Askew One Diaspora Tolu Original Enamel Acrylic Painting by Askew One
Diaspora Tolu Original Painting Enamel and Acrylic on Plexiglass by Askew One Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 2015 Signed Original Painting Artwork Size 20x14 Custom Framed "Back in April/May of 2014, I spent around 6 weeks based in Los Angeles making these paintings for my solo show at Known Gallery. I was living and working above the TSL store, trying my best to make enough work to fill the space which was a pretty daunting task. The pieces themselves are a combination of head portraits painted in what I would say are my signature style and then also a series of smaller abstract works that signify the idea of migration through the Pacific, both in a historic and recent sense. The model for the portraits was my friend Sereima aka Stelly, who’s Sydney-based and of Fijian descent. To me, she really represents the changing face of the Pacific in many ways. Following on from a really successful show in Sydney, ‘The Evolving Face’ I wanted to move away from the mugshot poses of the previous body and bring more attitude and exuberance and Sereima was perfect because she is the absolute embodiment of those things." - Askew One Diaspora Tolu Original Painting by Askew One Diaspora Tolu is a vibrant and thought-provoking 2015 original painting by renowned graffiti and Street Pop Art artist Askew One. Crafted with enamel and acrylic on plexiglass, this piece forms part of Askew One’s iconic exploration of migration and identity within the Pacific region. Measuring 20x14 and custom framed, the painting combines bold abstraction with dynamic patterns and rich symbolism. Signed by the artist, Diaspora Tolu stands as a testament to Askew One’s innovative approach to modern pop art, blending cultural narrative with cutting-edge artistic techniques. The Inspiration Behind Diaspora Tolu Diaspora Tolu was created during Askew One’s six-week residency in Los Angeles in preparation for his solo show at Known Gallery. This pivotal series explored themes of migration, transformation, and cultural identity, blending head portraits with smaller abstract works to convey the complexities of Pacific diaspora. Diaspora Tolu, as part of the abstract collection, signifies the movement of people, culture, and ideas across oceans and generations. The series draws inspiration from Sereima, a Sydney-based model of Fijian descent, who represents the evolving face of the Pacific. Askew One sought to move beyond traditional portraiture and infuse his work with energy and exuberance, which is reflected in the swirling lines, dynamic shapes, and vivid color palette of Diaspora Tolu. This piece captures the rhythm and motion of migration, embodying both historical journeys and contemporary cultural exchanges. Artistic Techniques in Diaspora Tolu Diaspora Tolu exemplifies Askew One’s mastery of combining graffiti-inspired techniques with sophisticated artistic methodologies. The use of enamel and acrylic on plexiglass creates a luminous, glossy surface that enhances the vibrancy of the colors. Bold strokes of pink, green, and blue intersect with precise geometric patterns, creating a sense of movement and energy. The circular composition within the work emphasizes continuity and connection, drawing viewers into its layered narrative. The artist’s graffiti roots are evident in the dynamic linework and spontaneous energy of the piece, while the meticulous execution demonstrates his dedication to craftsmanship. The integration of abstract forms and vibrant hues transforms this work into a visual metaphor for the complexity of identity and the richness of cultural exchange. Diaspora Tolu bridges the gap between urban art and fine art, making it an exemplary piece of Street Pop Art. The Significance of Diaspora Tolu Diaspora Tolu is a powerful representation of Askew One’s ability to use art as a medium for storytelling and cultural dialogue. The work captures the fluidity of identity in a world shaped by migration, celebrating the interconnectedness of the Pacific’s diverse cultures. Its vibrant colors and abstract design speak to both the challenges and beauty of movement and transformation. As part of a larger body of work created during a transformative period in Askew One’s career, Diaspora Tolu highlights the artist’s innovative approach to graffiti and Street Pop Art. It embodies the essence of his artistic vision: a commitment to elevating urban art into the realm of cultural and social commentary. For collectors and admirers of contemporary art, Diaspora Tolu is not just a striking visual piece but also a meaningful exploration of heritage, identity, and global connection.

This limited edition artwork, produced in a series of 40 archival pigment prints on 310gsm Museum Natural Fine Art Paper, measures 16x20 inches and is a signed and numbered offering from the artist. In black and white, the piece depicts a street scene brimming with various graffiti throw-ups and tags, capturing the raw essence of the graffiti artist's vision. Decoding the Urban Canvas in LushSux's Art The artwork is a monochromatic tribute to the graffiti culture, embodying the visual language and symbols that graffiti writers imbue in the urban environment. In this piece, buildings are not merely structures but potential canvases, bristling with opportunity and awaiting the artist's mark. LushSux translates the three-dimensional world into a flat surface yet retains the depth and complexity of the graffiti artist's perspective. Each element, from the roller tags to the dripping paint, is rendered authentically, highlighting the artist's intimate understanding of this art form. LushSux and the Graffiti Narrative Through "What A Graffiti Writer Sees," LushSux makes a poignant statement about perception and the often overlooked details in our surroundings. The piece transcends a simple depiction of graffiti; it explores the artist's psyche, the subcultural codes, and the often invisible dialogue between graffiti writers. It is a reflective piece, inviting the viewer to step into the shoes of those who see the city as a playground of expression. LushSux, as both a participant and observer in the graffiti scene, uses his artwork to bridge the street and the gallery, merging the visceral experience of street pop art with the contemplative space of fine art viewership. This artwork is not just a representation of a physical space; it is a window into the cultural and social underpinnings of the street art movement, a modern pop art phenomenon that continues to evolve and provoke.

Kaws- Brian Donnelly Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Black Skateboard by Kaws- Brian Donnelly
Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Black Limited Edition Skateboard deck art by Designer Brand Supreme. SS21 2021- The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Skateboard Deck Red showcases the classic KAWS box logo, as seen in his prior collaboration with Supreme. The logo spans the entire deck width and was released on February 18th, 2021, Supreme's Spring/Summer 2021 season. Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck in Street Pop Art The intersection of streetwear and art has been a defining characteristic of modern Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, and the "Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck- Black Limited Edition Skateboard Deck Art" stands as a significant marker within this cultural fusion. This piece represents a collaboration between Supreme, the iconic designer brand known for its substantial influence on streetwear, and KAWS, an artist whose work has bridged the worlds of art and commercial design. The skateboard deck features the classic KAWS box logo, symbolizing the cultural zeitgeist, merging art with utility. The logo's design on this deck spans its entire width, a bold statement that speaks to the expansive nature of street art. Released on February 18th, 2021, as part of Supreme's Spring/Summer 2021 collection, this piece was not only a skateboard deck but also a canvas for artistic expression. Artistic Collaboration and Cultural Impact This collaboration between KAWS and Supreme underscores the reciprocal relationship between streetwear and street art. Once a staple of urban youth culture, the skateboard has been transformed into a piece of collectible art that carries the weight of both brands' legacies. The KAWS Chalk Logo Deck intertwines the artistic with the practical, becoming a touchstone for discussions about the nature and value of contemporary art within the commercial sphere. The release of this deck during the SS21 season signifies a moment when both the art world and the fashion industry were looking towards a post-pandemic reality, seeking to make bold statements through their offerings. The choice of the chalk logo, reminiscent of graffiti's temporary nature, suggests a commentary on the ephemeral quality of street art and fashion trends. Yet, by rendering this in a durable medium such as a skateboard deck, the piece also speaks to the lasting impact of these cultural expressions. Skateboard Decks as Artistic Mediums in Street Pop Art Skateboard decks have emerged as a favored medium in Street Pop Art, offering artists a unique surface intrinsically linked to youth culture, rebellion, and urban living. The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Deck exemplifies how these everyday objects can be elevated to the status of art, transforming the pedestrian into the prestigious. The limited edition nature of this deck adds to its allure, creating a sense of scarcity that is often leveraged in the art world to generate demand and interest. Using black as the backdrop for the chalk logo creates a stark contrast, ensuring that the iconic KAWS design is the focal point. This visual strategy is characteristic of KAWS's approach, where simplicity in color underscores the complexity of his figures and motifs. The collaboration is not merely merging of two brands but a coalescence of their respective philosophies and aesthetic languages, resulting in a functional and statement-piece product. The Supreme KAWS Chalk Logo Skateboard Deck is a testament to the dynamism of street pop art. It encapsulates a moment in which the lines between art and commerce, public and private spaces, high culture and subculture are blurred and wholly intertwined. It serves as a reminder that art can be found in the most unexpected places and that the streets remain a vital source of inspiration for contemporary art movements.

Saber Inhalation Hazard Skull Slap-Up Label Sticker Original Tag Art by Saber
Inhalation Hazard Skull Slap-Up Label Sticker Original Tag Art by Saber Original Permanent Marker Art Drawing on Mailing Glossy Skull Sticker by Graffiti Artist Modern Street Artwork. 2020 Signed Original Slap Up Graffiti Art Tag 4x4 Marker Tagged on Inhalation Hazard Skull and Cross Bones Jolly Roger Warning Label Uline S-5563 Sticker. Slap Up In Perfect Condition. Subversive Aesthetics in Street Pop Art Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork are distinguished by their raw, pulsating energy and penchant for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. The "Inhalation Hazard Skull Slap-Up Label Sticker" vividly embodies this transformative power. American artist Saber, born Ryan Weston Shook, has redefined the boundaries of art by bringing his original permanent marker drawings to the glossy skull stickers typically found in shipping and packaging. Each 4x4 piece is not just a slap-up graffiti art tag; it is a signed original that stands as a testament to the creativity and rebellious spirit of the street art movement. The series, marked by the jolly Roger skull and crossbones of the Uline S-5563 sticker, represents a provocative fusion of danger and artistry. Saber's Visual Commentary on Risk and Art Historically associated with piracy and poison, the skull and crossbones symbol takes on new life under Saber's hand. His work on these inhalation hazard labels is a bold commentary on the risks inherent in the act of creation itself, especially within the often illicit world of graffiti. Combined with the bold, chaotic lines of Saber's tag, this imagery creates a striking juxtaposition – a dialogue between the formal symbolism of danger and street art's personal, anarchic language. The pieces, created in the tumultuous year of 2020, resonate with the global atmosphere of anxiety and the need for an outlet, a voice amidst the chaos. Street Pop Art as Cultural Narrative In the context of modern street artwork, Saber's "Inhalation Hazard Skull Slap-Up Label Sticker" is more than an artistic act; it is a cultural narrative. These stickers, once indicators of physical danger, now signal the presence of a different kind of hazard – the stifling of expression and the toxic environments that threaten creativity. Through his artwork, Saber challenges observers to reconsider the implications of the symbols that populate our world and recognize graffiti's power as a form of social and political discourse. Each sticker is a bold declaration of presence, a signature that marks the world with a message of resilience and resistance. In the face of adversity, Saber's art stands as a beacon of the enduring power of Street Pop Art and Graffiti Artwork, testifying to the indomitable urge to leave one's mark on the world.

Shepard Fairey- OBEY Hello My Name Is AP Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY
Hello My Name Is AP Artist Proof Silkscreen Print by Shepard Fairey- OBEY Hand-Pulled Screen Print on Cream Speckletone Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Pop Street Art Artwork. AP Artist Proof 2019 Signed & Marked AP Artwork Size 18x24 Silkscreen Print of Andre the Giant Hello My Name is Name Tag & Graffiti Shepard Fairey Hello My Name Is AP Silkscreen Print Hello My Name Is AP by Shepard Fairey revisits one of the most recognizable images in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, centered on the face of André the Giant framed within the iconic name tag format. This 2019 artist proof silkscreen print maintains the raw visual authority that launched Fairey’s early street campaign while incorporating layered collage textures, red spray gestures, and distressed graphic elements. The composition integrates the familiar black and cream portrait with surrounding fragments of newsprint, stencil marks, and urban decay references, reinforcing its origin in unsanctioned public space. Printed on cream speckletone fine art paper, the tactile surface echoes the material quality of wheat-pasted posters while elevating the piece into a formal limited edition format. André the Giant and the Origins of OBEY The image of André the Giant became the foundation of Shepard Fairey’s early street intervention campaign that evolved into the OBEY project. André René Roussimoff was born in 1946 in France and died in 1993. Fairey adapted a simplified photographic rendering of the professional wrestler’s face into a stark graphic emblem that spread across cities through stickers, posters, and graffiti placements. The Hello My Name Is format transformed the portrait into a participatory street device, encouraging repetition and public recognition without explicit explanation. Within Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, this strategy emphasized viral distribution, anonymity, and the power of repetition as artistic method. The campaign eventually expanded into a broader commentary on authority, propaganda aesthetics, and mass communication. Graphic Strategy and Cultural Impact This artist proof retains the confrontational simplicity that defines the original André imagery while embedding it in a more complex visual environment. The red spray marks cut across the surface, evoking urgency and disruption. Collaged newspaper textures reference media saturation and the construction of public narratives. The name tag device, traditionally used for casual introductions, becomes ironic when paired with a monumental and anonymous face, challenging viewers to question recognition, identity, and obedience. As a work of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, Hello My Name Is AP demonstrates how graphic reduction and strategic placement can generate long-term cultural resonance far beyond traditional gallery contexts. Artist Proof Significance and Print Quality This 18x24 hand-pulled silkscreen print is marked AP, identifying it as an artist proof separate from the standard numbered edition. Artist proofs are typically retained by the artist and produced in smaller quantities, increasing their desirability among collectors. The layered screen printing process produces rich blacks, saturated reds, and subtle surface variation consistent with Fairey’s studio practice. As a signed and marked AP example, this work represents both a historical reference to the origins of the OBEY campaign and a refined collectible within the broader evolution of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork.

Marwan Shahin Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus- Top Silkscreen Print by Marwan Shahin
Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus- Top 2-Color Hand-Pulled Diamond Dust Limited Edition Silkscreen Print on Egyptian Papyrus Paper by Marwan Shahin Rare Street Art Famous Pop Artwork Artist. 2022 Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 10 Size 14.25x10 Golden Kayne West Yeezy Shoe Stylized With Egyptian Elements From The Top Custom Papyrus Paper. Marwan Shahin – Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus: Street Pop Art Meets Ancient Iconography Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus – Top is a standout 2022 silkscreen print by Egyptian street pop art provocateur Marwan Shahin. Created using hand-pulled screen printing techniques and finished with shimmering diamond dust, the artwork is laid onto custom Egyptian papyrus paper, bringing together millennia of symbolism in one singularly modern object. This piece measures 14.25 by 10 inches and is part of a hyper-limited edition of only 10, each signed and numbered by the artist. Here, Shahin transforms the instantly recognizable silhouette of Kanye West's Yeezy sneaker into a visual artifact worthy of pharaonic reverence. By rendering the Yeezy Boost in a horizontal, top-down layout and adorning it with symbols of power—spikes, chains, stars, ankhs, and architectural references—Shahin elevates a streetwear commodity to mythic status. The shoe’s sole becomes a canvas for intricate design reminiscent of royal cartouches or tomb carvings. Instead of simple branding or commercial logos, the surface is etched with elements that echo weaponry, jewelry, and religious motifs, asserting the sneaker as a 21st-century relic of power, influence, and mass devotion. Translating Fame into Folklore Through Material & Symbol Printing on papyrus is not just an aesthetic decision—it is a deliberate cultural subversion. Papyrus has historically served as the medium for sacred texts, royal decrees, and religious scripture. Shahin uses this ancient material to canonize Kanye West's Yeezy as a modern artifact of worship, layered with irony and cultural observation. With the addition of diamond dust shimmering over golden ink, the artist challenges viewers to consider the fetishization of celebrity merchandise as a new kind of ritual object—one that commands loyalty and faith on a mass scale. The decision to present the Yeezy from a top-down view strips away personal identity and makes the object itself the subject of devotion. The foot is absent, and what remains is the symbol. The artwork questions how consumer culture and media turn material goods into vessels of aspiration, reverence, and even divine projection. It turns the sneaker into a sarcophagus for modern myth-making. Marwan Shahin’s Expanding Pyramid of Meaning Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus follows in the conceptual footsteps of Shahin’s earlier Yeezus Papyrus, continuing his exploration of the blurred boundaries between icon, idol, and object. Where Yeezus Papyrus humanized the celebrity behind the myth, this piece abstracts the persona completely, focusing on the consumer symbol itself. The stylization of the sneaker not only references the physical aesthetics of hip-hop culture and luxury fashion, but also mimics ancient hieroglyphic language—each star, chain, and line carrying layered meaning, both literal and symbolic. Shahin's ability to synthesize pop culture iconography with historically grounded symbolism continues to mark his work as culturally critical and visually striking. His choice to restrict the edition to just 10 units reinforces the idea of exclusivity—a commentary on the scarcity-driven hype culture that fuels both the sneaker and art markets. At the same time, his craftsmanship and regional heritage elevate the sneaker into an object of ritual, blurring lines between the sacred and the material. A New Graffiti Mythos Cast in Gold This work encapsulates Shahin’s growing influence in the evolution of street pop art and graffiti artwork. From the scroll-like texture of the papyrus to the gilded embellishments that frame the sneaker’s silhouette, everything about Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus is deliberate in its challenge to commodification, cultural symbolism, and modern-day idolatry. Shahin fuses the vocabulary of graffiti with the reverence of ancient relics, positioning the Yeezy not merely as footwear, but as a cultural totem—one entangled in luxury, aspiration, rebellion, and digital-age devotion. In elevating the sneaker into a sacred image, Shahin immortalizes the fleeting trends of consumer culture within a medium that was once the record-keeper of ancient civilization. This transformation—of mass-produced streetwear into modern scripture—cements Holy Grails Yeezys Papyrus as both an artistic feat and a philosophical mirror.

Saber Birdwatching Blacklight HPM Giclee Print by Saber
Birdwatching Blacklight Giclee Print by Saber Artwork Limited Edition Print on Fine Art Paper Graffiti Pop Street Artist. 2023 Signed & NumberedHPM Limited Edition of 30 Hand Deckled & Embellished Artwork Size 23x16.5. Yellowing To Margins. "I like the results of this experiment. I spent time with each print using UV markers and paint pens to turn on the lights literally." -Saber The "Birdwatching Blacklight HPM Giclee Print" by Saber is a contemporary marvel in pop art, street art, and graffiti. It embodies a creative fusion of vibrant aesthetics with engaging content that holds a magnifying glass to the urban experience. Saber, a celebrated Los Angeles-based artist, is known for his prolific body of work in street art, and his signature aesthetic is identifiable in this piece. The print showcases a clever play of colors using blacklight-reactive inks, amplifying the contrast between shadows and illumination. The choice of the blacklight medium is a reflection of Saber's propensity for innovating within the street art genre. The effect created by this print is reminiscent of the nocturnal urban environment, a prevalent theme in much of Saber's work. The piece, featuring a bird watcher set against an urban backdrop, also raises compelling questions about the interaction of the natural and the urban in our lives. The theme of bird watching, a peaceful, almost meditative activity, is jarringly contrasted with the chaotic, intense graffiti background. This juxtaposition is thought-provoking and typical of the thoughtfulness Saber brings to his work. In the "Birdwatching Blacklight HPM Giclee Print", the giclee printing process further adds to the print's unique texture. High-quality, fade-resistant inks are sprayed onto the surface, allowing for accuracy and sharpness in reproducing Saber's original artwork. This technique is a nod to the evolution of street art and its intersection with technology, maintaining the essence of Saber's original graffiti while enhancing its durability and accessibility. As an iconic piece from a stalwart in the street art world, "Birdwatching Blacklight HPM Giclee Print" exemplifies the power of street art to create visually arresting pieces that are both stunning and laden with socio-cultural commentary. Through this artwork, Saber bridges the gap between the street and the gallery, democratizing art and making it more accessible to the wider public. This piece stands as a testament to the continual evolution and relevance of street art in the contemporary art scene.

At the heart of the artwork is a provocative representation of the beloved Mickey Mouse cartoon character, reimagined as Guan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion. This depiction intriguingly showcases Guan Yin, traditionally seen as a symbol of mercy and compassion, throwing hand signs, a gesture frequently seen in street art. The upper body and face of Mickey Mouse are cloaked in black, offering an intense contrast against the vibrant backdrop and evoking a sense of mystery. The inspiration behind this distinctive portrayal stems from OG Slick's childhood memories of Chinatown. There, small figurines placed at store registers were believed to bestow good fortune upon the shop owner and those who offered money. This traditional practice is cleverly juxtaposed with a modern twist in the artwork, where Guan Yin is illustrated being showered with digital currency, hinting at the evolving dynamics of value, faith, and the digital age. Through "Ink Head Slick Yellow", OG Slick has once again demonstrated his unique ability to amalgamate cultural symbols, childhood memories, and urban influences, creating an art piece that resonates deeply with both traditional and contemporary sentiments.

The intricate patterns and bold colors leap from the paper, engaging the viewer in a visual dialogue that is both intricate and immediate. David Cooley and Street Pop Art David Cooley's approach to Street Pop Art is as unconventional as captivating. Cleon Peterson Revolution Is a Mother Who Eats Its Children Black Tondo Silkscreen Print by Cleon Peterson
Revolution Is a Mother Who Eats Its Children Black Tondo Silkscreen Print by Cleon Peterson on Hand Deckled Circle Cut 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Artwork. 2024 Signed & Numbered Cleon Peterson Limited Edition of 100 Artwork Size 24x24 Circle Cut Silkscreen Print. Cleon Peterson's Tondo: A Visceral Exploration of Revolution Cleon Peterson's "Revolution Is a Mother Who Eats Its Children Black Tondo" captures the essence of revolution — its transformative fury and cannibalistic backlash. This 2024 limited edition silkscreen print is a stark embodiment of the cyclic violence inherent in societal upheaval. With his signature high-contrast aesthetic, Peterson compels contemplation of the tumult that accompanies systemic change. Artistic Merits of Peterson's Black Tondo Limited to a series of 100, each piece is meticulously signed and numbered, accentuating the exclusivity of this thought-provoking artwork. The tondo — a circular artwork — measures 24x24 inches, a format that historically suggests wholeness and infinity but represents the never-ending loop of revolutionary fervor in Peterson's hands. The hand-deckled edges of the circle cut 290gsm Coventry Rag fine art paper enhance the tactile quality of the piece, adding to its visceral impact. The choice of the circle is deliberate, disrupting the traditional rectangular canvas to create a more immersive and contemplative experience. This shape allows the violence within to spill out in all directions, mirroring the all-consuming nature of the theme. Peterson's work does not simply hang on a wall; it confronts and envelops the viewer in its narrative. Cultural Commentary through Peterson's Silkscreen In "Revolution Is a Mother Who Eats Its Children Black Tondo," Peterson lays bare the paradoxes of revolt. His use of black — associated with the unknown and often with death — serves as a void into which the figures emerge and are consumed. The artwork is an allegory of the cyclical nature of history, where each act of uprising carries the seeds of its destruction within it. The stark black-and-white hues strip the scene of any romanticism, exposing the raw power struggle. It speaks to the heart of street pop art and graffiti artwork, which often deal in objective truths and lay claim to public spaces as forums for dialogue. Peterson's work takes this further, encapsulating the raw, uncensored voice of the street in a fine art context. The "Revolution Is a Mother Who Eats Its Children Black Tondo" is a poignant reminder of the perpetual dance between order and chaos. It is a piece that encapsulates the essence of Cleon Peterson's approach to street pop art, rendering visible the often uncomfortable realities that underpin human societies. Through his work, Peterson challenges the viewer, compelling a deeper engagement with the undercurrents of cultural and political change.
