Davide Toffolo is an Italian comic book artist, writer, and musician born on February 12, 1965, in Pordenone, Italy. He is best known as the lead singer and guitarist for the Italian punk rock band Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, which was formed in 1994. Toffolo started his career in the comic book industry in the late 1980s, and since then, he has become one of Italy's most important and influential comic artists. His distinctive drawing style is characterized by strong lines and a unique visual language. One of his most well-known comic book series is "Cani Sciolti" (Loose Dogs), which explores the lives and struggles of young people in a suburban environment. Another notable work by Toffolo is "Pasolini," a graphic novel that pays homage to the controversial Italian poet, writer, and filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini.
