GAS Trading Card John Titor Rookie Unmasked Edition Art Object by GAS Trading Card
John Titor Rookie Card- Unmasked Edition Card Print on G.A.S. Trading Card. 2022 Numbered Limited Edition of 100. GAS SERIES 2 #21 John Titor Rookie Unmasked Edition Art Object by G.A.S. Trading Card The Enigma of John Titor: Time Traveler or Internet Legend? In the internet's nascent days, a figure emerged who would spark discussions, debates, and intrigue for years to come. This figure is John Titor, the self-proclaimed time traveler from 2036. G.A.S. Trading Cards, tapping into the cultural zeitgeist, released the John Titor Rookie Card - Unmasked Edition in 2022 as a numbered limited edition of 100 pieces. This GAS SERIES 2 #21 card captures the enigmatic essence of a story that has become a cornerstone of internet folklore. John Titor's Legacy and the G.A.S. Trading Card Phenomenon John Titor's tale began in November 2000 when he started posting on online forums, claiming to be a military time traveler on a mission to retrieve a rare IBM 5100 computer from 1975. His purpose? To debug legacy computer programs in the future. The narrative was rich with details, including how to construct a time machine and ominous predictions about nuclear wars and societal upheaval. The posts abruptly ending in March 2001 left a lasting impression on the internet community. Whether fact or a well-constructed hoax, the story of John Titor has been a foundational element for countless conspiracy theories and speculative discussions online. This cultural impact makes the John Titor G.A.S. Trading Card a fitting tribute to an individual—or an idea—that has captivated the imagination of the digital age. Time Travel and Pop Culture: John Titor's Influence on Art The John Titor narrative intersects with themes prevalent in pop art, street art, and graffiti artwork. These art forms often draw upon cultural icons and narratives, recontextualizing them within the public sphere or the canvas of collectibles. The G.A.S. Trading Card is a modern canvas that bridges the gap between storytelling and visual art. It is a pop culture artifact, a piece of history that encapsulates the spirit of an era defined by its mysteries and the burgeoning internet culture. The Unmasked Edition of the John Titor card invites collectors and enthusiasts to own a piece of this modern mythology. Its design reflects the trading card's ability to capture and preserve cultural phenomena, much like street art, which captures the pulse of the public's consciousness on city walls. The John Titor Phenomenon John Titor's story, whether a glimpse into a parallel universe or an elaborate narrative fiction, has undeniably become a part of the fabric of early internet culture. The G.A.S. Trading Card dedicated to Titor is an homage to the power of narrative and the allure of the unknown. It symbolizes how stories can transcend their origins to become part of a more extensive dialogue, influencing art, culture, and the collective imagination. The John Titor Rookie Card - Unmasked Edition by G.A.S. Trading Cards is not just a collectible; it's a conversation piece and a token of the era it represents. It's an artifact that reminds us of the internet's power to spread ideas and stories and how these stories can take on a life of their own, inspiring art, discussion, and even trading cards. As we continue to navigate an ever-growing sea of online information and tales, John Titor's story reminds us of the internet's early days and its enduring capacity to foster legends that capture our curiosity and artistic spirit.

Saber Priority Mail 228-2016 Slap-Up Label Sticker Original Tag Art by Saber
Priority Mail 228-2016 Slap-Up Label Sticker Original Tag Art by Saber Original Permanent Drawing Art on USPS Mailing Label by Graffiti Artist Modern Street Artwork. 2020 Signed by Tag Original Slap Up Graffiti Art Tag 4.25x5.5 Color Marker on USPS United States Postal Service Priority Mail Label 228-2016. Priority Mail 228 Labels: Slap-Up Canvas for the Streets Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork have become synonymous with urban landscapes' raw, vibrant, and often controversial energy. Amongst the most captivating forms of this art is the slap-up label sticker, a brief piece that combines the guerrilla tactics of street art with the aesthetic approach of pop art. These stickers, often found adorning city walls, lampposts, and mailboxes, carry the pulse of the streets and the artist's signature. The United States Postal Service's Priority Mail 228 label is a particularly iconic medium within this genre. Initially intended for postal use, artists have repurposed these labels as canvases for their work. With its distinctive red, white, and blue design, the label offers an instantly recognizable backdrop deeply rooted in American iconography. This juxtaposition of official symbolism with the rebellious nature of graffiti creates a powerful, provocative, and patriotic visual statement. Graffiti artists like Saber have transformed these labels into vehicles of personal expression and social commentary. Saber, an American artist named Ryan Weston Shook, is known for his work within the graffiti community and beyond. His involvement with the art form dates back to the 1990s, and he has since become a notable figure in the street art world. Tag Art: Marking Presence and Identity Tagging, which involves writing one's alias or signature in a stylized form, is central to graffiti culture. It's a means of claiming territory, asserting identity, and engaging with the public in a dialogue often unmediated by gallery spaces' conventions. The Saber piece utilizes a blue permanent marker to create a tangle of lines and shapes that coalesce into his distinctive tag. Measuring 4.25x5.5 inches, this slap-up label sticker is a quintessential example of tag art, embodying the spontaneity and personal touch that are hallmarks of the genre. Created in 2020 and signed by the artist, this piece carries the weight of authenticity and the immediacy of street art. Despite its small scale, the tag commands attention, with the intensity of the blue marker standing bold against the label's pre-printed elements. The label's date, March 2016, provides a temporal context, anchoring the artwork in a specific moment of Saber's artistic journey. The cultural significance of slap-up label art lies in its accessibility and transience. These stickers can be produced en masse and placed in various locations, allowing for a wide distribution of the artist's work. However, their lifespan is unpredictable, as they can easily be removed or destroyed, mirroring the fleeting nature of fame and public attention in the digital age. Saber's use of the Priority Mail 228 label is a nod to a tradition in street art that values the repurposing of everyday items into something extraordinary. The label's transformation from a mundane postal accessory into a piece of art disrupts the ordinary and challenges the viewer to see the extraordinary in the everyday. This quality places slap-up label art firmly within the canon of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, genres that continually redefine themselves through unconventional materials and methods. The Priority Mail 228 Slap-Up Label Sticker by Saber is more than just a piece of art; it is a statement, a piece of cultural fabric, and a reflection of the artist's presence in the urban landscape. As with much of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, it encapsulates a moment in time, a burst of creative energy, and a dialogue with the public that is as vibrant and dynamic as the streets from which it was born.

Sobekcis Infinity Skull Archival Print by Sobekcis
Infinity Skull Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 310gsm Bright White Fine Art Paper by Sobekcis Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2015 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 50 Artwork Size 11.7x16.5 "Both of these pieces fit in the aesthetic that we have been working on in the last year and for both, we chose the approach of working half by hand and then working out the geometrical elements and colors on the computer. With the Infinity Skull piece, we wanted to work with asymmetrical piece as we have worked on before, and even though it wasn't in the first idea it somehow started to look like a tarot card. So we finished the work in that direction. For Crystalpecker, the idea was to use the same outline of the bird just flipped, and also in different color combinations to create again this kind of symmetry like with the skull. They we were just breaking it up with the background so it wouldn't be perfectly symmetrical." - Sobekcis

Dr Deekays Funicular Letterpress Print by Camille Rose Garcia The Funicular letterpress print by Camille Rose Garcia is a delightful piece of Street Pop Art that merges fantastical imagery with traditional craftsmanship. Created as part of the Art Printmas 2020 series, this 8x10 artwork is printed on deckled 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper. Featuring a beastly monster driving a whimsical snowmobile-like contraption across an imagined snowy landscape, this limited-edition print showcases Garcia's talent for storytelling and her unique approach to surrealist pop art. Signed and numbered in an edition of 100, it is a standout addition to her portfolio of imaginative works. Camille Rose Garcia: A Master of Pop Surrealism Camille Rose Garcia’s artistic style is instantly recognizable for its intricate linework, eccentric characters, and gothic undertones. Born in 1970 in Los Angeles, Garcia’s work often reflects her fascination with societal structures, environmental concerns, and consumerist excess. By combining these themes with whimsical, childlike imagery, she creates a visual language that is both accessible and subversive. The Funicular print features a beast-like creature piloting a peculiar vehicle, which evokes both humor and curiosity. The exaggerated expressions and playful setting invite the viewer to explore a world where the bizarre meets the beautiful. The character’s gleeful yet mischievous demeanor speaks to Garcia’s ability to create layered narratives that oscillate between lighthearted and deeply introspective. This piece, like much of her work, embodies the ethos of Street Pop Art by mixing approachable visuals with underlying social commentary. The Artistic Value of Letterpress Printing Letterpress printing, a traditional technique, adds a layer of tactile richness to the Funicular print. The process involves pressing inked plates into fine art paper, creating a textured, embossed effect that enhances the artwork’s depth and dimensionality. The choice of Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper, known for its high quality and durability, ensures that the intricate details of the piece are preserved while offering a luxurious feel. The single-color palette, rendered in bold black ink, accentuates the intricate linework and the surreal charm of the illustration. Garcia’s decision to work with a minimalist color scheme allows the viewer to focus on the composition and the personality of the beastly driver, making this print a masterclass in simplicity and impact. Funicular as a Representation of Street Pop Art Funicular is a quintessential example of Camille Rose Garcia’s ability to blur the lines between fantasy, fine art, and Street Pop Art. The whimsical subject matter, paired with the deliberate choice of traditional printing methods, highlights her skill in balancing the contemporary with the classic. The deckled edges of the paper further enhance the piece’s artisanal quality, making it a collector’s item that feels both timeless and modern. The limited edition of 100 adds to the exclusivity of this artwork, appealing to fans of Street Pop Art, modern surrealism, and fine printmaking. Funicular is more than an illustration; it is a celebration of imagination, craftsmanship, and the enduring appeal of the absurd. Camille Rose Garcia’s playful yet poignant approach to art shines through in this print, making it an essential piece for collectors who appreciate the intersection of whimsy and sophistication.

Taylor White Offering Standard Archival Print by Taylor White
Offering- Standard Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 310gsm Fine Art Paper by Taylor White Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "This is one of a few springboard pieces into my visual exploration of bodies in motion. It evolved from the idea of the phenomenal impact of the human body in space, the dance of the soul, and the flow of forms colliding. When using the body as a tool of explosive expression, one dares to take the journey into a territory that requires immense trust, the sacrifice of oneself on the altar of vulnerability. Dance, if done fully and authentically, renders the soul completely raw. I started studying a form of modern dance called Contact Improvisation, and that study has opened me up to a new set of curiosities which I’ve been able to explore both physically in space, and visually on the page. It became about the point of surrender, of the sacrifice of the ego and all its trappings. To 'dance' on paper has been entirely mind-opening and I’ve tackled it with a renewed spirit." - Taylor White

Waste Limited Edition Archival Pigment Prints on 310gsm Fine Art Paper by Saif Chilmiran Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. "This piece is part of the series, “Trash” which is currently on display at Courtyard Gallery as part of the “Pop Wall” exhibition. As a contemporary street art exhibition, my work corresponded to the gritty, do-it-yourself atmosphere of the collection. I think it fits well alongside the Dotmasters’ amazing stencils of trash bags since both series portray trash in different ways. Each of the originals took between 5 to 8 weeks. I use various elements from my garbage with some metalwork and plenty of epoxy. The items used are the disposable aftermath of my other works, taken from empty spray paint canisters, paintbrushes, markers, lighters and what happens to be occupying my workspace at the day." - Saif Chilmarin
