Frank Kozik Smorkin Labbit Black Art Toy by Kubrick x Frank Kozik

Smorkin Labbit Black Art Toy by Kubrick x Frank Kozik Limited Edition Vinyl Sculpture Collectible Artwork by Pop Street Artist. 2004 Japan Exclusive Art TOy Artwork Size 2x3 New In Box Stamped/Printed. New In Package, Unopened. Frank Kozik is a renowned graphic artist who is widely known for his iconic concert posters and vinyl toys. One of the most recognizable designs he created is the "Smorkin' Labbit". The Smorkin' Labbit is a vinyl toy in the form of a mischievous rabbit with a signature cigarette (or sometimes other objects) hanging out of its mouth. The Labbit was originally introduced in Kozik's nineties rock poster art and later brought to life by Kidrobot, a producer and retailer of designer toys, in the early 2000s. In the world of designer toys, the Labbit has become quite popular and has seen numerous iterations, from different sizes (ranging from tiny blind box versions to massive foot-long versions) to a variety of designs, colors, and themes (everything from happy Labbits to zombie Labbits, and even Marvel and DC superheroes Labbits). The whimsical and often subversive nature of Kozik's work, embodied by the Smorkin' Labbit, has garnered a strong following among fans of designer toys and art collectibles.

  • Harriette Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Bec Winnel Harriette Giclee Print by Bec Winnel

Harriette Giclee Print by Bec Winnel Artwork Limited Edition Print on Fine Art Paper Graffiti Pop Street Artist. 2014 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 8x10.25 Female Skull with Blond Hair & Feather. Introducing "Harriette" by Bec Winnel Bec Winnel's "Harriette" is a giclée print that captivates the viewer with its haunting beauty and intricate detail. This 2014 creation is part of a limited edition series of 25, each piece signed and numbered by the artist, with dimensions of 8x10.25 inches. The artwork's subject, a female skull adorned with blonde hair and a feather, is not just an exploration of mortality but a deeper delve into the themes of ephemeral beauty and the intersection of life and death. The Ethereal Aesthetics of Winnel's Portraiture Winnel is renowned for her ability to capture the essence of her subjects with a palpable tenderness. In "Harriette," juxtaposing a lifeless skull with vibrant, lifelike hair and a delicate feather creates a stark, unsettling, and beautiful contrast. This contrast is heightened by the presence of a butterfly—a symbol of transformation and rebirth—hinting at the cycle of life and the inevitability of change. The artwork is a testament to Winnel's mastery of mixed mediums, as she employs pastel, pencil, watercolor, and metallic elements to build up layers of texture and color. This layering technique results in a soft, almost otherworldly visual experience characteristic of her style. The gentle gradations and the meticulous attention to detail in "Harriette" invite the viewer to ponder the transient nature of beauty and the permanence of art. Street Pop Art and Graffiti Influences While Winnel's work traditionally occupies the space of fine art, the limited edition nature of "Harriette" and its striking visual impact resembles the ethos of street pop art and graffiti. Like street artists' fleeting yet powerful statements, "Harriette" commands the viewer's attention; its limited availability adds to its allure and value. The work engages with pop culture's fascination with the macabre and the beautiful, combining them in a way that would not be out of place on the walls of a metropolitan alley or a modern art museum gallery. Winnel's artistry blurs the lines between traditional portraiture and the rebellious spirit of street art, creating pieces that are both accessible and profound. Reflections on Femininity and Mortality "Harriette" reflects Winnel's ongoing exploration of femininity, romanticism, and nature. The skull, void of life yet adorned with symbols of beauty and nature, speaks to the complex relationship between life's fragility and the enduring nature of feminine spirit. Winnel's choice to blend these elements against a dark background further accentuates the subject, emphasizing the recurring theme of emerging and fading in her works. This piece is more than a simple portrait; it is a narrative of life's delicate balance, a commentary on the dichotomy between the temporal and the eternal. Winnel's exploration of aesthetic nostalgia is evident in the work's vintage feel, reminiscent of a time when such representations were common in literature and art, intended to remind of life's impermanence. Bec Winnel's "Harriette" is a compelling piece that encapsulates the artist's signature style while engaging with broader themes prevalent in pop and street art. It is an artwork grounded in the fundamentals of fine art yet speaks a language that resonates with the contemporary viewer, bridging the gap between different art forms and periods. Through "Harriette," Winnel invites us into a contemplative dialogue about beauty, life, and the legacies we leave behind.

Waste Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 310gsm Fine Art Paper by Saif Chilmiran Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "This piece is part of the series, “Trash” which is currently on display at Courtyard Gallery as part of the “Pop Wall” exhibition. As a contemporary street art exhibition, my work corresponded to the gritty, do-it-yourself atmosphere of the collection. I think it fits well alongside the Dotmasters’ amazing stencils of trash bags since both series portray trash in different ways. Each of the originals took between 5 to 8 weeks. I use various elements from my garbage with some metalwork and plenty of epoxy. The items used are the disposable aftermath of my other works, taken from empty spray paint canisters, paintbrushes, markers, lighters and what happens to be occupying my workspace at the day." - Saif Chilmarin

Cowgirls #3 Limited Edition 3-Color Hand-Pulled Silkscreen Print on Fine Art Paper by Zane Thomas Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2013 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 50 Artwork Size 8.5x11 The Artistic Expression of Cowgirls by Zane Thomas Cowgirls, a limited edition 3-color hand-pulled silkscreen print by Zane Thomas, embodies the bold and dynamic energy of street pop art and graffiti artwork. Created in 2013 as part of a signed and numbered edition of 50, this piece merges pop culture references with the raw edge of urban art. Measuring 8.5 x 11 inches, the composition captures the spirit of rebellion, independence, and strength that cowgirl imagery has long symbolized in American culture. Through the use of bold lines, stylized figures, and a carefully selected color palette, Thomas injects new life into this traditional motif while maintaining his distinctive graffiti-inspired aesthetic. The Symbolism of the Cowgirl in Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork The cowgirl has been a powerful symbol of resilience, freedom, and individuality, making her a fitting subject for street pop art and graffiti artwork. In this print, Zane Thomas embraces the iconography of the American West while reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens. By incorporating elements of bold color blocking, exaggerated linework, and an expressive composition, the piece bridges the classic Western aesthetic with modern urban visual culture. The cowgirl figure resonates with themes of defiance and independence, aligning with the rebellious spirit of street art. This visual reinterpretation challenges traditional narratives while celebrating the strength and confidence embodied by the cowgirl. The Craftsmanship Behind the Hand-Pulled Silkscreen Print Silkscreen printing is a process that allows for vibrant, layered compositions, making it an ideal medium for an artwork like Cowgirls. The three-color design showcases Thomas’s ability to create depth and movement within a limited palette. Hand-pulled printing methods bring an element of craftsmanship to each piece, ensuring that no two prints in the edition are exactly alike. The precision required in layering different ink colors enhances the artwork's visual impact, emphasizing sharp contrasts and bold outlines. This attention to technique highlights Thomas’s expertise in blending traditional printmaking methods with the raw energy of graffiti-style art. The Cultural Impact of Cowgirls by Zane Thomas Cowgirls stands as a powerful statement within street pop art and graffiti artwork, reflecting both historical imagery and contemporary artistic movements. By incorporating Western themes into an urban art format, Zane Thomas creates a visual dialogue between past and present, tradition and rebellion. This piece challenges conventional perceptions of the cowgirl by placing her within a modern, graffiti-inspired aesthetic, reinforcing her role as a cultural icon. As part of a limited-edition series, it holds significance for collectors who appreciate the fusion of classic themes with the dynamic, ever-evolving language of street art.

Chaplin British Super Limited Edition Giclee Print on Fine Art Paper by Mike Mitchell Counter-Culture Street Artist. 2013 Signed & Numbered on Back Limited edition of 100 Artwork Size 4x6 Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell of Superman Clark Kent Pose Stylized with Chaplin of England Vintage Movie Fame. Chaplin British Super Limited Edition Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell Mike Mitchell’s Chaplin British Super Limited Edition Giclee Print is a fascinating intersection of nostalgia, pop culture, and contemporary satire. This 2013 signed and numbered limited edition print, measuring 4x6 inches, belongs to Mitchell’s celebrated Super Series, a collection of works where iconic figures are humorously reimagined in Superman’s signature pose. By merging Charlie Chaplin’s classic persona with the stance of a superhero, Mitchell playfully comments on power, perception, and cultural history through the lens of street pop art and graffiti artwork. The Influence of Charlie Chaplin in Visual Art Charlie Chaplin, one of the most recognizable figures in film history, represents silent-era cinematic genius and social commentary through performance. His iconic look, including the bowler hat, mustache, and cane, made him a universally recognized character, blending humor with deep societal critiques. Mitchell’s stylized rendition takes Chaplin’s vintage aesthetic and fuses it with a bold, muscular superhero pose, reinforcing the idea that Chaplin himself was a cultural titan—without needing the conventional hero’s physique. The flat illustration style, crisp lines, and exaggerated contrast reflect a modern street pop art aesthetic, drawing from comic book traditions and satirical reinterpretations of historic figures. Street Pop Art and the Transformation of Cultural Icons Mitchell's Super Series embodies the tradition of street pop art and graffiti artwork, where established figures are often reframed, exaggerated, or juxtaposed with modern themes. In this case, Chaplin, known for his silent comedy and subtle activism, is given the stance of a comic book superhero, hinting at the power of humor as a form of social resistance. The influence of comic book visuals, paired with the rebellious undertones of street art, makes this piece a perfect fusion of old and new artistic expressions. The black-and-white palette pays homage to Chaplin’s silent film era, reinforcing the historical reference while making it instantly recognizable to contemporary audiences. Satire and Nostalgia in Modern Pop Culture Art Mitchell’s work often plays with the balance between nostalgia and satire, reminding viewers that our cultural heroes evolve over time. Chaplin’s influence extends far beyond silent films, as his characters, mannerisms, and themes of human struggle and perseverance continue to resonate in modern storytelling and artistic movements. This Super Limited Edition Giclee Print is more than just an illustration—it is a playful yet insightful commentary on how pop culture immortalizes figures through reinterpretation. Mitchell’s ability to blend fine art, comic book stylization, and street pop art techniques makes this Chaplin British Super Giclee Print a unique collectible for art enthusiasts, film historians, and fans of counter-culture creativity.

Saber White Washed Purple Tag HPM Unique Marker Artwork by Saber

White Washed Purple Tag HPM Mixed Media Unique by Saber Hand-Painted  Marker on Fine Art Paper Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art.  2023 Signed & Numbered Mixed Unique Edition Original Series Edition of 40 HPM Hand-Drawn Mixed Media, Spray Paint, Acrylic Paint, Markers & Permanent Markers Tag Artwork Size 6x8 Mini Drawing on Thick Fine Art Paper. Exploring the Essence of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork represent a vibrant and dynamic fusion of underground street culture with pop art's colorful and bold aspects. This unique blend has emerged as a significant movement within the contemporary art scene, capturing the essence of urban life and its pulsating energy. The movement is characterized by its rebellious spirit, often breaking free from the constraints of traditional art forms and expressing a raw, unfiltered view of society. White Washed Purple Tag HPM Mixed Media Unique by Saber The piece titled "White Washed Purple Tag HPM Mixed Media Unique" by the artist Saber is a quintessential example of this art form. Saber, a renowned American graffiti artist, Ryan Weston Shook, has played a pivotal role in bringing graffiti and street art into the gallery space. Born in 1976, Saber remains an influential figure in the street art community, known for his distinctive style that often features a dynamic use of color, bold tags, and an edgy aesthetic that resonates with the ethos of street culture. The artwork itself is a hand-painted marker on fine art paper that exudes street art's raw energy and spontaneity. The mixed media piece is part of a unique original series comprising an edition of 40 hand-drawn mixed media works. Saber's use of spray paint, acrylic paint, markers, and permanent markers culminates in an artwork that is visually striking and tactile in its layered application of materials. The piece's dimensions, a modest 6x8, may seem small, but the impact of the artwork is substantial. The compact size encapsulates the immediacy of graffiti art, where space is often at a premium, and artists must convey their message concisely and powerfully. The thick fine art paper serves as a testament to the durability and permanence of the art form, much like the walls that bear the weight of urban storytelling. Artistic Significance and Cultural Impact Saber's "White Washed Purple Tag" is a testament to the cultural impact of street pop art and graffiti artwork. By taking the art from the alleys and train cars onto fine art paper, the artist has elevated the perception of graffiti, allowing it to be appreciated as a form of social commentary and as a legitimate and sophisticated art form. The mixed media aspect of the piece showcases the versatility and innovativeness of street artists, who often have to adapt to various environments and use available materials. The technique of whitewashing, often used by city authorities to cover up graffiti, is reappropriated in this piece to serve as a canvas, creating a stark contrast with the vibrant purple tag. This reclamation symbolizes street artists' struggle in their quest for recognition and the right to public space. The purple tag, a signature of Saber's work, is not merely a name but a statement of identity, a bold declaration of existence in a constantly changing and evolving world. In the context of modern pop art, Saber's work is a bridge between street culture and high art, reflecting the changing attitudes towards what is considered valuable and worthy of attention in the art world. His works are collected and admired for their aesthetic appeal and their ability to capture the zeitgeist of an increasingly urbanized, digitized, and diverse generation. The presence of this piece within the collection of mixed media works serves as a reminder of the transformative power of art. It celebrates individuality and creativity, encouraging viewers to look beyond the surface and find beauty in the messages and stories often overlooked or dismissed. The "White Washed Purple Tag HPM Mixed Media Unique" is not just an artwork; it is a piece of cultural history, a slice of urban life, and a beacon of artistic rebellion.

The design team of Dan Kuhlken and Nathan Goldman, also known as DKNG, call these images “Icons,” and they are the subject of their first-ever solo show at Gallery 1988 West in Los Angeles. The show, called simply ICON, is comprised of 50 pieces featuring iconic places and things from some of your favorite movies and TV shows of all time. Inexpensive Artworks

Inexpensive Artworks in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork

Inexpensive artworks play a vital role in the ecosystem of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork by providing access to new collectors, supporting emerging artists, and sustaining cultural momentum. These works often come in the form of small edition prints, open run posters, zines, hand-finished minis, and artist-produced merchandise such as stickers or screen-printed patches. Priced affordably, they allow collectors to engage with meaningful contemporary art without the financial barrier that typically accompanies investment grade or blue-chip works. Inexpensive does not equate to lesser value in artistic terms. Many of these pieces carry original ideas, thoughtful design, and emotional resonance. They often serve as first encounters with an artist’s voice and a stepping stone into deeper collecting or engagement with a movement.

Accessibility and Artist Visibility

One of the defining features of inexpensive artworks in this space is their accessibility. Artists like Denial, Shepard Fairey, and Tara McPherson have made efforts to release lower-priced items alongside limited edition prints and original canvases. This democratizes art ownership and builds stronger relationships between artists and their audiences. These works are usually made with the same attention to design and message as their higher-tier counterparts. While the scale or production method may differ, the intention remains consistent. Collectors gain access to authentic visual statements from artists shaping the language of pop culture, protest, and identity. The visibility generated by these accessible works often amplifies artist profiles, supporting their long-term creative trajectory and maintaining the public relevance of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork.

Production Formats and Materials

Inexpensive artworks tend to use straightforward formats such as digital offset printing, hand-pulled mini screenprints, or risograph editions. Materials might include recycled card stock, newsprint, or budget-friendly archival paper. These choices are both economical and conceptually aligned with the aesthetics of street art, which has always thrived on raw surfaces, mass reproduction, and rapid dissemination. Artists may release small studies, early sketches, or hand-signed postcard prints as a way to offer original content at a reduced cost. This production scale maintains intimacy and makes each piece feel personal, even when priced modestly. Collectors often find charm in these smaller, rougher works, viewing them as authentic extensions of an artist’s creative process.

Cultural Value and Collector Engagement

The true value of inexpensive artworks in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork lies in their cultural accessibility. These pieces act as entry points for new collectors, gifts for loyal fans, and tools for spreading visual ideas outside of traditional gallery spaces. They allow art to remain integrated into daily life, unconfined by glass frames or exclusive price points. Whether taped to a wall, pinned to a corkboard, or framed in a small corner of a room, these works carry with them the urgency and immediacy of their origin. They contribute to a broader cultural archive, preserving the spirit of graffiti and pop narrative in a format that is shareable, attainable, and enduring. Inexpensive artworks keep the language of the street alive—circulating it through hands, homes, and hearts without ever compromising the integrity of the message.
