacle. Symbolism and the Storytelling Vision of Graham Yarrington Graham Yarrington’s work often traverses mythological terrains, and Spirit Guardian is no exception. The piece creates a portal into an imaginary world that feels timeless, haunted, and simultaneously playful. The geometric symbol in the center is more than ornamental. It functions as an aura, shield, or spiritual compass, guiding the small rider through a mystical forest. The animal acts as both guardian and vessel, a familiar form carrying the unknown into and through the surreal. The grayscale trees, rendered with sharp and angular silhouettes, contrast sharply with the softness and fluidity of the ribbons and the central emblem. This juxtaposition underscores Yarrington’s consistent use of visual dualities—light and dark, motion and stillness, nature and invention—within Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Use of Form, Color, and Texture in Narrative Composition Yarrington’s command of shape and color in Spirit Guardian exemplifies his graphic storytelling expertise. The controlled layering of textures in grayscale allows the central colors to shine without overwhelming the viewer. The ribbons appear to dance across the page, creating a kinetic flow that draws the eye in every direction before returning to the harmonious balance of the composition. Every detail—each leaf, ribbon, and shadow—feels purposefully placed. The rounded edges of the print further soften the visual language and give the work a more intimate, almost storybook feel while preserving its contemporary street art identity. The balance between illustration precision and conceptual storytelling makes the piece both accessible and profound. A Visionary in the Evolution of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Graham Yarrington continues to carve a distinctive space within the expanding definition of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Spirit Guardian distills his broader artistic themes into a single, transportive visual moment. It is a rare and thoughtful reflection on emotional guidance, subconscious landscapes, and the invisible guardians we carry through difficult or uncertain times. Through symbolic visuals and a high level of compositional clarity, Yarrington constructs a meditative yet charged encounter between viewer and myth. Spirit Guardian is a prime example of modern narrative art rooted in the techniques of printmaking, street culture, and emotional storytelling, solidifying its place in the evolving canon of contemporary art.

The Fool Limited Edition Archival Pigment Print on 310gsm Fine Art Paper by Beau Stanton Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "The Fool was the central piece from my Arcane Archetypes exhibition where all the paintings were based on images from the Major Arcana of the Tarot. My first intention with this body of work was to create a series of images that instill a lasting imprint into the viewer’s subconscious. As an initial point of departure I started to research one of the most recognizable and iconic sets of images, the Major Arcana of the Tarot. After studying several existing decks, I discovered that some of the images shared common ground visually and conceptually with several paintings I had created in the past. When I first thought about making a series of paintings based on images from the Tarot, I knew that I would have to include the Fool since it is the “zero” card and an extremely important archetype in the set. I started by researching all of the iconic tarot decks to see the ways the symbols had been interpreted in the past along with reading a few books by 19th Century occultists who were really into tarot. From there I applied some of my own symbols that I often use in my work that had common ground with the overall significance of The Fool to concoct a fresh take on an ancient iconic symbol." - Beau Stanton

Beyond the Criminals Red Max Knickerbocker's, Lincoln, NE 8-15-1996 -ISMFEST '96 Night 1 Beyond the Criminals Red Max Silkscreen Print by Frank Kozik -ISMFEST '96 Night 1 is a hand-pulled silkscreen print by legendary artist Frank Kozik, created for the August 15, 1996, concert featuring Beyond the Criminals and Red Max at Knickerbocker's in Lincoln, Nebraska. Measuring 22.5 x 17.5 inches, this limited-edition print was produced in a numbered edition of 600 and is signed by the artist. Known for his bold, irreverent style, Kozik’s work is a defining example of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, blending underground music culture with the aesthetics of punk rock and lowbrow art. This gig poster encapsulates Kozik’s signature visual language—an electrifying color palette, exaggerated cartoon imagery, and an unapologetic embrace of counterculture aesthetics. The design features a grinning, intoxicated blue dog with drool dripping from its mouth, attached to a beer tap pouring directly into its tongue. The background bursts with vibrant red and yellow rays, enhancing the chaotic energy of the piece. The typography is oversized and confrontational, drawing inspiration from punk zines and DIY screen printing traditions. Every element in this artwork exudes raw energy, aligning perfectly with the rebellious nature of the underground music scene it represents. Frank Kozik and His Influence on Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork Frank Kozik is one of the most influential figures in modern poster art, widely credited with revitalizing the concert poster scene during the late 1980s and 1990s. Originally from Spain and later based in the United States, he began his artistic career creating DIY flyers for punk and alternative bands before evolving into a leading name in silkscreen printmaking. His work often draws from underground comics, psychedelic rock posters, and vintage advertising, merging them with an unfiltered punk ethos. This print exemplifies Kozik’s ability to capture the spirit of a moment in time—ISMFEST '96 was not just another concert, but an event that embodied the underground music culture of the era. The design’s mix of absurdity, humor, and confrontational visuals reflects Kozik’s knack for transforming promotional materials into collectible works of art. His contributions to Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork extend far beyond the music scene, influencing everything from contemporary poster design to vinyl toy culture. The Art of Silkscreen Printing in Music Poster Culture Silkscreen printing has played a crucial role in the history of concert posters, particularly within the punk and alternative rock movements. Unlike mass-produced digital prints, silkscreen posters are hand-pulled, meaning each piece carries unique imperfections and variations that add to its authenticity. This technique allows for intense, saturated colors and bold contrasts, which are essential in creating visually striking designs that stand out in a crowded promotional landscape. The printing process involves layering different colors one at a time, requiring precise alignment and expert craftsmanship. In this particular piece, the interplay of neon-like hues and bold black outlines demonstrates Kozik’s mastery of the medium. The thick ink application gives the print a tactile quality, reinforcing the handcrafted nature of the work. These qualities make silkscreen concert posters highly collectible, as they represent not only a historical moment in music but also an artistic achievement in printmaking. Collectibility and Cultural Impact of -ISMFEST '96 Night 1 As a signed and numbered limited-edition print, -ISMFEST '96 Night 1 is a sought-after piece for collectors of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork. Kozik’s posters are revered not only for their visual impact but also for their role in shaping the aesthetics of underground music culture. His work has been featured in galleries and museums worldwide, solidifying its place as an important part of contemporary art history. Concert posters like this one serve as artifacts of a bygone era, where hand-printed promotional materials were essential to the identity of a band or event. Unlike today’s digital flyers and social media advertisements, these posters were tangible, often plastered on city walls or collected by fans as mementos. The humor, rebellion, and rawness embedded in this piece ensure that it remains relevant decades later, resonating with those who appreciate both the artistic craft and the cultural movement it represents. Frank Kozik’s influence extends beyond posters, impacting the worlds of graffiti, pop art, and designer toys. His ability to blur the lines between commercial art and fine art has made his work enduringly popular among both street artists and contemporary art collectors. -ISMFEST '96 Night 1 is a prime example of his legacy—a work that continues to inspire, provoke, and celebrate the unapologetic spirit of underground creativity.

The use of 200lb heavyweight paper provides a sturdy foundation for the layers of paint and texture, reinforcing the physicality of the piece. The combination of vibrant colors and raw brushwork reflects the unpredictable nature of street art, where environmental factors and chance encounters shape the final composition. This method aligns with graffiti traditions, where no two tags or murals are ever exactly alike. Collectibility and Cultural Significance of the Notorious B.I.G. Helium Angel, In-Citers, The Hi-Fives Jan 2 3 4 1998 SSC/SF Frank Kozik Scooter Rage XII 1998 Silkscreen Print SSC SF Frank Kozik, born in Spain in 1962 and active primarily in the United States until his passing in 2023, played a defining role in shaping the 1990s gig poster movement within Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The Scooter Rage XII silkscreen print from January 2, 3, and 4, 1998 was created to promote a multi-day San Francisco scooter and music event associated with SSC SF. This hand-pulled silkscreen on fine art paper measures approximately 22.5 x 35 inches and was issued as a signed and numbered limited edition. By the late 1990s, Kozik had already elevated the concert poster format into a collectible art object, and this print reflects his ability to move fluidly between aggressive rock graphics and more streamlined modernist compositions while maintaining the authenticity of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Modernist Typography and Subcultural Identity Unlike many of Kozik’s heavier, flame-driven compositions, Scooter Rage XII employs a cleaner, design-forward layout dominated by bold numerals announcing 1998 and a vivid green and blue color palette. The central image features a stylized rider seated on a scooter rendered in high-contrast black and white, creating a photographic stencil effect that aligns with the visual strategies of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The typography is sleek and contemporary, with rounded letterforms and structured spacing that emphasize event details including Helium Angel, In-Citers, and The Hi-Fives. This balance of modern graphic design and underground event culture demonstrates Kozik’s versatility, showing that his influence extended beyond raw punk imagery into broader lifestyle and subcultural branding aesthetics. Gig Posters as Collectible Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Scooter Rage XII exemplifies how 1990s event posters became enduring artifacts rather than temporary advertisements. Kozik’s disciplined silkscreen process ensured saturated color fields and crisp separations, reinforcing the print’s longevity and collectibility. By signing and numbering the edition, he further cemented the legitimacy of gig posters within the fine art market. Events such as Scooter Rage XII reflected the blending of music, scooter culture, and urban lifestyle communities, and Kozik’s visual documentation of these gatherings now serves as a historical record within Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. This print captures a specific cultural moment in San Francisco while demonstrating how graphic innovation and subcultural energy combined to shape late twentieth-century poster art.

Street Art Pop Art & Graffiti Art

Today, graffiti is undergoing extreme institutionalization and commercialization, and the previously used "writer" tends to be replaced by the term "street artist." No matter these differences, though, one of the elements that have remained intact since the 1960s is the motivation of the artists to reach as many people as possible, whether this is realized on the streets or through museum exhibitions. From this aspect, street art is thriving more vigorously than ever and has gained the public's and critics' respect, who no longer treat it as outsider art. At the same time, the artist has gained recognition, and their art is worth millions of dollars. In other words, whether one focuses on commercializing street art as proof of degeneration and decay or as a revolutionary art still progressing and spreading social emancipation and activism is up for debate. Whatever opinion one has, in the end, graffiti is a vivid part of our culture, and it continues to be present not only in the art we consume but also in the advertisements we see, the clothes we wear, and, still, the streets we walk. Graffiti street art involves creating visual expressions or messages on public surfaces, such as walls, sidewalks, and buildings, using various mediums like spray paint, markers, and stencils. This art form has gained popularity over the years and has become a means for artists to express themselves and convey messages to the public. Graffiti street art can be seen as a form of rebellion against the norm, as it challenges the traditional idea of what art is supposed to be and where it belongs. Graffiti artists are often self-taught and use their unique style to create artwork. This style can range from abstract designs to intricate portraits and can be done in various colors and mediums. Many graffiti artists use their artwork to express political or social messages, often drawing attention to poverty, inequality, and racism. This art form has been used to promote societal awareness and change, often serving as a voice for the marginalized and underrepresented. However, graffiti street art is only sometimes embraced by society. Some view it as vandalism and destruction of property, leading to legal consequences for the artists. Graffiti artists often face criticism for their work, and some argue that it can contribute to urban blight and decrease property values. Despite the controversies surrounding graffiti street art, its popularity has continued to grow. Many cities have designated areas where graffiti artists can legally create their artwork, often as part of an effort to promote public art and beautify public spaces. Additionally, many galleries and museums now showcase graffiti street art, recognizing it as a legitimate art form. In conclusion, graffiti street art is a unique form of public art that has gained popularity for artists to express themselves and convey important messages. While it may face criticism from some, it has also been recognized and celebrated as a legitimate art form by many.

The Evolution of Graffiti Art and Prints in the Art Market

The trajectory of graffiti art and prints within the art market is a narrative of burgeoning acceptance and rising prestige. Once relegated to the fringes of the art world, the value and demand for works within the graffiti and street pop art sphere have seen a dramatic shift. The journey from the clandestine corners of urban landscapes to the polished floors of high-end galleries and auction houses is a testament to the changing perceptions and appetite for this once-underground art form. Graffiti art, rooted in the subversive countercultures of the 1960s and 70s, was initially viewed through a lens of illegality and vandalism. Artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat, who started as SAMO© tagging buildings in New York, laid the groundwork for graffiti's entry into the art market. His evolution from a street artist to a darling of the art world in the 1980s marked a significant turning point. His work's raw, unfiltered energy captured the era's zeitgeist, leading to a growing collector base and setting the stage for future artists to break through the market. As the 90s and early 2000s approached, graffiti began to gain traction as a legitimate form of artistic expression. Galleries started to notice, and the first wave of collectors began to see beyond the art's controversial origins. Graffiti prints, easily distributable and collectible, became a means for artists to monetize their work without compromising their street-level ethos. This period saw a gradual shift in mindset, with graffiti art and prints becoming coveted items for contemporary art collectors.

The Current Market: A Flourishing Scene for Street Pop Art and Graffiti

The current market for street pop art and graffiti is vibrant and diverse. Once hesitant to engage with graffiti artists, auction houses like Sotheby's and Christie's now regularly feature their works, recognizing their cultural significance and investment potential. The proliferation of online platforms and social media has also democratized access to graffiti art, enabling artists to reach global audiences and sell their prints directly to enthusiasts and collectors. Today's market is characterized by its inclusivity, with collectors ranging from seasoned art investors to young fans eager to own a piece of the urban zeitgeist. Notably, the emergence of art fairs dedicated to street art and graffiti has played a crucial role in cementing the status of these artworks. Events such as the Beyond the Streets exhibition have showcased the historical significance and breadth of talent within the graffiti art community, further validating its place in the art market. The future graffiti art and print market appears robust, with indicators pointing to continued growth and innovation. Integrating digital technology, such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), opens new avenues for graffiti artists to explore and monetize their work. As the digital art market expands, graffiti art is poised to benefit from its inherently graphic and translatable nature, allowing it to move seamlessly between physical and digital spaces. Furthermore, the narrative of graffiti art is expanding to include social and political commentary, elevating its role from an aesthetic disruptor to a poignant voice in societal discourse. This evolution ensures that graffiti art remains relevant and reflects contemporary issues, which fuels its desirability and market value. The graffiti art and print market has come far from its underground beginnings. It now stands as a dynamic and integral part of the contemporary art world, with a bright and promising future. As long as cities have walls and artists have the drive to create, the legacy and economy of graffiti art will continue to thrive and push the boundaries of what is possible in the art world.

Graffiti Art: A Vibrant Aspect of Street Pop Art

Graffiti Art, often synonymous with Street Pop Art, represents a dynamic and vibrant artistic expression that has evolved significantly over the years. Initially perceived as vandalism, graffiti has transcended its controversial beginnings to become a respected and influential aspect of contemporary art. Graffiti artists use city walls, subways, and public spaces as their canvases, bringing color and social commentary to urban landscapes. This art form is characterized by its bold and striking imagery, often featuring stylized lettering and graphic illustrations. The raw, spontaneous nature of graffiti art reflects the artists' desire for self-expression and connection to the streets, making it an authentic representation of urban life. Graffiti Art Prints: Bringing Street Art Indoors As graffiti art gained recognition, the demand for graffiti art prints surged, allowing this outdoor art form to be appreciated in indoor spaces. Graffiti art prints are high-quality reproductions of original street art, often created by photographing the artwork and then printing it on various materials like canvas, paper, or metal. These prints enable art enthusiasts to own a piece of street culture without altering or damaging the original works. Graffiti art prints are popular among collectors and serve as an accessible way for the general public to engage with street art. They capture the essence of the original graffiti while offering versatility and the convenience of being displayed in personal or professional spaces. Graffiti Original Art: Authentic Expressions of Urban Culture Graffiti original art is the work created directly by the artists, typically on public surfaces. These original pieces are considered more valuable due to their authenticity and the artist's direct involvement. Graffiti original art often carries significant cultural and social messages, reflecting the artists' thoughts, aspirations, frustrations, and communities they represent. These works' spontaneous and impermanent nature adds to their appeal, as many are eventually painted over or destroyed, making existing pieces rare and sought-after. Collecting original graffiti art is not only about owning a unique piece of art; it's also about preserving a moment in the ever-changing landscape of urban culture.
