As part of "The Beautiful Paintings" series, this 2023 original print edition is a limited release, signed by the artist, ensuring its status as a collectible piece. The circular format, measuring 15.75 inches in diameter, offers a window into Hirst's exploration of motion and emotion, articulated through the vibrant language of color and form. Mounted on birch plywood stretchers, this piece transcends the traditional canvas to create a tactile and visually dynamic object of art. The poly-cotton artist canvas chosen for these giclée prints provides a superior surface for the high-resolution detail and color saturation that Hirst's works are renowned for. With its centrifugal composition of radiating colors, this round painting evokes the feeling of a merry-go-round in motion, encapsulating the viewer in a whirlwind of sensory stimuli. Hirst, a leading figure in the Young British Artists movement, has continuously challenged the conventions of art with his innovative approaches and thought-provoking creations. "Beautiful Almost Aimless Ever Active Half Discerning Anxious & Eager Merry Go Round Painting" is emblematic of his style, where the aesthetics of street art and the precision of fine art printing converge. The title suggests a narrative of conflicting emotions and states of being, encouraging a discourse that goes beyond the work's visual impact. In the context of street pop art & graffiti artwork, Hirst's piece is a celebration of the genre's ability to engage with a broad audience, combining the rawness of graffiti with the sophistication of gallery art. Giclée printing technology allows this artwork to maintain the spontaneous energy of street art while achieving the archival quality expected in fine art circles. The round format of the painting challenges the viewer to engage with the artwork from a multidimensional perspective, where every angle presents a new facet of the explosive central motif. Through "Beautiful Almost Aimless Ever Active Half Discerning Anxious & Eager Merry Go Round Painting," Hirst continues to delve into the themes of life, death, and the human condition. With its kaleidoscopic burst of colors, the artwork serves as a metaphor for the chaotic beauty of existence. It's a piece that stands out in Hirst's oeuvre as a testament to his artistic journey and as a beacon of modern art's potential to resonate with and reflect the complexities of contemporary life. Collectors and enthusiasts of Damien Hirst's work will find "Beautiful Almost Aimless Ever Active Half Discerning Anxious & Eager Merry Go Round Painting" a compelling addition to their collection. As part of a limited edition series, it holds the promise of rarity and exclusivity, while its aesthetic vibrancy and thematic depth make it a notable piece for critical appreciation and discourse. The artwork is a synthesis of Hirst's artistic legacy and his continuous pursuit of challenging the boundaries of visual expression.

Released in 2016, with a limited edition run of 30, each piece is meticulously signed and numbered by Straub, marking its authenticity and adding to the collectible nature of the work. The artwork, measuring 16.51x18 inches, is a bold statement piece that reflects the stylistic characteristics of modern pop art infused with the rebellious attitude of graffiti. Dynamic Fusion of Street Art Techniques and Pop Art Sensibility Straub's work is renowned for its dynamic fusion of traditional street art techniques with the sensibilities of pop art. "Ain't No Time To Argue!" stands out with its striking depiction of a cowboy, an icon that Straub reinterprets through the lens of contemporary culture. The figure is set against a backdrop of vivid colors and graphic elements reminiscent of pop art. At the same time, the use of spray paint techniques and the overlay of stenciled imagery aligns the work with the raw aesthetics of graffiti. This juxtaposition creates a piece that is both a nod to the past and a commentary on present-day urban life. Matt Straub's Signature Style in Limited Edition Prints The artwork represents Straub's signature style, often including a dialogue between the subject and the viewer through thought-provoking visuals and textual elements. The empty speech bubble emanating from the cowboy's figure in "Ain't No Time To Argue!" invites the audience to engage with the artwork, to fill in the blank with their interpretations or reflections on the character's silence. This interactivity is a hallmark of Straub's approach, encouraging a participatory experience that is both personal and communal. Cultural Implications in Straub's "Ain't No Time To Argue!" "Ain't No Time To Argue!" does more than capture the viewer's attention through its visual impact; it also delves into the cultural implications of the cowboy in American pop culture. By placing this character in a modern context, Straub prompts a reevaluation of the myths and realities of the American West, exploring themes of conflict, dialogue, and the passage of time. The limited edition print becomes a conversation piece, raising questions about the narratives we accept and those we question or challenge. Matt Straub's "Ain't No Time To Argue!" is a testament to the enduring relevance of street pop art and graffiti artwork. Through his adept use of color, form, and cultural symbols, Straub creates art that reflects society's pulse, capturing the zeitgeist in a form that resonates with many audiences. His work continues to influence the dialogue of street art and pop art, bridging communities and generations through a shared visual language.

A product of the year 2022, the AR-15 Lily, alongside its counterpart, the AK-47 Lotus, reflects Fairey's inspiration from the iconic Vietnam War protesters. These brave souls, in a symbolic gesture of peace, would insert flowers into the gun barrels of the National Guard, who were present to curtail their passionate calls for peace. Shepard Fairey, a renowned graffiti street artist, is known for intertwining pop culture, street art, and pressing social issues in his works, and this piece is no exception. His choice of a 4-color serigraph technique for this limited edition of 100 pieces exudes exclusivity and class. The print, meticulously crafted on Custom Cotton Coventry Rag Paper, evokes feelings of nostalgia and the age-old conflict between violence and peace. Fairey’s perspective, as he expresses, is deeply pacifistic. His work is not just an artistic expression but a call for diplomacy and harmony, both on international terrains and domestic fronts. While he does not challenge the Second Amendment, his emphasis is on reducing unnecessary deaths due to gun violence. In a world where the lines between art and activism often blur, Fairey's commitment to supporting causes shines through. A portion of the proceeds from this artwork, for instance, aids Brady United, an organization dedicated to preventing gun violence. The AR-15 Lily is not just a piece of art; it's a bold statement, a call for reflection, and a testament to Fairey’s unwavering commitment to promoting peace. "The AK-47 Lotus and AR-15 Lily large format serigraphs are inspired by Vietnam War protesters who would put flowers in the gun barrels of the National Guard who were brought in to suppress their protests for peace. I’m a pacifist, whether that means finding diplomatic solutions to prevent and avoid war internationally or finding diplomatic solutions to prevent and avoid gun violence at home. I’m not anti- Second Amendment, so trolls can calm down… I’m not interested in macho blathering, I just want fewer people to die unnecessarily. Brady United is doing good work preventing gun violence so they will receive a portion of proceeds from these two prints. Thanks for caring." -Shepard Fairey

Screenprint on thick cream Speckletone paper. Numbered edition of 550. "I was very excited to meet and collaborate with Melanie Nissen because, as co-founder of Slash magazine, she photographed some of the most important figures and moments in the early LA punk scene—a scene that dramatically impacted me as a creative person. Nissen’s new book of her punk photos from 1977-1980, Hard+Fast, is beautifully designed and full of amazing images. After some serious deliberation, I decided I’d like to make an illustration of Alice Bag. I first encountered Alice Bag as a teen in Penelope Spheeris’ documentary “The Decline of Western Civilization,” but The Bags did not put out a lot of music, and it was hard to find. However, in reading books about the LA punk scene like “We Got The Neutron Bomb” and “Lexicon Devil,” as well as the Slash magazine book, I realized that Alice was a very important figure in the LA scene who has continued to make great music and is an outspoken champion of LatinX and feminist causes. She’s also a very nice person. I’m glad to celebrate Alice for her contributions to culture then and now. If you are unfamiliar with The Bags, I’d recommend picking up “All Bagged Up… The Collected Works 1977-1980.” – Shepard

Alien Hidden Glow in the Dark Papyrus Hand-Pulled Diamond Dust Limited Edition Silkscreen Print on Egyptian Papyrus Paper by Marwan Shahin Rare Street Art Famous Pop Artwork Artist. 2022 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Size 14x17 Alien Pharaoh on Papyrus Silkscreen That Glows in the Dark in Egyptian African Gold Style Delving into the mystique of street art, one encounters a realm where the grit and glamour of everyday life find an elevated, often incandescent expression. The work of Marwan Shahin stands as an example of this interplay between the real and surreal, and is particularly embodied in the 2023 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition "Alien Hidden Glow in the Dark Papyrus Hand-Pulled Diamond Dust Silkscreen Print." This unique piece of art amalgamates the mysticism of ancient Egypt with an offbeat contemporary perspective, showcasing a dynamic dialogue between past and present, tradition and rebellion, and thus cementing Shahin's position as a prominent figure in pop and street art. The ingenuity of the piece is defined by its striking aesthetics, which take root in its unique physical components. Shahin, a celebrated Egyptian artist, hand-pulls this diamond dust silkscreen print on authentic Egyptian papyrus paper. This choice of material not only pays homage to Shahin's heritage, but also infuses the artwork with a sense of timelessness. The papyrus, resonating with history and authenticity, serves as a canvas for a limited edition series, each piece signed and numbered, asserting its exclusivity and rarity. Drawing upon the aesthetic of African Gold style, the print features an Alien Pharaoh - a potent symbol that intertwines the sacred and profane, the terrestrial and extraterrestrial. This whimsical take on the iconic Pharaoh, a recurring motif in Shahin's work, is further heightened by an unexpected feature - the figure glows in the dark. This quality propels the artwork from the realm of the visually intriguing to the experientially engaging, enabling the artwork to transition and transform according to the play of light and darkness, adding another layer of intrigue and profundity to the piece. True to his reputation as a street artist, Shahin's choice to incorporate glow-in-the-dark elements captures the raw energy of graffiti and street art. These disciplines often thrive in the obscurity of the night, their messages illuminated under the cover of darkness. With this piece, the viewer can experience that same thrill, as the Alien Pharaoh comes alive in darkness, its golden aura casting an ethereal glow that compels one to reconsider what is known and what is yet to be discovered. Limited to only 25 editions, the 14x17 "Alien Hidden Glow in the Dark Papyrus Hand-Pulled Diamond Dust Silkscreen Print" stands as an opulent testament to Shahin's skill, vision, and distinctive artistic voice. It is an amalgamation of art and alchemy, a product of Shahin's explorations of both visual and material textures. The artwork's diamond dust finish not only adds a literal and figurative sparkle, but also enhances the tactile experience of the artwork, enticing the viewer to engage with it beyond mere observation. All these elements come together to create a unique visual journey that reflects Marwan Shahin's talent, vision, and innovative approach to pop and street art. His work speaks volumes about the power of art to transcend time and space, to blend the ordinary with the extraordinary, and to illuminate the darkness with the glow of creativity.

"This painting is part of my current show titled 'Everyone's a critic." This series presents a caustic commentary on the art world and what mystifies the public about the art world – art that is not made by the artists themselves, money as an end game, art-speak, etc. The idea behind this piece is basically about the acceptance and commercialization of graffiti. Where in the past, graffiti was looked at as an illegal eyesore to the public and now it is adorned and used in the main stream media, sold as fine art and used for commercial purposes." - David Lyle
