IRAK- Earsnot
Iraklis Karagounis, better known as IRAK or Earsnot, is an influential graffiti artist from New York City. He rose to prominence in the 1990s and early 2000s as a founding member of the graffiti crew, IRAK (I Represent Art and Knowledge), which was known for its bold tags, throw-ups, and pieces throughout the city. Earsnot, known for his distinctive lettering style, gained a reputation for being a prolific graffiti artist. His work often features clean lines and well-executed curves, which have become his signature style. His pieces can be found not only in NYC but also in other major cities around the world. In addition to graffiti, Earsnot has been involved in various art projects and collaborations, including working with fashion brands and participating in gallery exhibitions. He has also been featured in documentaries, such as the 2005 film "Infamy," which focused on graffiti culture and its impact on society. Despite the controversy surrounding graffiti as an art form, Earsnot has been able to build a successful career and has become an influential figure in the street art community.
