Rip N Dip DropX Nerm Nermal Art Toy Figure by Rip N Dip
DropX Nerm Nermal Limited Edition Anatomy Vinyl Art Toy Collectible Artwork by Street Brand Artists Rip N Dip. 2022 Limited Edition of 150 Size 14-inch Nerm Nermal Vinyl Figure Terminator Dissected Art Toy. New In Box The DropX Nerm Nermal vinyl figure is an intriguing embodiment of contemporary pop art's intersection with street culture, produced in a limited edition by the renowned streetwear brand Rip N Dip. This 2022 collectible stands 14 inches tall, capturing the playful yet provocative spirit of the brand's aesthetic. Limited to just 150 pieces, the vinyl art toy offers a unique twist on the character of Nermal, the brand's iconic cat mascot. Here, Nermal is reimagined through an "anatomical dissection," a design approach that lays bare the inner skeletal structure of the figure on one side while maintaining the smooth, playful exterior on the other. This juxtaposition creates a striking visual narrative, reflecting themes of duality and transparency that resonate deeply in street art and pop culture. This artwork, still in its original packaging, is as much a piece of art as a commentary on the modern collectibles market, where items are often valued more for their mint condition than for the artistic statement they make. The dissected aesthetic of the figure, a style popularized in the art toy community, aligns with a fascination with what lies beneath the surface—in terms of the figure's design and, metaphorically, regarding the persona and culture it represents. The exclusive nature of this limited edition release underscores the intersection of art and commerce, a theme prevalent in street art's evolution into gallery spaces and consumer markets. In this context, the Nerm Nermal vinyl figure is not merely a collectible but a tangible slice of the ethos that drives the street art scene, immortalizing the irreverent and often satirical spirit that has long defined both Rip N Dip and street art as a whole.

Casey Weldon Lil Nekobasu Archival Print by Casey Weldon
Lil Nekobasu Archival Pigment Limited Edition Print on Fine Art Paper by Pop Artist Casey Weldon Artwork. 2017 Numbered Limited Edition of 150 Artwork Size 14x14 Lil Nekobasu by Casey Weldon – Whimsical Mutation in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Casey Weldon's 2017 limited edition print Lil Nekobasu stands as a surreal and captivating piece in the world of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Released as a numbered edition of 150, this 14 by 14 inch archival pigment print is produced on fine art paper with high-fidelity color accuracy and exceptional detail. The image captures a hybrid creature that playfully merges feline charm with the visual structure of a segmented bus, a clever nod to pop culture and a direct homage to the character Catbus from Japanese animation. Yet Weldon’s version is distinctly his own, rendered with a unique softness and eerie precision that has become a trademark of his imaginative, emotionally suggestive style. The background places the creature on what appears to be a human lap, surrounded by natural textures like grass, blurring the boundaries between comfort, fantasy, and strangeness. Casey Weldon: American Pop Surrealist Reimagining the Familiar Born in the United States, Casey Weldon is known for his dreamlike compositions and frequent use of cats, glowing eyes, and nostalgic references as thematic devices. His work resides in a space where pop culture, sentimentality, and oddity converge. With Lil Nekobasu, Weldon leans into his fascination with childhood wonder and visual puns, offering a creature that is equal parts cute, cryptic, and unsettling. The deliberate detail in the fur texture, the glint in the cat’s golden eyes, and the seamless integration of mechanical segments across its back transform this into a visual paradox—playful but uncanny, tender yet odd. The print is emblematic of how Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork can elevate the bizarre and personal to the level of fine art without losing its connection to humor and nostalgia. Visual Technique and Materiality in a Digital-Physical Fusion The use of archival pigment printing in Lil Nekobasu allows for intense color vibrancy and depth, which is essential to conveying the almost hyperreal textures of Weldon’s painted forms. This medium is prized among contemporary artists for its longevity and ability to replicate the subtlety of original brushwork and gradients. The fine art paper base enhances the print’s visual impact, creating a tactile sense of depth that resonates with the physicality of traditional media while maintaining the efficiency and clarity of digital processes. The 14 x 14 inch format offers a perfect square composition that reinforces the intimacy and symmetry of the subject, placing the viewer close to this strange creature in a moment of relaxed fantasy. Cultural Echoes and the Subversive Sweetness of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork By referencing Totoro’s Catbus while creating a fully original being, Weldon engages in a cultural remix that is foundational to Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The hybrid nature of Lil Nekobasu speaks to a generation raised on animated fantasies but grounded in the absurdities of adulthood. Weldon’s reinterpretation avoids imitation by amplifying personal symbolism and emphasizing mood over narrative. The print challenges the viewer to feel affection for something they cannot quite categorize. Its unsettling serenity is a commentary on how strange and charming the familiar can become through slight distortion. In the context of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, Lil Nekobasu encapsulates the genre’s ability to make viewers laugh, feel, and question all at once. This piece stands as a collectible not just for fans of cats or cartoons, but for those drawn to the emotional ambiguity that defines much of the best contemporary pop-infused art.

Drawing from the visual vocabulary of both video game lore and historical architecture, the print showcases an astronaut, emblematic of humanity's constant yearning for exploration, gazing upon a European castle. Askew One Diaspora Rua Original Enamel Acrylic Painting by Askew One
Diaspora Rua Original Painting Enamel and Acrylic on Plexiglass by Askew One Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2015 Signed Original Painting Artwork Size 20x14 Custom Framed "Back in April/May of 2014, I spent around 6 weeks based in Los Angeles making these paintings for my solo show at Known Gallery. I was living and working above the TSL store, trying my best to make enough work to fill the space which was a pretty daunting task. The pieces themselves are a combination of head portraits painted in what I would say are my signature style and then also a series of smaller abstract works that signify the idea of migration through the Pacific, both in a historic and recent sense. The model for the portraits was my friend Sereima aka Stelly, who’s Sydney-based and of Fijian descent. To me, she really represents the changing face of the Pacific in many ways. Following on from a really successful show in Sydney, ‘The Evolving Face’ I wanted to move away from the mugshot poses of the previous body and bring more attitude and exuberance and Sereima was perfect because she is the absolute embodiment of those things." - Askew One Diaspora Rua Original Painting by Askew One Diaspora Rua is a captivating 2015 original painting by renowned graffiti and Street Pop Art artist Askew One. Created using enamel and acrylic on plexiglass, this piece showcases Askew One’s ability to combine bold abstraction with cultural commentary. Custom framed and measuring 20x14, this signed artwork forms part of a series that explores themes of migration and identity in the Pacific. The work’s intricate layering and dynamic patterns make it a striking example of Askew One’s innovative approach to modern pop art. The Concept Behind Diaspora Rua Diaspora Rua was conceived during a significant period in Askew One’s career, while he was preparing for a solo exhibition at Known Gallery in Los Angeles. Spending six weeks immersed in the creative process, Askew One developed a series that blended head portraits and abstract works. This series reflects the idea of migration across the Pacific, both from a historical and contemporary perspective. Diaspora Rua, as part of the abstract works in this series, signifies the movement of people and cultures, using bold shapes and vivid colors to convey the fluidity and energy of migration. The series draws inspiration from Sereima, a Sydney-based model of Fijian descent, who represents the evolving identity of the Pacific. Her energy and cultural background informed much of the work, embodying the intersection of traditional and modern influences. Askew One’s shift away from mugshot-style portraits to more dynamic compositions reflects his desire to capture not only the visual aspects of identity but also its inherent vibrancy and transformation. Artistic Techniques in Diaspora Rua Diaspora Rua exemplifies Askew One’s mastery of combining graffiti-inspired techniques with refined artistic practices. The use of enamel and acrylic on plexiglass creates a sleek, glossy finish that enhances the vibrancy of the colors. The circular design within the painting draws the viewer’s attention inward, evoking a sense of motion and connection. The layering of shapes and patterns, along with the contrast of neon hues against black, creates a compelling visual narrative. This work is emblematic of Street Pop Art’s ability to transform everyday materials into fine art. The influence of graffiti is evident in the bold lines and spontaneous energy of the composition, while the meticulous execution speaks to Askew One’s dedication to craftsmanship. The abstract nature of Diaspora Rua allows it to transcend literal representation, engaging viewers in a deeper exploration of its themes. The Cultural Significance of Diaspora Rua Diaspora Rua stands as a testament to Askew One’s commitment to using art as a means of storytelling and cultural preservation. Through its abstract forms and vibrant colors, the painting captures the spirit of migration and the interconnectedness of cultures in the Pacific. It reflects the evolving identity of the region, celebrating its history while embracing its modern, dynamic nature. As part of a pivotal series in Askew One’s career, Diaspora Rua highlights the artist’s ability to merge personal narrative with broader cultural themes. Its combination of bold aesthetics and meaningful content ensures its place as a significant piece within contemporary Street Pop Art. For collectors and admirers of urban art, this painting represents not only a masterful work of creativity but also a powerful commentary on the fluidity of identity and the beauty of cultural exchange.

They challenge the notion of art as a solitary original, instead celebrating the variations that come with the artist's hand revisiting each piece. This practice nods to the heritage of street art, where each rendering is subject to the environmental canvas and conditions upon which it is placed. Collectibility and Impact in Modern Art As a limited edition series, "Green Window Canvas HPM" holds significant collectibility, appealing to street and pop art enthusiasts. The limited run, signature, and numbering ensure the authenticity and exclusivity collectors desire. Moreover, the artwork's pop art influence and graffiti art roots speak to a contemporary audience, capturing the essence of modern visual culture. "Green Window Canvas HPM" by Joshua Vides exemplifies the ongoing evolution of street art into the finer realms of pop art, maintaining the authenticity of its origins while embracing the sophistication of contemporary art practices. This piece is not just a representation of an object but an exploration of form, color, and the concept of what constitutes art in the public and private spheres. It's a celebration of the unexpected beauty found in the everyday, reimagined through a street artist's perspective.

Created in 2014, this limited-edition print measures 11 by 14 inches and is signed and numbered as part of an exclusive edition of 35. Printed on fine art paper, the piece showcases Listfield's meticulous attention to detail and his ability to weave narrative through juxtaposition. Known for his recurring astronaut figure, Listfield uses this character as a lens to explore themes of isolation, exploration, and cultural nostalgia. The artwork features a solitary astronaut standing on a vivid green pipe, set against the backdrop of a grand, medieval-style castle and towering mountains. The juxtaposition of the futuristic astronaut with a traditional, almost storybook-like landscape creates an engaging contrast that invites viewers to question the relationship between past, present, and imagined futures. The green pipe—a subtle nod to video game iconography—adds a playful element to the composition, blending Listfield's exploration of modern culture with his painterly approach to classical landscapes. The Role of Nostalgia in Street Pop Art Scott Listfield’s Castle exemplifies his ability to blend elements of nostalgia with contemporary themes, a hallmark of Street Pop Art. The astronaut figure, a recurring subject in Listfield's work, serves as both a stand-in for the viewer and a symbol of exploration and disconnection. Paired with the historic architecture of the castle, the piece creates a narrative that feels both timeless and uniquely modern. The green pipe introduces a layer of pop culture, recalling imagery from retro video games while grounding the scene in the familiar. This blending of disparate elements is central to Listfield’s artistic approach. By placing a symbol of modernity and cultural references in a historical or natural setting, he creates a dialogue between the viewer’s memories and their perception of the future. Castle is a celebration of how cultural artifacts—whether a medieval castle or a video game icon—carry layers of meaning and remain open to reinterpretation. The Precision of Giclee Printing The giclee printing process used for Castle ensures that Scott Listfield’s detailed brushwork and vibrant color palette are faithfully reproduced. Printed on fine art paper, the texture enhances the depth of the piece, bringing the intricate details of the castle and the astronaut to life. The high-quality archival inks ensure longevity, making the artwork suitable for collectors who value both aesthetic appeal and durability. As a limited edition of 35, Castle offers a sense of exclusivity that appeals to fans of Listfield’s work and collectors of Street Pop Art. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist, reinforcing its authenticity and connection to Listfield’s broader body of work. The small edition size underscores the uniqueness of the piece, adding to its desirability among art enthusiasts. Scott Listfield: Exploring Culture Through Surrealism Scott Listfield has become a prominent figure in the world of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, known for his thought-provoking compositions that combine pop culture references with otherworldly scenarios. His use of the astronaut figure allows viewers to navigate his works as explorers, encountering familiar cultural symbols in unfamiliar contexts. Listfield’s art challenges traditional boundaries, inviting viewers to engage with nostalgia, modernity, and the intersection of the two. Castle is a quintessential example of Listfield’s talent for storytelling through visual art. By placing a lone astronaut in a setting that merges historical architecture with playful modern references, he creates a piece that resonates with viewers on multiple levels. The artwork not only reflects the artist’s fascination with cultural symbols but also encourages contemplation of the ever-evolving relationship between humanity and its creations. Castle stands as a unique contribution to the canon of contemporary Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, blending precision, imagination, and cultural commentary into a cohesive and captivating piece.

Laura Bifano Morsel HPM Archival Print by Laura Bifano
Morsel Limited Edition Archival Pigment Hand-Embellished Prints on 330gsm Fine Art Paper by Laura Bifano Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "The painting was originally done for a show at Thinkspace Gallery called “Picks of the Harvest.” I had played around with a few ideas initially, but nothing seemed to take shape until I took a road trip up Vancouver Island to visit family. The scenery was stunning emerald green farmland dotted with grazing sheep, so I used that as a jumping-off point for the painting. I’ve always loved English Pastoral paintings and knew right away that I wanted to do something in a similar vein. I decided to introduce a predatory element to this otherwise idyllic scene, and a family of Wolves seemed appropriate. At the time I was also watching a steady stream of BBC nature documentaries and it got me in a contemplative mood, thinking about the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. I think that introducing the element of these artificial pixel sheep adds a touch of whimsy and levity to an otherwise morbid image." - Laura Bifano
