Totym Limited Edition 5-Color Silkscreen on 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper by Cyrcle Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "The piece was created during our recent travels to Europe, specifically in Vienna, Austria 2014. It is the last piece of the OVERTHRONE! theme. We are pleased with marriage of concept and composition as well as the color theory/balance. The piece was a digitally created design paying homage to pre-computer, traditional graphic design. The concept is rooted in breaking down mythologies, and overthrowing power. We wanted to create the final piece of art for the OVERTHRONE! campaign, ending with this print. The design suggests the infinite nature of mythologies of the mind and the power they wield." - Cyrcle

Iron Pueo Slot Machine Limited Edition 7-Color 290gsm Coventry Rag Paper on 130lb Cougar Fine Art Paper by Bask & Meggs street artist modern pop art. "I am honestly amazed at how masterful Tony at Serio Press is at printmaking. I know Meggs put a lot of work into getting this image ready for reproduction too. I must admit that due to my analog method of working, I had to leave this very complex process to the people that have the skills to pull it off. And holy shit did they ever. These prints are fucking incredible. The level of detail and accuracy is mind-blowing. I can't imagine a better way to commemorate the Iron Pueo mural we made." - Bask "I was stoked on the process of painting this mural and really proud of the end result so I feel privileged that the masters at Serio Press have done such a killer job on this screenprint! I love screen printing and this one of the most technically layered screenprints I've ever been involved with and can safely say looks even more awesome in the flesh than it does in photos. The texture of hand-printed layered inks on the rag paper, with these 7 colors really makes this piece pop with the same original intensity of our mural in Hawaii!" - Meggs

  • Freedom For Humanity Chrome Serigraph Print by Mear One

Mear One Freedom For Humanity Chrome Serigraph Print by Mear One

Freedom For Humanity- Chrome Limited Edition Serigraph Print with Chrome Foil on Hand-Deckled 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper by Mear One Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2016 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 20 Artwork Size 20x27 "This piece, 'Freedom For Humanity,' symbolizes the attitude we should be taking regarding our rights as human beings. It's a play on George Orwell's 'Newspeak' from his novel 1984, where he combines and condenses words to create a new language. Language is so important for understanding what it means to be truly free. Yet, it is constantly being eroded, redefined, and replaced to suit the corporations and superficial consumer pop-culture trends for profit. People need translation out of our current language based on greed towards a more meaningful and insightful existence, using language based on our humanity, sharing, and cooperation. I want to inspire critical thought on the implementation of 'Newspeak' in our current Orwellian, media-blitzed reality." - Mear One. Dissecting' Freedom For Humanity' by Mear One Mear One has established himself as a consequential artist in street pop art and graffiti artwork, with "Freedom For Humanity" being one of his most compelling works. This Chrome Limited Edition Serigraph Print is more than a mere aesthetic indulgence; it is a testament to the artist's impassioned plea for linguistic and intellectual freedom. Limited to a series of just twenty signed and numbered pieces, the 2016 artwork, sized 20x27 inches, is printed on hand-deckled 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper. This choice underscores the premium quality and the exclusiveness of the print. The Semantic Revolution Embodied in Art Mear One's creation is an interplay of visual and verbal languages, a critical response to the perversion of words in our contemporary society. This piece reflects not just Orwell's concept of 'Newspeak' but a broader commentary on the state of language and its role in human freedom. The artist's use of chromatic intensity and stark contrasts on the fine art paper is an eye-catching element of modern pop art and serves as a metaphor for the clarity and vibrancy that should accompany human communication. The central figure, a striking representation of defiance, holds a sign that boldly demands "Freedom for Humanity," symbolizing the fight against the manipulation of language by corporate and political forces. Mear One's message is clear: the erosion of language and the commodification of words for profit and power threaten the very fabric of our society. The artist seeks to inspire a reevaluation of how language is wielded and perceived in the modern age. His work implores us to transcend a lexicon rooted in greed and forge one grounded in our collective humanity. The message is a rallying cry for cooperation, sharing, and a reassessment of our values as a civilization. Embracing a New Lexicon for Human Empowerment The artwork bridges street art's raw expressiveness and the sophisticated discourse on human liberties. "Freedom For Humanity" is not merely Mear One's call to action; it is an invitation to introspect on the corporatization of our language and, by extension, our thoughts and freedoms. Through his serigraph, Mear One channels the power of Street Pop Art and graffiti Artwork to ignite conversation and drive change. The piece doesn't just hang on a wall; it stands on the front lines of cultural discourse, challenging the viewer to break free from the Orwellian shackles of modern-day 'Newspeak.' Ultimately, "Freedom For Humanity" is a symbolic manifesto in art form. It is a reminder of the potency of words and the significance of their liberation. Mear One has contributed a visually stunning piece to the realm of Street Pop Art and graffiti Artwork and embedded a profound message of liberation and unity within it. His work stands as a beacon for those who seek to understand the true meaning of freedom in a world where language is continually at risk of being co-opted by those in power.

Most of my work is developed in that way, a social-critique-like way, a joke about the life we live nowadays.I found the photograph in a LIFE magazine from the '70s, and I did an intervention over it with black ink and acrylic paint. For the serigraphy version, the image was scanned and retouched in order to make the print. In Mexico, the majority of crooks and cartel members are brought up by the predeceasing generations. I thought it was important to touch that subject in my show, and not just talk about the folkloric side of my country, because we live deadly chaos so vivid, we can easily catch a deceased body waking up in your corner." - Ciler

I'm always trying new ideas out that turn into more ideas. In this painting, I wanted to have two drastically different fill-in styles. • Silver Moon Silkscreen Print by Erik Otto

Erik Otto Silver Moon Silkscreen Print by Erik Otto

Silver Moon Limited Edition 3-Color Hand-Pulled Silkscreen Print on 290gsm Coventry Rag Vellum by Erik Otto Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "Where my mother grew up in Texas, one of the largest employers was NASA, and she was fortunate enough to be present during the Apollo 11 mission that resulted in man's first step on the moon. Through this influence and my early discovery of Carl Sagan, I developed a curiosity for the solar system, the elements that connect us all, and the many symbols different cultures apply to the cosmos. The silver moon concept combines the self-reflective qualities of silver and the healing powers of the moon. Separated marks carefully arranged and suspended within the composition each depict natural elements while producing a suggestive horizon with the moons sitting still in its fullness on a seemingly endless black surface. This piece was created during a time of reinvention within the studio as I committed to producing an all-new body of work exploring the symbolic characteristics of waves and water. " - Erik Otto

Bringing artists from around the world to beautify and re-invigorate public walls around Windsor, the government-funded program has been a huge success in supporting the local community and promoting the value of street-art in contemporary society. In the world of Denial, memory is important, because it is the basis of his work, as it nostalgically encourages the audience to engage with it. As a result, his art is as familiar, as it is disturbing because it reveals the most unsettling parts of society, the ones we are in a “denial” of. No matter its controversial history, graffiti is less and less viewed as a form of vandalism.

"The title of this image comes from a line in the poem, "Painted Landscapes Deceive Me -- Dancing Between Angels and Angles". This was a reference to Marie Antoinette arriving in Strasbourg when she first became queen and the faux painted landscapes placed outside her window, created to make her feel welcome. A further reference to De Stijl and Aubette Dance Hall with the angled and rectilinear lines the movement was known for. Along with its proximity to the Cathedral and the angels that grace its walls. Bubbles sort of fly loosely and dance through space, somewhat the antithesis of what De Stijl conveyed but a nice reference to movement. We liked the idea of the girl tearing away the perceptions built up around her while trying not to lose herself." -Faile Artistic Narratives in Motion: The Tale of "Dancing Between Angels/Love Stories B-Side" by Faile "Dancing Between Angels/Love Stories B-Side," a compelling artwork by the artist collective Faile, is a testament to the intricate layering and storytelling inherent in street pop art & graffiti artwork. This limited edition piece, a hand-painted varied edition of 22, is a 24-color hand-pulled silkscreen print embellished with acrylic, silkscreen ink, and spray paint on deckled 310 gsm Coventry Rag paper. Spanning 28 x 40 inches, each print is signed, stamped, and embossed and carries a unique narrative that intertwines historical references with a modern artistic lexicon. "The title of this image comes from a line in the poem, "Painted Landscapes Deceive Me -- Dancing Between Angels and Angles." This was a reference to Marie Antoinette arriving in Strasbourg when she first became queen and the faux painted landscapes placed outside her window, created to make her feel welcome. A further reference to De Stijl and Aubette Dance Hall with the angled and rectilinear lines the movement was known for. Its proximity to the Cathedral and the angels grace its walls. Bubbles fly loosely and dance through space, somewhat the antithesis of what De Stijl conveyed but a nice reference to movement. We liked the idea of the girl tearing away the perceptions built up around her while trying not to lose herself." -Faile. Deconstructing Historical Illusions: Faile's Interpretive Canvas The narrative behind "Dancing Between Angels/Love Stories B-Side" draws from a rich tapestry of historical and artistic references. Inspired by a poem, the title alludes to the deceptive pastoral landscapes presented to Marie Antoinette upon her arrival in Strasbourg, designed to create an illusion of welcome and grandeur. Faile extends this metaphor to explore the concepts of perception and self within the framework of pop and street art. The work visually explores tearing away layers of pretense, a spirited dance between reality and artifice. The piece also pays homage to De Stijl, a Dutch artistic movement emphasizing abstraction and geometric forms. The sharp angles and rectilinear lines characteristic of De Stijl are present in the artwork, juxtaposed with the organic forms of bubbles and the fluidity of the central figure. This contrast is a deliberate nod to movement and dynamism, challenging the rigidity of De Stijl with the fleeting dance of bubbles through space. Movement and Metaphor: Faile's Fusion of Dance and Art At the heart of Faile's creation is the depiction of a female figure caught tearing through the facades surrounding her. This act is literal and symbolic, a dance of liberation that reveals the layers beneath the surface. The figure's upward reach and poised legs evoke a sense of balletic grace, suggesting that tearing away deception is as elegant as forceful. The angels and architectural elements referenced in the artwork serve to anchor the piece within a broader historical narrative, connecting the transient nature of street art with the permanence of cultural heritage. Including these elements creates a dialogue between the past and the present, infusing the work with a sense of timelessness. Visual Poetry: The Rhythmic Allure of Faile's Work "Dancing Between Angels/Love Stories B-Side" is, in essence, a visual poem that speaks to the heart of street pop art & graffiti artwork.
