Eddie Colla Cacophony Laser Cut Acrylic Archival Print by Eddie Colla
Cacophony Hand-Painted Multiple Archival Pigment Print on 3 Tiers of Laser-Cut Acrylic Panel ready to hang by Eddie Colla Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2020 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Laser Cut Acrylic Artwork Size 18x18 "The Goldfish Girl was created almost a decade ago. I often revisit it, and she has been the longest continuing character I've created. I often write backstories for these characters to help me create the pieces, but they are generally never shared with the viewer. The Goldfish Girl was born in mainland China and raised mostly by a single father. Her mother passed away when she was 18 months old from cancer. She was often very ill as a child and was eventually diagnosed with a compromised immune system disorder, although a precise diagnosis was never given. This is the reason for always wearing the mask and gloves. Her father bred Goldfish for a living and taught her that trade as a kid. They worked side by side and rarely had visitors because of her condition. Often being extremely ill and also losing her mother made her childhood difficult. As most children do, she tried to find a reason for her misfortune, a reason for why all this had happened to her and her father. Eventually, she believed that her illness and her mother's cancer were punishment by nature. A curse for toying with nature by breeding goldfish. Eventually, her father passed away as well. Needing to make a living and also to taunt fate she illegally immigrated to Hong Kong. There is a famous goldfish market in Mong Kok on Tung Choi street, but it's commonly called goldfish street. With a compromised immune system the most dangerous thing to her was other people. As a challenge to fate, she moved to one of the most densely populated cities in the world. She got a stall on Tung Choi Street. This is her challenge, to taunt fate and win, becoming the master of her own fate. These images are vignettes of her life in Hong Kong. I've never given the character a name. Sometimes she is pictured with a boombox because music becomes a central companion to her mostly solitary life. In the piece Cacophony I wanted her to literally be surrounded by the city. In some way, I think I tried to create a character that embodied a lot of traits I aspire to. To remind me.” - Eddie Colla

Here & Now Gold Foil Serigraph Print by Cryptik Limited Edition Hand Pulled Artwork on Gold Foil Fine Art Paper Modern Street Graffiti Pop Artist. 2024 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 75 Artwork Size 18x24 "The past no longer is, the future is not yet here; there is only one moment in which life is available, and that is the present.." ~ Thich Nhat Hanh Unveiling the "Here & Now" by Cryptik In modern street art, Cryptik's "Here & Now" stands as a sterling example of the genre's intersection with spiritual philosophy. The limited edition serigraph print, crafted on opulent gold foil fine art paper, carries a timeless message underscored by the insightful words of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Only 75 signed and numbered pieces were released in 2024, each measuring 18x24 inches, reflecting an exclusivity that parallels the uniqueness of the present moment it seeks to encapsulate. The Transcendental Aesthetics of Cryptik's Art Cryptik's distinct calligraphic style interweaves traditional Eastern motifs with the immediacy of street art, creating a visual meditation on the notion of the eternal 'now.' The gold foil serves as more than just a backdrop; it is a symbol of the sacred, often used in religious iconography, here repurposed to elevate street art to new heights of reverence and contemplation. Gold Foil Serigraphy: A Convergence of Technique and Message Serigraphy, or screen printing, is a method lauded for its ability to produce vivid colors and sharp lines, a technique that Cryptik employs masterfully. The meticulous hand-pulling of each print ensures every detail, from the delicate strokes of each character to the shimmering gold background, is rendered with precision. The "Here & Now" is thus not only an artwork but a bridge between the ancient practice of mindfulness and the contemporary pulse of street art. The serene complexity of "Here & Now" captures the viewer's gaze, inviting them to ponder the intertwined nature of time, existence, and art. In this piece, Cryptik offers visual stimulation and a portal to introspection, aligning with the essence of street pop art & graffiti artwork, which often prompts the observer to look beyond the surface. Cryptik's serigraph print serves as a reminder of the fleeting beauty of the present, encapsulating the impermanence of street art and the enduring profundity of spiritual thought. As much a philosophical artifact as a piece of visual art, "Here & Now" stands as a testament to the profound depths that street art can explore, marrying the visceral with the sublime. Through this work, Cryptik asserts that the most profound truths are often found in plain sight, woven into the fabric of our everyday surroundings.

Mateo Lina PP Printers Proof Archival Print by Mateo
Lina PP Printers Proof Archival Print by Mateo Limited Edition Print on MEDIUM Pop Artist Modern Artwork. PP Printers Proof 2025 Signed & Marked PP Limited Edition Artwork Size 17x24 Archival Pigment Fine Art Lina PP Printers Proof Archival Print by Mateo French artist Mateo, known for his transformative Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, delivers a powerful cultural statement with Lina, a 2025 archival pigment print in a rare Printer’s Proof edition. Measuring 17 x 24 inches and produced on high-quality fine art paper, this print continues Mateo’s practice of merging portraiture with ornamental textile traditions. Signed and marked PP by the artist, this piece stands as a unique refinement in a limited body of work that celebrates identity, feminine strength, and transcultural visual language. Ornament and Identity in Harmony The subject of Lina is a woman whose direct gaze confronts the viewer with unwavering presence. Her face and form are partially obscured and enhanced by intricate Persian carpet motifs, rendered with exceptional detail and precision. Mateo seamlessly overlays these patterns onto the contours of the subject’s face, creating an illusion that her skin itself is interwoven with global heritage and ancestral memory. The blue and gold palette radiates dignity, serenity, and sacred geometry, inviting viewers to contemplate the beauty of complexity and resilience in modern cultural narratives. Technique and Material Craft The technique employed in Lina reflects Mateo’s signature synthesis of classical craft and urban art aesthetics. This Printer’s Proof was produced using archival pigment processes on 290gsm Moab Entrada paper, ensuring vibrancy and longevity. The embellishment of textile detail does not serve as mere decoration—it functions as a symbol system, deeply rooted in Mateo’s ongoing exploration of symbolism, heritage, and hybrid identity. The crispness of the print, coupled with its ornamental layering, produces a near-sculptural surface on flat paper. Contemporary Global Vision Mateo’s work challenges and expands the language of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork by integrating references from North African, Middle Eastern, and Asian decorative traditions into contemporary Western portraiture. Lina is emblematic of this synthesis, embodying both the raw immediacy of urban street art and the sacred timelessness of cultural craft. The Printer’s Proof format of this edition adds a level of rarity and authenticity for collectors, and underscores Mateo’s emphasis on process, craft, and artistic integrity. Lina is more than an image—it is a meditation on feminine strength, history, and the interwoven layers of self and culture. With its meticulous construction and universal resonance, the work occupies a critical space in the canon of modern figurative and street-rooted fine art, making it a vital acquisition for collectors seeking narrative depth and visual impact.

Joan Cornellà K-Love Green Art Toy by Joan Cornellà
K-Love Green Art Toy by Joan Cornellà Limited Edition Vinyl Sculpture Collectible Artwork by Pop Street Artist. 2020 Limited Edition Artwork Size 5x7 New In Bag Printed Foot. Kim Jong-Un, the Supreme Leader of North Korea, is depicted in an unusual all-green suit, a creative take on his typically worn all-black attire. In his left hand, he gently clasps a small heart, and a faint smile softens his expression. In a striking fusion of political commentary and pop art aesthetic, the "K-Love Green Art Toy" stands out as a limited edition vinyl sculpture that captivates collectors and art enthusiasts alike. Crafted by Joan Cornellà, a renowned pop street artist whose work often toes the line between unsettling and humorous, this piece was introduced in 2020. It quickly became a sought-after item for its bold statement and vibrant execution. The sculpture is modest, measuring 4x5 inches, making it an intimate yet poignant addition to any collection. This vinyl artwork captures a distinctive portrayal of Kim Jong-Un, the Supreme Leader of North Korea, dressed not in his signature all-black ensemble but in an all-green suit. The choice of color could be seen as a playful twist on his usual public image or a more profound symbolic gesture towards life, vitality, or irony in the face of the leader's often austere demeanor. The Supreme Leader's typically stern facade is softened here; he is seen holding a diminutive red heart in his left hand and sporting a subtle smile. This dichotomy between the leader's usual representation and the gentle, almost childlike pose he strikes is emblematic of Cornellà's style, which often juxtaposes the grim facets of human nature with a deceptively cheerful visual narrative. Cornellà's work is characterized by its stark, often shocking, satirical edge, making bold statements through simple yet impactful imagery. This limited edition piece, which comes new in a bag with a printed foot, reinforces the artist's penchant for blending the macabre with the whimsical. "K-Love Green Art Toy" is not just a collectible; it's a slice of contemporary cultural commentary that challenges viewers to find the intersection of art, politics, and pop culture, encouraging a deeper look into the layers of meaning behind a seemingly straightforward figure. As it stands in silent conversation with those who encounter it, this artwork continues to resonate with the complexities and contradictions of the modern world.

Shepard Fairey- OBEY Red & Cream Sedation in Bloom Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY
Red & Cream Sedation in Bloom Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY Hand-Pulled on Cream Speckletone Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Artwork Obey Pop Culture Artist. 2021 Signed by Shepard Fairey- OBEY & Numbered Limited Edition of 150 Artwork Size 18x24 Sedation in Bloom Silkscreen Print Series. "I originally worked on this poppy pattern art as part of my collaboration with artist Gordon Cheung. In our piece, we addressed the tragic murder of Vincent Chin and the historical use of anti-Asian imagery and symbols in Western culture. The poppy is a beautiful flower with many symbolic interpretations, including peace, death, sleep, and sedation. I often weave floral and decorative patterns into my art to draw viewers in and make challenging concepts more digestible. However, decorative appeal can sedate people and distract them from more important social issues. Whether in entertainment, alcohol, drugs, or conspicuous consumption, I think sedation is a major cause of social and political complacency and ignorance. These Sedation In Bloom prints serve the dual purpose of a decorative escape and a reminder to stay awake and aware!" -Shepard Fairey- OBEY. Sedation in Bloom: A Convergence of Beauty and Consciousness in Street Pop Art Shepard Fairey, an American contemporary street artist, graphic designer, activist, illustrator, and founder of OBEY Clothing, has long been a defining figure in the street art movement. Born on February 15, 1970, in Charleston, South Carolina, Fairey's work emerged from the skateboarding scene and has since transcended the confines of street pop art and graffiti artwork to become a recognized global phenomenon. The Dual Nature of the Poppy in Fairey's Work Fairey's Sedation in Bloom series represents a nuanced intersection of aesthetics and socio-political commentary. The limited edition silkscreen prints, specifically the Red & Cream Sedation in Bloom, present an intricate poppy pattern against a cream speckle tone fine art paper. Each artwork in this edition of 150 pieces bears Fairey's signature, indicating authenticity and his personal touch. The dimensions of 18x24 inches offer a substantial canvas for the visual interplay of vibrant red against a serene cream backdrop, creating a captivating, visually striking, and symbolically rich contrast. The poppy, a central motif in this series, has many meanings. It is a flower associated with peace and death, and its narcotic properties connect it to sleep and sedation. Fairey manipulates the natural allure of the poppy to entice the viewer, employing its inherent beauty as a vessel for more profound reflection. The paradoxical use of the poppy in his artwork draws attention to the seductive qualities of the very things that lull society into a state of complacency – entertainment, alcohol, drugs, and materialism. Art as a Vehicle for Social Commentary and Awareness Fairey's collaboration with British-Chinese artist Gordon Cheung on this series underscores a shared commitment to addressing critical social issues. The poppy pattern, initially conceptualized for their joint piece tackling the tragic murder of Vincent Chin and the historical exploitation of anti-Asian sentiments, transcends its aesthetic value. It becomes a poignant commentary on how seductive imagery and symbols can be utilized to obscure and distract from pressing societal concerns. Fairey's art, notably this silkscreen print series, is not just a decorative artifact; it serves a dual purpose – to offer an escape and simultaneously to act as a wake-up call, urging viewers to remain conscious and engaged with the world around them. The Sedation in Bloom series exemplifies Fairey's philosophy that art should challenge the viewer, not just aesthetically but intellectually and morally. In the tradition of excellent street pop art, these pieces blur the boundaries between high and low culture, between art and activism. Fairey does not merely seek to beautify spaces with his work; he aims to provoke thought and inspire action. The decorative patterns and striking color contrasts are meticulously crafted to draw people in, only to confront them with the underlying message that beauty should not be a sedative but a stimulant for awareness and change. The enduring relevance of Fairey's work lies in its ability to navigate the complex dynamics of visual culture in a society saturated with imagery designed to sell, distract, and sedate. Fairey empowers the public to see beyond the surface and question the status quo by imbuing his street pop art and graffiti artwork with critical discourse. The Red & Cream Sedation in Bloom silkscreen print stands as a testament to the potential of street art to transcend the walls upon which it is placed and to foster a dialogue that extends into the social and political realms. In examining Fairey's contributions through the lens of his Sedation in Bloom series, one observes an artist deeply attuned to the power of imagery in shaping perceptions and behaviors. As an agent of change through visual language, Fairey's work encourages a vigilant and discerning gaze – a call to action for a society often too readily sedated by the opiate of the visually and materially appealing. It is through pieces like Sedation in Bloom that Fairey's voice resonates, imploring viewers to awaken from their slumber and engage with the pressing issues of our time.

With its unique design, the figure is stamped and numbered as a limited edition of 500, ensuring its status as a collectible piece. The sculpture itself is compact, with the figure size at 2x7.3 inches, and is presented with an 8.27x8.27 inches bowl, new in the box. Yusuke Hanai, a Japanese artist known for his distinct style that draws from traditional Japanese aesthetics and the global surf culture, has infused "Popcorn Bowie" with a playful yet thoughtful character. This work is an ode to the era of street pop art, wherein elements of graffiti's spontaneity and pop art's fascination with mass culture converge. The sculpture is a nod to the iconic figure of David Bowie, a fitting subject for a piece that seeks to embody the spirit of pop art, with its constant dialogue with popular culture and celebrity. The relaxed posture of the figure, coupled with the inclusion of a popcorn bowl, suggests a moment of leisure and entertainment, themes frequently explored in Hanai's work. The artwork's title, "Popcorn Bowie," evokes a sense of casual enjoyment while referencing the legendary music icon known for his transformative and boundary-pushing persona. This duality is at the heart of street pop art — the everyday meeting of the extraordinary and the mundane interspersed with sparks of brilliance. Materiality and Meaning in Popcorn Bowie: A Contemporary Artifact Materially, "Popcorn Bowie" is a symphony of various media, indicative of the street pop art tradition of utilizing diverse materials to create multifaceted works. The sculpture's mixed media nature — likely including elements such as resin, paint, and possibly more unconventional substances — resonates with the principle of graffiti art, which uses whatever materials are available to communicate with the public. Each sculpture, part of a limited series, bears the mark of exclusivity and is a tangible piece of Hanai's vision, stamped and numbered to assert its authenticity and collectibility. The narrative that "Popcorn Bowie" encapsulates is reflective of the times — a modern piece that draws from various facets of contemporary life. The collaboration with Netflix, a giant in modern entertainment, highlights the intersection of street art's underground roots with mainstream cultural phenomena. This partnership is a testament to the evolving nature of street pop art and graffiti artwork, where countercultural movements now engage openly with corporate entities, signaling a new chapter in the art form's history. Cultural Implications of Yusuke Hanai's Collaboration with Netflix The cultural implications of such a collaboration are vast. Yusuke Hanai's "Popcorn Bowie" becomes an object of visual delight and a marker of the times. It signifies the breaking down of barriers between different artistic disciplines and the increasing recognition of street pop art within the broader context of cultural production. The sculpture's connection to Netflix — a platform that has revolutionized the way stories are told and consumed — adds a layer of contemporary relevance to the piece, making it a modern artifact that is both a work of art and a cultural commentary. In essence, "Popcorn Bowie" is more than a sculpture; it is a conversation piece that invites reflection on the nature of art, entertainment, and the spaces in between. As a limited edition work, it represents the artist's unique vision and captures the zeitgeist of the era in which it was created. This piece is a stellar example of how modern artists are intertwining elements of street pop art and graffiti to create innovative, visually striking artworks. Released in 2020, this limited edition hand-painted multiple (HPM) archival print showcases Wen's unique vision, merging traditional fine art techniques with the raw, expressive energy of street art. Helice Wen, an artist renowned for her emotional and evocative work, brings a fresh perspective to pop art. Her piece "In The Nature of Daydreaming No 2" is particularly notable for its use of acrylic paint on 290gsm fine art paper, a choice that speaks to the blend of durability and delicacy in her work. The artwork, measuring 17x24 inches, is a testament to her mastery of both scale and detail. The Significance of Printers Proof (PP) in Contemporary Art The PP, or Printers Proof, edition of this artwork holds a special place in the art community. Traditionally, printer's proofs were seen as a part of the printmaking process, reserved for the printer's use and not typically for sale. However, in contemporary art, these proofs have gained value as unique pieces, often more sought-after than standard editions due to their rarity and the direct involvement of the artist. Wen's decision to sign and mark this piece as a PP HPM further elevates its exclusivity and appeal to collectors. Hand Embellishment: A Bridge Between Fine Art and Street Aesthetics The hand-embellished nature of this artwork is a crucial aspect of its charm and value. Hand embellishments in art involve the artist adding individual touches to each print, making every piece in the edition unique. In the context of Wen's work, this practice blurs the line between traditional fine art prints and street art's spontaneity and individualism. The use of acrylic paint for hand embellishments in "In The Nature of Daydreaming No 2" not only adds texture and depth to the piece but also infuses it with the raw energy characteristic of graffiti. Archival Quality and Its Role in Modern Art Preservation The use of archival pigment in fine art is another aspect that sets Wen's work apart. Archival pigments are known for their long-lasting quality, ensuring that the artwork does not fade or deteriorate over time. This longevity is essential for collectors and art enthusiasts who view the purchase of such pieces as an investment. The 290gsm fine art paper used in this print further contributes to its durability, striking an optimal balance between weight and texture. In summary, Helice Wen's "In The Nature of Daydreaming No 2" is a fascinating example of how contemporary artists are melding the worlds of street pop art, graffiti, and fine art. Through her choice of medium, hand embellishments, and attention to archival quality, Wen has created a piece that not only stands out in the modern art landscape but also challenges and expands the boundaries of traditional art forms.

Ice Queen Jogjakarta Indonesia Giclee Print by Swoon- Caledonia Curry Artwork Limited Edition Print on Heavy Fine Art Rag Paper Graffiti Pop Street Artist. 2016 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 175 Artwork Size 19x13 From The Swoon Street Series Print Collection. Ice Queen Jogjakarta by Caledonia Curry aka Swoon Ice Queen Jogjakarta Indonesia is a powerful giclee print by Caledonia Curry, the American Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork artist internationally recognized under the name Swoon. Created in 2016 as part of her Street Series Print Collection, this work captures a moment of street intervention in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, and preserves it on 19x13 inch heavy fine art rag paper. The print is part of a signed and numbered limited edition of 175 and reflects Swoon’s enduring commitment to documenting ephemeral urban installations through high-quality archival prints that communicate the immediacy of her public work in permanent form. Street Pop Art Expression in Swoon’s Global Installations In Ice Queen Jogjakarta, Swoon presents a portrait of a regal, nature-bound figure pressed against an urban wall layered with graffiti tags and weathered textures. Rendered in her signature woodcut-inspired style, the Ice Queen wears an intricate arrangement of leaves and feathers, projecting strength, poise, and mysticism. The subject appears both delicate and formidable, staring off into the distance as the marks of graffiti culture swirl around her. The print captures the original street piece’s juxtaposition between handmade beauty and the unpredictable conditions of outdoor walls, delivering a dialogue between the natural and constructed. As with much of Swoon’s Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, the work centers human presence in the urban context and makes a visual offering to the local environment. Caledonia Curry’s Practice and Global Footprint Caledonia Curry was born in the United States and emerged from the early 2000s street art movement in New York with her iconic wheatpaste portraits. As her practice evolved, she expanded her work to cities around the world, leaving pieces that speak to local identity, shared humanity, and social history. Ice Queen Jogjakarta is an example of her international reach and cultural sensitivity. The artwork not only documents her physical intervention in Indonesia but also reflects her collaborative and immersive approach to making art in unfamiliar settings. Each figure Curry creates has a presence that speaks beyond nationality, embodying archetypes of resilience and grace amid visual disorder. This piece, like others in her print catalog, is a distilled snapshot of a larger global narrative she continues to build. Preserving Street Ephemera through Fine Art The Ice Queen Jogjakarta giclee print encapsulates Curry’s ability to transform fleeting wheatpaste work into collector-grade fine art without losing its original emotional power. Printed on museum-quality rag paper, this edition respects the raw materiality of the street while elevating the work into the realm of collectible Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. It stands as both an artwork and a historical document, preserving a specific moment in a foreign urban space. The entire Street Series Print Collection honors this dual purpose. For those interested in contemporary street culture and international artistic practice, this print offers a glimpse into the heart of Swoon’s creative mission and her lasting impact on public art.

Naoto Hattori Goonie 030 Original Watercolor Painting by Naoto Hattori
Goonie 030 Original Watercolor Art Painting on Framed Fine Art Paper by Surreal Artist Naoto Hattori. 2013 Signed Original One-of-a-Kind Watercolor Painting Framed Artwork Frame Size 8.5x8.5 Image Size 3x3 Custom Framed & Matted By Artist. The Singular Essence of Naoto Hattori's Goonie 030 In the vast landscape of contemporary art, there lies a particular niche where the surreal and the concrete converge. Here, the creations of Naoto Hattori resonate with a peculiar vibrancy, a kind of street pop art that blurs the lines between the urban graffiti art movement and the fantastical realms of the imagination. The 'Goonie 030' original watercolor art painting is a quintessential embodiment of this confluence. The work, created in 2013, is an original signed piece by Hattori, celebrated for its one-of-a-kind presence in the art community. The 'Goonie 030' piece explores the intimate interplay between the medium of watercolor and the surreal artistic impulses that characterize Hattori's oeuvre. The framed artwork, with an image size of 3x3 inches, is a window into a world that defies the ordinary, encapsulating a moment of creative genius in a compact space. The frame size of 8.5x8.5 inches houses the art in a manner that draws the eye inward, focusing the viewer's attention on the intricate details of the painting. Custom framed and matted by the artist himself, 'Goonie 030' is presented in a way that enhances its visual impact. The choice to personally frame the work suggests a level of intimacy and care that Hattori imparts to his pieces. This act of framing is not merely a practical measure but a continuation of the creative process, ensuring that the presentation complements the artwork's thematic content and aesthetic value. Naoto Hattori's Vision in Watercolor Naoto Hattori's work often transcends the conventional boundaries of street pop art and graffiti artwork, and 'Goonie 030' is no exception. The watercolor medium allows fluidity and softness that contrasts with graffiti art's often bold and stark lines. Yet, this very dichotomy elevates the piece, allowing it to speak the language of street art through a whisper rather than a shout. The subtle tonal gradations and the gentle pooling of hues in 'Goonie 030' demonstrate Hattori's deft hand and ability to convey depth and emotion within a confined space. While distinctively surreal, the subject of 'Goonie 030' maintains a passionate connection with the viewer that is frequently sought after in street pop art. The character depicted in the painting, with its endearing yet enigmatic features, serves as a conduit for personal interpretation, much like the transient and often interpretative nature of graffiti art murals adoring city walls. This piece, therefore, becomes a kind of visual poetry, a small stanza in the larger narrative of Hattori's artistic expression. Street Pop Art and the Intimate Scale The trend within street pop art and graffiti artwork has often leaned towards grandiosity in scale, with large murals and installations dominating the scene. However, 'Goonie 030' challenges this trend through its diminutive size, proving that impactful art is open to more than large canvases. In its compact form, this original watercolor painting invites a closer, more personal interaction, akin to reading a novel as opposed to viewing a billboard. In this intimate engagement, the viewer can truly appreciate the meticulous skill and delicate nuances that Hattori has woven into the work. The framing and matting performed by the artist serve to honor the personal scale of the piece, creating a boundary that distinguishes the artwork from the vastness of its surroundings. In a way, this echoes the ethos of street art, which often seeks to carve out a space for individual expression within the public sphere. 'Goonie 030', though housed within the private confines of a collector's domain, carries the spirit of street art in its very essence. The creation of 'Goonie 030' is a testament to Naoto Hattori's versatility as an artist capable of easily traversing the realms of street pop art, graffiti artwork, and surrealism. Through thl watercolor painting, Hattori invites viewers to reflect on the potential of small spaces to hold vast worlds within them. The work stands as a singular statement in the canon of contemporary art. This piece encapsulates the beauty and complexity of Hattori's vision, rendered with the grace and precision that only watercolor can afford.

Marwan Shahin Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber AP Giclee Print by Marwan Shahin
Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber AP Artwork Giclee Limited Edition Print on Photographique Rag Paper by Pop Culture Graffiti Artist Marwan Shahin. AP Artist Proof Marwan Shahin's "Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber" an iconic standout from Black Pop series, Debuting in 2015, Releasing 20 Artist Proof Prints from the archives and produced by Shahin Studios Only 20 Available, "Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber” 2015 20 inches x 27 inches Giclée on Photographique Rag Signed, Numbered, Embossed and Branded Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber by Marwan Shahin – Black Pop Satire at Full Clip Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber is one of the most provocative and visually arresting works from Marwan Shahin’s Black Pop series. Released in 2015 and issued as a limited Artist Proof edition of just 20 prints, this 20 x 27 inch giclée on Photographique Rag paper represents Shahin’s signature blend of satire, symbolism, and street pop art with razor-sharp cultural critique. Signed, embossed, and branded by the artist, the piece reflects the fusion of authoritarian iconography and global consumerism, delivered through the lens of contemporary graffiti artwork. At the center of the artwork is a hyper-stylized depiction of Kim Jong-un seated at a barbershop, his face rendered in yellow and marked by concentric linework that reflects the hypnotic style common across Shahin’s visual lexicon. Draped in a barber’s gown stamped with the bold red Supreme logo, the North Korean leader becomes the unsuspecting subject of transformation. Hovering behind him is a heavily stylized barber with dreadlocks, grills, tattoos, gold jewelry, and a gleaming pair of clippers. His expressive gestures, confident stance, and the dangling barbershop pole clipped to his chain inject this piece with a swagger that contrasts sharply with the rigid, emotionless stare of his client. Global Irony Woven into Detail What makes Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber stand out in the canon of street pop art is its layered messaging. The juxtaposition of Supreme, a global streetwear empire rooted in Western counterculture, with one of the most globally criticized authoritarian figures, comments on the absurdity and irony of modern icon-making. The barber, portrayed as a stereotypical symbol of hip-hop culture and Black excellence, takes the role of power-shifter, reshaping the dictator’s image in a visual reversal of societal roles. The piece subtly flips the dynamics of influence and agency in a consumer-driven world. Shahin’s careful craftsmanship appears not only in the illustrative precision of the linework, but in the symbolism interwoven throughout. The Supreme logo acts as a stand-in for corporate worship. The barber’s gold accessories and confident demeanor challenge the cultural hierarchy of who shapes global style and influence. The red background pulses with movement and tension, while the flat, expressionless stare of Kim grounds the absurdity in an eerie calm. Black Pop at Its Sharpest Part of the Black Pop series, this artwork belongs to a body of work that reclaims visual narratives typically monopolized by white or Western artists and commercial institutions. Marwan Shahin, through this satirical print, addresses the power dynamics between fashion, race, media, and propaganda. His depiction of the barber as a cool, cultural force—who literally shapes the head of a dictator—speaks to the growing influence of marginalized communities over the global zeitgeist. Kim Jong’s Supreme Barber is both absurdist and profound. It dissects global politics, power, and the cult of consumerism with biting wit. As with much of Shahin’s output, it is unafraid to provoke, to reframe dominance, and to push pop culture imagery into radical, uncharted territory. For collectors and admirers of true street pop and graffiti artwork, this limited Artist Proof is a masterstroke in visual commentary and cultural subversion.

Naoto Hattori Tripping Devil Original Graphite Pencil Drawing by Naoto Hattori
Tripping Devil is an original hand-drawn art drawing on framed, hand-deckled, aged art paper by Surreal Artist Naoto Hattori. 2012 Signed Original One of a Kind Pencil/Graphite Drawing Framed Artwork Frame Size 8.5x8.5 Image Size 3x5 Custom Framed & Matted By Artist. The Fusion of Street Pop and Graffiti Art in Naoto Hattori's Work The intersection of street pop art and graffiti represents a vibrant and often rebellious art form that seeks to challenge traditional aesthetics, present social commentary, and engage public spaces as a canvas for expression. Naoto Hattori's "Tripping Devil" is a profound example of this artistic intersection, although it differs from the conventional spray-painted murals on city walls. This 2012 original pencil/graphite drawing is a testament to the diverse techniques and materials employed within the genre, bridging the raw spirit of street art with the meticulous skills of classical drawing. Hattori's piece is delicately framed, sized at 8.5x8.5 inches, with the image measuring 3x5 inches. The artist crafted the custom frame and matting, underscoring the personalized touch and attention to detail that Hattori brings to his work. The art paper is hand-deckled and aged, a choice that lends an additional layer of texture and a sense of historical depth to the piece. This material selection is particularly poignant, as it imbues the artwork with an ancient quality that contrasts sharply with the typically ephemeral nature of street and graffiti art. Naoto Hattori's Unique Aesthetic within Street Pop Art Naoto Hattori's oeuvre is often characterized by dream-like surrealism, where fantastical creatures and morphed figures challenge the viewer's perception of reality. "Tripping Devil" is no exception. The drawing features a creature with a human-like face and a body that transitions into an octopus-like form. This blending of the human and the surreal is a hallmark of Hattori's style and speaks to the transformative potential of street pop art and graffiti artwork. The stark monochromatic palette of graphite focuses on the intricate details and shading that bring the "Tripping Devil" to life. Despite being contained within a frame, the artwork carries the spirit of street pop art, often characterized by a bold defiance of boundaries and an embrace of the unconventional. Hattori's systematic approach to drawing parallels the deliberate and thoughtful techniques used by street artists and graffiti writers to create their pieces, albeit on a different scale and medium. Naoto Hattori and the Collectibility of Street Pop Art Collectors and enthusiasts of street pop art and graffiti artwork are increasingly seeking pieces to be displayed within the home, transitioning from public spectacle to personal treasure. Hattori's "Tripping Devil" exemplifies this trend, offering the art market a one-of-a-kind piece that encapsulates the essence of street art in a form that is both collectible and suited for private exhibition. The artist's signature on the piece is a seal of authenticity and a bridge between the artist and the collector. The originality of the "Tripping Devil" is paramount. In a domain where mass production and replication are commonplace, Hattori's commitment to creating a singular original work elevates the piece's value and appeal. The meticulous nature of the work, combined with its unique presentation on aged art paper, creates a dialogue between the transient nature of street art and the enduring quality of fine art collecting. The Cultural Relevance of Hattori's Artistry In the broader context of street pop art and graffiti artwork, Hattori's "Tripping Devil" stands out as a cultural artifact that embodies the innovative spirit of these art forms. While street pop art often conveys messages about popular culture and societal issues, Hattori's work delves into the psyche, exploring themes of identity, consciousness, and the human condition through a surrealistic lens. This piece, while not displayed in a public space, continues the tradition of street pop art and graffiti artwork with its aim to provoke thought and evoke emotion. The surreal elements invite interpretation and reflection, much like the larger-than-life murals and tags in urban environments. Hattori's "Tripping Devil" is a reminder that the heart of street art lies not only in its location but also in its ability to connect with viewers on a profound level, challenging perceptions and encouraging a deeper engagement with the visual narrative. Naoto Hattori's "Tripping Devil" is an exquisite example of the potential for cross-pollination between street pop art, graffiti artwork, and traditional drawing techniques. It stands as a testament to the artist's skill and the versatility of street-inspired art. As this piece demonstrates, the value of street pop art and graffiti artwork extends beyond the city's walls, finding a place within the collections of art lovers who appreciate the nuanced blend of rebellion, craftsmanship, and narrative depth that these genres offer.

Naoto Hattori Goonie 031 Original Watercolor Painting by Naoto Hattori
Goonie 031 Original Watercolor Art Painting on Framed Fine Art Paper by Surreal Artist Naoto Hattori. 2013 Signed Original One-of-a-Kind Watercolor Painting Framed Artwork Frame Size 8.5x8.5 Image Size 3x3 Custom Framed & Matted By Artist. Naoto Hattori's Integration of Surrealism into Street Pop Art The art world continually evolves, especially within the domains of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, where each piece serves as a pulse to the vibrant lifeblood of contemporary visual culture. Naoto Hattori's "Goonie 031" is a striking manifestation of this evolution, a piece that interweaves the ethereal aspects of surrealism with the grounded, accessible nature of street art. This 2013 original watercolor painting captures the viewer's imagination, much like a piece of graffiti captures the eye of a passerby. At the heart of "Goonie 031" is Hattori's signature style, a merger of the fantastical and the real, encapsulated in the 3x3-inch painting space. The painting is set within a custom 8.5x8.5 inch frame, a choice that reflects the artist's dedication to the craft. Every aspect of this work, from the fine art paper to the watercolor technique, has been carefully considered and executed by Hattori, highlighting the meticulous nature often found in the creation of graffiti art. Reflecting the Street Art Ethos in Watercolor Medium With its inherent fluidity and capacity for subtle gradations of tone, the watercolor medium might seem at odds with the often bold and aggressive style of street art. However, in "Goonie 031," Hattori uses this medium to channel a soft yet poignant voice that speaks the language of street art through a different dialect. The painting's subject, an enigmatic figure with an expressive gaze, carries an urban tale within its contours, a narrative that resonates with the viewer on an intimate level. Like the unexpected discovery of street art in an urban landscape, the small size of "Goonie 031" invites surprise and discovery. It compels the viewer to step closer and engage with the artwork on a personal level, much like how one might stumble upon a hidden mural in an alleyway. The painting's custom frame acts as a border, creating a window into Hattori's world, just as a building's wall frames a piece of graffiti, offering a glimpse into the street artist's mind. The Collectible Nature of Hattori's Original Artwork In collectible art, especially pieces rooted in the tradition of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, originality and authenticity are paramount. "Goonie 031," a signed and framed original work by Hattori, possesses a high degree of collectibility, much coveted by fans and collectors. The personalized touch of the artist's hand, evident in every brushstroke and the careful selection of framing materials, ensures that the artwork is a visual expression and a tangible piece of Hattori's artistic journey. This collectibility is further enhanced by the artwork's unique positioning within street pop and fine art crossover. Although delicate, Hattori uses the watercolor medium to challenge the normative expectations of street art, thereby expanding the definition of what street-inspired artwork can embody. "Goonie 031" thus is an intriguing piece for collectors who value the intersection of diverse artistic practices and the innovative use of traditional mediums in contemporary art. Cultural Dialogue Through Hattori's Artistic Expression "Goonie 031" is a cultural artifact that captures the conversation between the street and the individual, between the public space and the personal experience. While firmly rooted in the conceptual frameworks of surrealism, Hattori's work engages with the cultural and social dialogues typically associated with street pop art. Though silent in its stationary frame, the watercolor painting speaks volumes through its expressive subject and the emotional resonance of its colors. In a broader cultural context, Hattori's "Goonie 031" contributes to the narrative of street art's influence on the fine arts and vice versa. It exemplifies how street pop art and graffiti's authenticity, rawness, and immediacy can be translated into a more traditional art form while maintaining its connection to the viewer. Hattori's work encourages a contemplative interaction reminiscent of the reflective nature of the best street art, which often prompts passersby to pause and consider the message conveyed through the visual medium. In sum, "Goonie 031" is a testament to Naoto Hattori's talent and ability to transcend traditional art boundaries. It invites viewers to reevaluate their perceptions of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, offering a watercolor narrative that holds as much power and presence as any large-scale mural found on the bustling streets of a city.

Stanton's use of gold paper collage works with hand-embellishments to elevate the artwork, infusing it with a tactile depth that cannot be replicated by digital means alone. The contrast between the reflective gold elements and the matte textures of the spray-painted background creates a dynamic visual experience that draws the viewer into a deeper engagement with the piece. The artwork's layered composition is a nod to the complexity of Indian culture and its rich tapestry of symbols, colors, and historical references. Stanton's work delves into storytelling through visual cues, where each cut and hue is a deliberate choice meant to convey meaning and provoke thought. Blending Fine Art with Street Art Sensibilities Street pop art and graffiti artwork are often characterized by their public accessibility and vibrant immediacy, qualities that Kevin Stanton skillfully incorporates into "Rita Gold." This piece embodies the versatility and adaptability of street art influences when placed in the hands of an artist who respects the medium's history while pushing its boundaries. The hand-cut elements and spray paint application are reminiscent of the graffiti artist's stencil and can technique, yet the final product is more delicate and refined. Kevin Stanton: An Artist of Precision and Passion Kevin Stanton's commitment to his craft is evident in the meticulous execution and thoughtful presentation of "Rita Gold." His dedication to blending traditional art forms with modern techniques makes his work stand out in a crowded field of contemporary artists. The limited nature of this print series speaks to his artwork's exclusivity and bespoke quality, ensuring that each piece is not merely a visual spectacle but also a collector's item. Stanton's "Rita Gold" is more than a print; it is a testament to the power of art to transcend cultural barriers and to resonate with a universal audience. The print remains a captivating piece within Stanton's oeuvre, capturing the essence of street pop art and graffiti artwork through a unique lens that is both innovative and respectful of its diverse influences.
