A lithograph is a type of printmaking technique that involves drawing an image directly onto a flat surface, typically a stone, with an oil-based medium. The stone is then moistened, and ink is applied to the surface. The ink adheres only to the areas where the artist applied the oil-based medium. Paper is then placed on the stone, and the image is transferred to the paper through the use of pressure, usually with a printing press. A fluoro print, on the other hand, refers to the use of fluorescent inks or pigments in the printing process. These inks contain fluorescent compounds that emit light when exposed to ultraviolet light, making the colors appear bright and vivid.
