Denial- Daniel Bombardier Instagram Pill Archival Skateboard Deck by Denial- Daniel Bombardier
Purchase Instagram Pill Limited Edition Archival Pigment Print Transfer on Cold Pressed Steep Natural Skate Deck art by street pop culture artist Denial. 2019 Limited Edition of 50 In 2000 he adopted the moniker ‘DENIAL’ as a means of poking fun at advertising, politics, and media messages that contemporary society is often ‘in denial’ about. Since then he has maintained an ongoing global street-campaign of over 500, 000 stickers, placards, and murals, using the alpha-numeric characters ‘D3N!@L’. Denial’s art is strongly political and social since the artist takes specific positions against issues, such as capitalism, consumer culture, and advertisements. More importantly, the artist is aware of his choices and motivations: “I like to think of myself as activist pop art. How I relate with cartoons and graphics is a lot easier than I do with photo-realistic stuff" Another aspect of Denial's work is humor. His work is satirical, which, by definition, means that it uses humor as a confronting mechanism.

"My work speaks of impending doom and a lot of crass sinister themes, but that should not mean I desire this to happen at all. I hope my work would suggest only the opposite: to show the ridiculousness of it all and how we may find better solutions for the future." -Denial In the world of Denial, memory is important, because it is the basis of his work, as it nostalgically encourages the audience to engage with it. As a result, his art is as familiar, as it is disturbing because it reveals the most unsettling parts of society, the ones we are in a “denial” of. No matter its controversial history, graffiti is less and less viewed as a form of vandalism.

GAS Trading Card John Titor Rookie Card- Unmasked Edition
Purchase John Titor Rookie Card- Unmasked Edition Card Print on GAS Trading Card. 2022 Numbered Limited Edition of 100. GAS SERIES 2 #21 JOHN TITOR ROOKIE CARD - Unmasked Edition During the antediluvian days of the Internet, theories, hoaxes, and mysteries abounded. Beginning in November 2000, someone claiming to be a military time traveler from the year 2036 began posting messages on several online forums. Included in these messages were actual instructions on how to construct a time machine, as well as vague and often frightening predictions of a near-future filled with calamitous events including nuclear war. The name associated with this account was John Titor. Titor claimed to be from Tampa and had been sent back to 1975 in order to retrieve a rare IBM 5100 computer in order to debug various legacy computer programs in the future. He stopped over in the year 2000 for "personal reasons" ostensibly to obtain family photos and meet with family members who would be lost in the years to come. Titor's posts ended in March 2001. Did he go... Back to the Future?! Titor's many predictions seem to have been reserved for an alternate universe, one which we, fortunately, do not inhabit. And whether or not John Titor was an elaborate hoax, it still laid the groundwork for the infinite internet conspiracy theories we navigate to this day. John Titor needs a GAS Card!
