DKNG El Pulpo Silkscreen Print by DKNG
El Pulpo Limited Edition 1-Color Hand-Pulled Silkscreen Print on Fine Art Paper by DKNG Graffiti Street Artist Modern Pop Art. 'El Pulpo' (the octopus), based on a recent poster we created for Slightly Stoopid & Atmosphere's performance at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Inspired by San Diego surf culture and Dia De Los Muertos imagery, we decided on an ornate octopus and surfboard as fitting iconography for the show as well as a nice tribute to our hometown. This print is a bit of a departure for us as it’s just a one-color print, but what makes it a bit more unique is the gold leaf stock on which it’s printed. Check out a few close-up photos below of the shimmering print as well as the process video we created for the gig poster.

"This print is a tribute to my friend, Mark Lanegan, released in honor of his 60th birthday. I’ll never forget our walks through the light and dark" -Cleon Peterson A Tribute to Mark Lanegan’s Influence Cleon Peterson, an American artist, created this limited edition silkscreen print as a celebration of friendship and creative inspiration. The piece honors Mark William Lanegan, an American singer from the United States who passed away on February 22, 2022. It is intended as a symbolic homage on what would have been Lanegan’s 60th birthday, capturing both the spirit of his music and the bond shared with Peterson. The composition features vivid red flames, a devil-like figure, and a looming human silhouette, all arranged against a clean white background. These elements evoke an interplay of dark and light themes that are familiar to admirers of Lanegan’s evocative artistic persona. Peterson’s style often delves into conflict, tension, and the human psyche. This print channels that approach through intense contrasts and symbolic positioning of figures. Viewers are drawn to the swirling red shapes that frame the central subject, as if referencing passionate creativity and the turbulent journeys that can shape a musician’s path. Despite the stark color palette, the details remain bold yet minimal, prompting those who see it to reflect on personal battles, triumphs, and the lasting impact of influential artists. Symbolism and Visual Dynamics The 15x24-inch format provides ample space for the dramatic interplay of silhouettes and vibrant hues. The devil-like figure on the left clutches the black shape representing a human form, suggesting a struggle with internal or external forces. Red flames dance around them, hinting at transformative experiences. Peterson’s characteristic approach to color and contrast emerges vividly, making the artwork eye-catching while hinting at deeper layers of meaning. The piece is printed on hand deckled 290gsm Coventry Rag Fine Art Paper, giving each edition a delicate edge and artisan feel. This physical quality aligns with the emotionally charged subject matter, reinforcing how art can capture both intangible memory and tangible craftsmanship. The red and black imagery echoes aspects of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, where bold lines, stark contrasts, and simplified forms deliver powerful messages without the need for elaborate detail. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Inspirations Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork themes resonate strongly in Peterson’s prints, and this piece continues that tradition. Observers familiar with urban art often appreciate how the print’s flat planes and intense outlines create a dynamic statement reminiscent of public murals or bold graffiti tags. Elements of subversive energy, common in street-based art forms, echo through the stylized flames and exaggerated demon figure. The layout underscores a sense of confrontation and collaboration between opposing forces. This duality mirrors how Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork can be both visually arresting and socially engaging. By bridging personal narratives and symbolic imagery, Peterson’s work remains connected to the underground sensibilities that inform his larger body of creations, merging a refined process with raw thematic concerns. Buff Monster Pixel Icon AP Silkscreen Print by Buff Monster
Pixel Icons AP Silkscreen Print by Buff Monster Artist Proof Hand-Pulled Screen Print on 250gsm Cotton Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Pop Street Artwork & Graffiti. AP Artist Proof 2023 Signed & AP Marked Limited Edition Run Artwork Size 18x24 of the Classic Melty Misfit One Eyed Ice Cream Drippy Monster in Pixel Style. A Digital Twist on a Street Pop Art Icon Pixel Icon AP Silkscreen Print by Buff Monster transforms the artist’s signature Melty Misfit character into a pixelated rendition, blending the nostalgia of early video game aesthetics with the vibrant energy of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. This 2023 Artist Proof, sized at 18x24 inches and printed on 250gsm cotton fine art paper, reimagines Buff Monster’s one-eyed, dripping ice cream creature in blocky, pixel-like shapes. The shift from smooth, organic drips to rigid, digital edges results in a striking visual contrast that merges two distinct artistic influences: the raw, expressive forms found in urban street culture and the nostalgic charm of 8-bit video game graphics. Rendered in a playful palette of green, pink, and yellow, the piece retains the creature’s quirky personality while immersing it in a new stylistic universe. The digital pixel effect brings a sense of retro gaming culture into Buff Monster’s well-established world of melting monsters. Despite the change in technique, the artwork remains instantly recognizable, proving that Buff Monster’s character design is so distinct that it can exist across multiple visual formats without losing its identity. The single, oversized eye stares directly at the viewer, drawing them into a world that fuses digital nostalgia with the unpredictability of pop-inspired street art. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Meets Digital Aesthetics Buff Monster’s work consistently pulls from bold, high-contrast colors and graphic compositions that align with the principles of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. However, this print introduces an unexpected layer of digital distortion by rendering the melting figure in pixel form. This artistic decision bridges the tactile and the virtual, referencing both the painted surfaces of city murals and the pixel-based constraints of early arcade games. The visual connection between these seemingly opposing aesthetics creates a unique hybrid, demonstrating that street art is not confined to physical spaces but can evolve through different cultural touchpoints. The halftone textures frequently seen in Buff Monster’s traditional prints take a backseat here, replaced by crisp, blocky edges that mimic digital renderings. The melting effect remains, though it appears structured, as if glitches in a video game environment are causing the character to dissolve in slow motion. This unexpected take on the classic Melty Misfit form introduces a fresh dynamic to Buff Monster’s ever-growing catalog, showing how elements of graffiti-inspired works can be adapted to new stylistic directions while maintaining their core energy. Artist Proof and Unique Collector Appeal Artist Proof editions often carry a heightened sense of rarity, serving as test prints or early variations that exist outside standard production runs. This particular AP print, marked and signed by Buff Monster, holds an exclusive status for collectors who appreciate experimental variations. The pixelated reinterpretation of the Melty Misfit character offers a unique departure from Buff Monster’s usual smooth, dripping lines, making it a standout piece for those who follow his evolving creative journey. The meticulous craftsmanship of the hand-pulled screen printing process contrasts with the intentionally jagged visual effect, emphasizing the intersection between digital aesthetics and traditional printmaking. Every layer of ink is carefully applied to retain the crisp edges of the pixel blocks, reinforcing the illusion of a digital screen while maintaining the tactile quality of fine art paper. This duality makes Pixel Icon AP an intriguing addition to collections that celebrate both contemporary street art and the broader pop culture movements that inform it. A Celebration of Nostalgia and Reinvention Pixel Icon AP Silkscreen Print encapsulates the essence of Buff Monster’s ability to reinvent his iconic characters while remaining true to his artistic roots. The fusion of video game nostalgia with the vibrant, rebellious energy of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork results in a print that feels both familiar and refreshingly new. Fans of Buff Monster’s work will recognize the unmistakable charm of the Melty Misfit character, now reimagined in a form that pays homage to early digital aesthetics. This print challenges traditional expectations of what street-inspired artwork can be, demonstrating that visual storytelling in pop-infused street art can evolve across different mediums and styles. The pixelated approach does not diminish the organic humor and personality of Buff Monster’s work but rather amplifies it, proving that his artistic language transcends format. Whether viewed as a playful nod to retro gaming culture or a bold reinterpretation of a beloved character, this Artist Proof serves as both a collectible gem and an exciting visual experiment within Buff Monster’s ever-expanding creative world.

AP Artist Proof 2023 Signed & AP Marked Limited Edition Run Artwork Size 18x24 of the Classic Melty Misfit One Eyed Ice Cream Drippy Monster in Drip Style. A Celebration of Fluidity and Chaos Drippy Icon AP Silkscreen Print by Buff Monster showcases the artist’s signature melting aesthetic in an intensified, free-flowing style. This 2023 Artist Proof print, measuring 18x24 inches and hand-pulled on 250gsm cotton fine art paper, presents the classic Melty Misfit character with an exaggerated emphasis on dripping textures. The artwork maintains Buff Monster’s signature one-eyed creature but immerses it in a vibrant wash of uncontrolled splashes and oozing paint effects. Signed and marked as an Artist Proof, this piece reflects the organic and unpredictable nature of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The design emphasizes a bold interplay of color, with a warm palette of pinks, yellows, and oranges that radiate an almost neon-like vibrancy. The singular, oversized eye at the center draws attention, while the fluid forms and splatters enhance the feeling of movement. Unlike more structured versions of Buff Monster’s signature character, this print leans into a rawer, more expressive format, capturing the essence of traditional spray-painted murals. The drips flow beyond the figure’s natural contours, reinforcing the sense of a character in flux—melting, evolving, and existing in a state of continuous transformation. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork at Its Most Expressive This piece exemplifies how street and pop art can merge into a single, explosive visual experience. The loose, spontaneous paint application mimics the techniques of graffiti tagging, where speed and motion define the outcome. The exaggerated drips recall the imperfections of hand-sprayed art, lending the piece an authenticity that aligns with Buff Monster’s commitment to celebrating imperfection. While some of his works lean more towards clean lines and structured compositions, Drippy Icon AP embraces raw energy, making it feel more like an impromptu street mural than a controlled studio piece. The choice of a warm-toned color scheme reinforces the playful yet chaotic mood. The splashes of pink and yellow create a high-contrast effect that mimics neon signage, ensuring that the artwork pops against any background. The minimal use of black outlines allows the colors to blend seamlessly, reinforcing the idea that the character is not confined to rigid form but exists in an ever-changing state. This technique ties the piece to the fluidity of graffiti, where drips and oversprays are celebrated rather than erased. Artist Proof Appeal and Hand-Pulled Craftsmanship As an Artist Proof, this print carries a distinct level of exclusivity. Artist Proofs are often the first iterations of a print, created to test color balance and composition before the main edition is produced. Buff Monster’s decision to mark and release these as collectibles underscores their value to dedicated fans. Unlike mass-produced digital prints, the hand-pulled nature of this silkscreen process ensures that each piece retains its own unique elements. Every pass of ink interacts with the surface differently, making no two prints exactly alike. The heavy cotton fine art paper enhances the texture and saturation of the pigments, allowing the drippy effects to stand out vividly. The high-quality materials ensure longevity, making this a valuable addition to any collection. The combination of silk-screening techniques with freeform, graffiti-inspired aesthetics bridges the gap between fine art and street culture, solidifying Buff Monster’s place within the Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork movement. An Icon in Motion Drippy Icon AP Silkscreen Print is a celebration of movement, unpredictability, and the ever-changing nature of art. The print pushes the boundaries of Buff Monster’s established style by incorporating more organic, uncontrolled elements while retaining the essence of his beloved Melty Misfit character. This version of the one-eyed monster appears almost alive, as if it’s actively melting off the page. The expressive drips and vibrant color choices elevate the artwork beyond a simple pop design, transforming it into a kinetic visual statement. This piece stands as a reminder that street art is inherently transient, with its forms and colors constantly shifting due to environmental and creative factors. Whether interpreted as a playful nod to childhood nostalgia or a deeper commentary on impermanence, Drippy Icon AP represents Buff Monster’s ability to merge joy, chaos, and technique into a singular visual experience. Fans of his work and collectors of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork will appreciate this edition for its dynamic execution and its raw, unfiltered energy.

This signed and numbered limited edition of 25 is a rare piece, distinguished not only by its striking circular cut but also by its vibrant composition, which merges fantasy, pop surrealism, and Ledbetter’s unmistakable character design. The artwork encapsulates themes of peace, conflict, and duality, presented through a cast of whimsical yet expressive creatures. The composition is centered around a mythical standoff, with a white, wide-eyed unicorn-like creature engaging in a tense yet comical exchange with a green, serpentine adversary bearing a unicorn horn. Surrounding them are a variety of creatures—monkeys, rabbits, birds, pigs, and other imaginative hybrids—each interacting in ways that suggest allegiances, rivalries, and playful deceptions. A dangling apple, seemingly presented as a peace offering, adds a narrative layer to the image, hinting at themes of temptation, trust, and negotiation. The radiating green hues and sunburst background reinforce the energy of the scene, giving it a dynamic and almost celestial quality. Joe Ledbetter’s Impact on Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Joe Ledbetter has carved out a distinctive space in the Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork movement through his ability to blend bold, animated aesthetics with layered storytelling. His background in graphic design and illustration allows him to create compositions that feel both meticulously crafted and effortlessly dynamic. Known for his clean, thick linework, flat yet expressive color palettes, and surreal character designs, Ledbetter's work often explores themes of conflict, irony, and humor. His signature approach transforms traditional pop culture influences into something fresh and subversive. Whether through anthropomorphic creatures caught in moments of tension or playful reinterpretations of mythology and folklore, his work resonates with collectors and street art enthusiasts alike. Peace Offerings is a prime example of his ability to balance humor with deeper themes, using visual storytelling to encourage viewers to look beyond the surface. Peace Offerings – A Satirical Take on Conflict and Negotiation At first glance, Peace Offerings appears to be a lighthearted, cartoonish depiction of fantastical creatures engaging in a bizarre exchange. However, a closer examination reveals the underlying tension in the piece. The white unicorn-like figure, with its wide eyes and slightly hesitant posture, contrasts sharply with the more aggressive and menacing demeanor of the green snake-like creature. The apple, a classic symbol of temptation and diplomacy, dangles between them, creating an ambiguous moment where the viewer is left to decide whether this is an act of goodwill or deception. The surrounding animals add to the complexity of the piece, each reacting in their own unique way. Some appear amused, others skeptical, while a few seem completely unaware of the unfolding drama. The inclusion of peace symbols, small skull motifs, and floating elements further emphasizes the idea that peace is often a precarious balance between cooperation and hidden motives. Ledbetter’s ability to create depth within a seemingly simple composition is what makes his work stand out in the Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork scene. The Cultural Significance of Peace Offerings in Contemporary Art Peace Offerings is a reflection of larger societal dynamics, packaged in Ledbetter’s signature style of animated surrealism. The piece speaks to themes of diplomacy, strategy, and the fragile nature of peace—ideas that remain relevant across cultures and time periods. By framing this exchange within a whimsical, fantasy-driven setting, Ledbetter allows the viewer to engage with serious concepts in a way that feels accessible and visually captivating. The circular format of the print adds to its uniqueness, breaking away from the traditional rectangular layout common in fine art prints. This design choice enhances the feeling of an enclosed world, drawing the viewer’s eye toward the center of the action while reinforcing the cyclical nature of conflict and resolution. The rarity of this limited edition print makes it a sought-after piece for collectors, as it represents a key moment in Ledbetter’s Creatures of the Night series. Through his use of humor, meticulous character design, and layered symbolism, Ledbetter continues to push the boundaries of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Peace Offerings is more than just an illustration—it is a conversation starter, a playful satire, and a testament to the ongoing evolution of contemporary pop and street art.

Mike Mitchell Unicorn Man Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell
Unicorn Man Limited Edition Giclee Print on Fine Art Paper by Mike Mitchell counter-culture street artist art. 2014 Signed & Numbered Limited edition of 100 Artwork Size 8x10 Man Nude with Unicorn Horn Thinking Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell Unicorn Man in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Unicorn Man, a limited edition giclee print by Mike Mitchell, exemplifies the artist’s signature fusion of humor, surrealism, and contemporary pop art. Released in 2014 as a signed and numbered edition of 100, this artwork encapsulates the whimsy and satire characteristic of modern street pop art. With its clean lines, soft pastel color palette, and absurd yet contemplative subject, the piece challenges conventional artistic norms while making a statement about self-perception and fantasy in everyday life. The Playful Absurdity of the Image Unicorn Man depicts a seated, nude male figure in a tranquil, meditative pose. The subject’s chubby physique, childlike facial features, and small mustache add a comedic and endearing quality to the character. The most striking element, however, is the unicorn horn protruding from his forehead, glistening with sparkles and blending into the character’s soft golden hair. A small unicorn tail further reinforces the mythical transformation, subtly suggesting that this figure, despite his mundane humanity, sees himself as something more magical. Mike Mitchell’s work often highlights the absurd in a way that is both humorous and strangely thought-provoking. Unicorn Man is no exception. By placing an otherwise ordinary man into an extraordinary context, the piece questions notions of identity, self-acceptance, and the need for escapism. Street pop art frequently uses such exaggerated depictions to engage audiences in a playful yet meaningful dialogue about modern life. Stylistic Elements and Pop Surrealism The composition of Unicorn Man adheres to the principles of pop surrealism, a movement that blends elements of pop culture with dreamlike or nonsensical imagery. The clean, almost cartoon-like lines reflect a highly polished digital aesthetic, a common trait in contemporary street pop art. The limited color palette, dominated by warm beige and soft pink hues, lends a gentle and inviting quality to the artwork, making the character appear approachable despite the oddity of his transformation. Mitchell’s signature style involves a combination of illustration techniques that evoke nostalgia while maintaining a modern edge. The flat, bold colors and expressive simplicity of the figure create a sense of immediacy, making the artwork easily digestible yet layered with deeper meaning. The dreamlike glow surrounding the unicorn horn emphasizes the surreal nature of the character’s self-perception, drawing the viewer into his imagined world. Symbolism and Cultural Commentary Unicorn Man extends beyond visual humor and enters the realm of cultural commentary. In Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, fantasy is often used as a means of questioning reality. The figure’s peaceful, meditative pose suggests an acceptance of his unique identity, no matter how absurd it may seem to others. This could symbolize the struggle for self-expression and individuality in a world that often demands conformity. The unicorn itself has long been associated with purity, magic, and unattainable ideals. By juxtaposing this mythical symbolism with an everyday human figure, the piece highlights the tension between aspiration and reality. It suggests that everyone, in their own way, harbors a desire to be seen as extraordinary, even if that fantasy exists only in their own mind. The Enduring Appeal of Unicorn Man Unicorn Man continues to captivate collectors and fans of contemporary pop art due to its blend of whimsy, satire, and thought-provoking themes. The limited edition nature of the print makes it a highly sought-after piece within the street pop art and graffiti artwork communities. Mike Mitchell’s ability to infuse humor with artistic sophistication ensures that his work remains relevant and engaging. This artwork stands as a reminder that creativity thrives in the unexpected. By merging the ridiculous with the serene, Unicorn Man invites viewers to embrace their inner absurdities and find magic in the mundane. Whether seen as a lighthearted character or a deeper metaphor for self-perception, the piece reinforces the power of street pop art to challenge perspectives while making people smile.

Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel Limited Edition Giclee Print on Fine Art Paper by Mike Mitchell counter-culture street artist art. Artist Proof 2014 Signed & Marked AP Artwork Size 8x10 Modok Flying Ninja Kick From Mondo x Marvel Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel by Mike Mitchell is a vibrant and humorous take on one of Marvel’s most bizarre villains. Released as an artist proof in 2014, this limited edition giclee print is a part of Mitchell’s Just Like Us series, where he reimagines pop culture characters with a satirical twist. The 8x10-inch print captures Modok in an exaggerated, cartoonish style, blending the aesthetics of street pop art and graffiti artwork with Mitchell’s signature wit. The Playful Depiction of Modok Modok, originally created by Marvel Comics, is known for his oversized head, cybernetic enhancements, and menacing presence as a villain. However, in this rendition, Mitchell strips away the character’s intimidation and replaces it with an almost comedic charm. With his exaggerated scowl, tiny limbs flailing, and jet thrusters propelling him forward, Modok appears more like a frustrated child than a super-intelligent conqueror. Mitchell’s work thrives on taking characters out of their usual contexts and presenting them in everyday or absurd scenarios. By portraying Modok in a moment of exaggerated movement, he transforms the typically sinister character into something amusing and relatable. The smooth, bold outlines and flat color application echo the aesthetics of classic comic books, reinforcing the nostalgic appeal that is a common theme in street pop art and graffiti artwork. Stylistic Influence and Cultural Commentary Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel is a testament to how street pop art reinterprets cultural icons. The piece follows a visual style that is reminiscent of vintage cartoons, merging elements of comic book art with modern design sensibilities. The warm, sepia-toned background enhances the retro feel, making the character stand out while grounding the piece in a nostalgic atmosphere. Mitchell’s ability to distill a character to its essential traits while injecting humor speaks to the nature of pop art and its relationship with consumer culture. Street pop art often challenges the way people perceive familiar imagery by presenting it in unexpected ways. In this case, Modok’s usual air of power is undercut by his goofy expression and frantic movements, making him appear more human than machine. This transformation not only adds comedic value but also invites the audience to rethink their relationship with pop culture figures. The Just Like Us Series and Its Impact The Just Like Us series by Mike Mitchell is widely regarded for its playful reinterpretations of beloved characters. The collection features numerous icons from movies, comics, and television, each depicted in a way that makes them seem more relatable or absurdly mundane. By placing extraordinary characters in humorous or everyday situations, Mitchell strips them of their larger-than-life personas and reminds viewers of the inherent absurdity in many fictional narratives. In the world of street pop art and graffiti artwork, where parody and satire are common tools, Mitchell’s approach resonates with both collectors and casual fans. His work captures the joy of fandom while simultaneously poking fun at the exaggerated traits that define these characters. Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel fits seamlessly into this artistic ethos, proving that even the most powerful supervillains can be reduced to amusing caricatures. Why Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel Stands Out This limited-edition print continues to be sought after by fans of both street pop art and Marvel Comics. The combination of crisp digital illustration, bold color choices, and a humorous reimagining of a classic villain ensures that the piece remains an engaging and conversation-starting addition to any collection. Mitchell’s ability to bring out the absurdity in well-known characters while maintaining a high level of artistic craftsmanship is what makes this work so compelling. It bridges the gap between comic book culture and the fine art world, demonstrating how street pop art can be both fun and thought-provoking. Just Like Us AP Modok Marvel exemplifies how artists like Mike Mitchell continue to redefine the boundaries of contemporary art by transforming pop culture into something fresh, unexpected, and undeniably entertaining.

20 Sided Guy Limited Edition Giclee Print on Fine Art Paper by Mike Mitchell counter-culture street artist art. 2014 Signed & Numbered Limited edition of 125 Artwork Size 8x10 Man With 20 Sided D & D Dice as Head Giclee Print by Mike Mitchell 20 Sided Guy in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork 20 Sided Guy by Mike Mitchell is an imaginative and humorous piece that blends pop culture with surrealism. Released as a signed and numbered limited edition giclee print in 2014, this artwork measures 8x10 inches and is part of a run of 125 pieces. Known for his ability to infuse pop culture elements with deep conceptual themes, Mitchell brings an unconventional yet relatable subject to life in this piece. By merging human form with an iconic tabletop gaming element, he creates an image that resonates with fans of both fantasy role-playing games and contemporary street pop art and graffiti artwork. The Concept Behind 20 Sided Guy The artwork features a figure sitting on a simple stool, with its head replaced by a large red 20-sided die. This instantly connects with fans of tabletop role-playing games, particularly Dungeons & Dragons, where the 20-sided die plays a crucial role in determining fate and outcomes. The dice head is decorated with various expressions, each face displaying a different mood, ranging from excitement to sadness, reinforcing the theme of unpredictability. Mitchell’s decision to replace a human head with a die suggests the randomness of existence. It plays with the idea of identity being left to chance, where every decision can change one’s course, much like rolling a die in a game. The piece reflects on the unpredictability of life, inviting viewers to consider how much of their own fate is dictated by chance versus control. This exploration of randomness aligns with the spirit of street pop art and graffiti artwork, which often comments on chaos, uncertainty, and the human experience in a rapidly changing world. Mike Mitchell’s Signature Style in Street Pop Art Mitchell’s approach to art is deeply rooted in pop culture, often taking well-known icons and giving them unexpected, introspective, or humorous twists. His Just Like Us series humanizes popular fictional characters, making them more relatable and ordinary. However, with 20 Sided Guy, he leans into surrealism, giving the subject an almost existential presence. Unlike traditional street graffiti, which often relies on bold, high-energy imagery, Mitchell’s work is clean, polished, and digitally refined. His use of smooth shading and soft backgrounds allows the subject to take center stage, making his work feel both playful and thought-provoking. This contrast between surreal subject matter and refined execution sets his work apart in the street pop art and graffiti artwork landscape. The Emotional Undertones of 20 Sided Guy Despite its whimsical appearance, the artwork carries a subtle melancholic undertone. The posture of the figure, with legs crossed and hands resting on its lap, exudes a sense of contemplation. The blank background and the way the dice sits atop the body evoke isolation, reinforcing the theme of self-reflection and uncertainty. The character appears to be waiting, as if pondering its next roll in life. This blend of humor and existential commentary is what makes Mitchell’s work so compelling. 20 Sided Guy is more than a playful homage to role-playing games—it is a statement on fate, decision-making, and the unpredictable nature of existence. Fans of gaming culture find nostalgia in the imagery, while art collectors appreciate the deeper meaning woven into the work. Why 20 Sided Guy Is a Standout Piece 20 Sided Guy remains a sought-after print among collectors of street pop art and graffiti artwork. Its ability to speak to both pop culture enthusiasts and art lovers alike makes it a memorable and unique piece. The combination of gaming symbolism, humor, and introspection makes it an engaging work that continues to resonate with those who encounter it. Mike Mitchell’s skill in blending cultural references with deeper themes ensures that this piece remains a lasting contribution to the world of contemporary street pop art.

Visual Complexity and Symbolism The composition of Cosmic Eyes is dense and highly structured, featuring a hybrid of monstrous organic forms and intricate mechanical details. The dominant imagery presents an almost deity-like cosmic entity with piercing eyes, radiating energy in all directions. Tentacle-like appendages twist and weave throughout the scene, intertwined with technological elements, skeletal figures, and surreal textures. The symmetry of the artwork creates a hypnotic effect, drawing the viewer into a seemingly infinite pattern of repeating motifs. The use of detailed stippling and fine cross-hatching adds depth and texture, reminiscent of both traditional etching techniques and the raw aesthetics of graffiti-style illustration. Duality Fox Mulder X FIles Silkscreen Print by Jeremy VanCleef Hand-Pulled on Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Screenprint Artwork. 2013 Signed & Numbered on Back Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 18x24 Silkscreen Print of Fox Mulder X FIles. Duality Fox Mulder X-Files Silkscreen Print by Jeremy VanCleef Duality Fox Mulder is a limited edition silkscreen print created by Jeremy VanCleef in 2013, featuring a haunting interpretation of the iconic character from The X-Files. This hand-pulled screenprint, measuring 18x24 inches, was produced in a signed and numbered edition of only 25, making it a rare and highly collectible piece. The artwork captures the psychological complexity of Fox Mulder, using a bold, minimalist composition combined with high-contrast halftone textures and neon green accents. The print reflects VanCleef’s signature fusion of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, where pop culture subjects are reimagined through an urban, contemporary lens. Concept and Visual Symbolism The composition of Duality Fox Mulder plays with the themes of truth, paranoia, and perception, central to The X-Files narrative. Mulder’s portrait is partially fragmented, with sections of his face missing, replaced by stark, negative space. This deconstruction reinforces the character’s struggle between belief and skepticism, reality and illusion. The hollowed-out eyes add a ghostly effect, suggesting his relentless search for answers has made him both enlightened and consumed by obsession. The surrounding typography includes phrases like Trust No One and The Truth Is Out There, iconic to the series, enhancing the sense of mystery and intrigue. The grainy, distressed background texture mimics photocopied conspiracy files, further reinforcing the idea of secrecy and government cover-ups. The limited color palette, dominated by green and black, directly references the eerie glow often associated with extraterrestrial themes in science fiction, making the print feel both vintage and futuristic. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Influence Jeremy VanCleef’s work often draws from the aesthetics of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, and this print is no exception. The use of halftone printing techniques, stencil-inspired portraiture, and distressed text elements are reminiscent of the wheatpaste posters seen in urban environments. The neon green accents give the piece a cyberpunk, underground zine quality, reinforcing the DIY ethos of street art culture. The layering of text and imagery, as well as the calculated use of negative space, allows for an interplay between structured design and raw, unfiltered expression. This technique mirrors how graffiti artists use walls as their canvas, layering different visual elements to create an evolving narrative. The deliberate imperfections in the ink application further connect the piece to the handcrafted, analog processes that define the screenprinting movement within street art. Collectibility and Cultural Impact With only 25 prints in existence, Duality Fox Mulder stands as an exclusive collectible within the world of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Jeremy VanCleef’s ability to reinterpret pop culture figures through a subversive, street-inspired approach makes this print highly sought after by collectors of both contemporary printmaking and science fiction memorabilia. The X-Files continues to be a cultural touchstone, with themes of government secrecy, alien life, and truth-seeking remaining relevant in modern discourse. This print captures that ongoing relevance, using street art techniques to elevate Mulder’s character into an iconic visual statement. The meticulous craftsmanship of the hand-pulled silkscreen process ensures that each print retains a unique quality, reinforcing its place as a significant piece in the fusion of urban art and cult television mythology.

Jeremy VanCleef Duality Dana Scully X FIles Silkscreen Print by Jeremy VanCleef
Duality Dana Scully X FIles Silkscreen Print by Jeremy VanCleef Hand-Pulled on Fine Art Paper Limited Edition Screenprint Artwork. 2013 Signed & Numbered on Back Limited Edition of 25 Artwork Size 18x24 Silkscreen Print of Dana Scully X FIles. Duality Dana Scully X-Files Silkscreen Print by Jeremy VanCleef Duality Dana Scully is a limited edition silkscreen print created by Jeremy VanCleef in 2013, presenting a visually striking interpretation of the iconic character from The X-Files. This hand-pulled screenprint, sized at 18x24 inches, is part of a signed and numbered edition of only 25, making it a rare and sought-after piece. The artwork captures the essence of Dana Scully through a minimalist yet haunting composition, incorporating fragmented portraiture, high-contrast halftone textures, and bold typography. The use of a red and black palette intensifies the psychological depth of the piece, aligning with the visual aesthetics commonly found in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. Concept and Visual Symbolism Duality Dana Scully explores the tension between logic and belief, a core theme in The X-Files. Her face is partially removed, leaving an open void that suggests the struggle between science and the unknown. The stark white cutout interrupts her form, reinforcing the duality between skepticism and faith that defines her character. Her hollowed-out eyes, a recurring motif in VanCleef’s work, add an eerie, almost supernatural quality, mirroring the unsettling mysteries she investigates. The background features distressed textures and muted grain, reminiscent of aged documents and conspiracy files, further reinforcing the secretive undertones of the composition. Text elements such as Logic, Reason, and Skeptic punctuate the artwork, emphasizing the defining attributes of her character. The inclusion of a small, floating cross necklace subtly acknowledges her spiritual dilemma, adding an additional layer of complexity to the piece. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Influence Jeremy VanCleef employs techniques rooted in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, incorporating stencil-like portraiture, distressed typography, and layered textures that evoke urban wheatpaste posters. The rough, unpolished aesthetic, combined with sharp-edged design elements, mimics the feel of underground zine culture and guerrilla street art. The limited color scheme of deep reds and monochrome tones creates a high-impact visual statement, much like the bold graphics found in stencil graffiti. The interplay between printmaking traditions and digital deconstruction gives the artwork a sense of immediacy and rawness, qualities often seen in modern street murals. VanCleef’s ability to distort familiar imagery while maintaining strong cultural references aligns with the core principles of urban artistic expression, where themes of rebellion, questioning authority, and challenging perception play a central role. Collectibility and Cultural Impact As a signed and numbered edition of 25, Duality Dana Scully holds significant value within the world of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork. The scarcity of this print makes it highly desirable among collectors, especially those who appreciate the intersection of science fiction and contemporary urban aesthetics. The X-Files remains a cultural touchstone, and this artwork encapsulates the enduring mystery and intellectual depth of the series. Jeremy VanCleef’s reinterpretation of Dana Scully transforms her from a television character into an abstract symbol of truth-seeking and existential inquiry. His handcrafted silkscreen process ensures that each print maintains a unique, tactile quality, reinforcing the authenticity and artistic integrity of the work. The continued relevance of conspiracy theories, government secrecy, and scientific skepticism makes this piece a powerful visual representation of the ongoing dialogue between fact and belief, securing its place as a defining example of pop culture-inspired street art.

This hand-pulled screenprint, measuring 16x24 inches, was produced in a signed and numbered edition of 58. Featuring a striking portrayal of Frankenstein’s monster, the print incorporates a regal yet haunting composition, layered textures, and metallic ink to create an unforgettable piece. The mix of gothic and street-inspired elements makes this artwork a perfect example of how classic film imagery continues to thrive in modern urban art. Symbolism and Visual Aesthetics This piece presents Frankenstein’s monster in a powerful yet melancholic pose, bathed in deep blue tones that contrast against the warm reds and metallic golds in the background. His solemn expression, with closed eyes and a sense of resignation, evokes themes of loneliness and misunderstood existence. The circular framing around his head mimics religious iconography, elevating him to an almost saint-like status, a figure condemned yet revered. The title You Don’t Bring Me Flowers Anymore reinforces this theme of abandonment and sorrow, referencing both classic horror’s tragic undertones and the monster’s perpetual search for connection. Beneath his portrait, an anatomical heart is encased in a heraldic crest, surrounded by floral motifs, suggesting that beneath his terrifying exterior lies a being capable of emotion and longing. The roses at the bottom corners add to this mournful symbolism, representing love lost, decay, and the fragility of life itself. Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork Influence Epyon5’s work is rooted in Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork, and this print reflects his signature fusion of traditional horror imagery with urban aesthetics. The layered textures, distressed backgrounds, and stencil-like application of color mirror the visual language of street murals and wheatpaste posters. The use of halftone shading and bold contrast gives the piece a hand-painted, weathered look, reminiscent of posters found peeling on city walls. The incorporation of metallic ink enhances the urban pop influence, adding depth and dimension while reinforcing the idea of Frankenstein’s monster as a mythic figure in both film and art history. The structured symmetry and sharp-edged filigree details give the composition an almost propaganda-like feel, reflecting the influence of vintage political posters, yet repurposed in a way that speaks to contemporary street culture. Collectibility and Cultural Impact As a signed and numbered edition of 58, this silkscreen print is a highly sought-after piece among collectors of Street Pop Art & Graffiti Artwork and fans of classic horror cinema. The handcrafted nature of the silkscreen process ensures that each print carries slight variations, adding to its uniqueness and authenticity. Frankenstein’s monster has remained a recurring figure in pop culture, symbolizing themes of alienation, the dangers of scientific ambition, and the search for belonging. Epyon5’s interpretation captures these ideas through the visual vocabulary of street art, transforming a cinematic legend into a statement piece that resonates beyond the horror genre. The continued fusion of classic film iconography with urban-inspired printmaking reinforces the enduring power of Frankenstein’s monster as a cultural figure, proving that even in modern art, he remains both feared and mourned.
